Martha moved to approve the minutes and Tracy seconded.

Treasurer’s Report – Dorothy Kerr
Current balance in checking is: $ 17,493.12. Savings is $3,752.81. Our Total is: $21,295.93.
Mccormicks- $ 365.00 for Drillmaster Shoes
Donna Villados- $ 149.54 for band camp bbq
Debbie Donaldson- $ 74.67 for band camp bbq
Linda Rusch- $16.00 for band camp bbq
Susan Young- $ 31.36 for band camp picnic purchases
Mr. Wong- $ 432.00 for See’s Candy Fundraiser
Donna moved to pay bills Isela seconded. Motion passed by those in attendance.
Donna moved to accept treasurer’s report. Isela seconded. Motion passed by those in attendance.
Membership needs more volunteers to help keep everyone informed. Isela handed out volunteer sign up sheets with descriptions for the various band trips that we go on. We could use as much help that we can get.
Martha asks that if we come across articles of the band in a paper to please pass it on her. Martha is putting together a letter to ask for donations for the Jazz Dinner Dance.
Fundraising Report – Open Position
The Jazz Dinner Dance is scheduled for March 24th 2007.
We wont receive information from the Fremont Festival of Arts until the end of September regarding the money raised during the summer.

Old Business
We still need to come up with what we want put on the marquee brick we purchased. Martha will send an email with ideas of what we can put on the marquee.
Denise has taken the band first aid backpack to replenish them. Denise asked for $50.00 to refill our first aid and band parent backpacks. Isela moved to provide the funds so Denise can replenish the backpacks and Martha seconded.
Back to School Night is September 21st we need to have someone set up the table and sit at it and promote the music program.
The San Jose High School Band day will be Saturday September 23rd.
The September 28th football game is Cancelled.
Martha moved to adjourned the meeting and Donna seconded. Meeting Adjourned at 8:32 pm.
