Nestled within the complex root system of the Ash Tree lies the Council Hall.
Here is where the Council Coven meets--they are the lawmaking body of Underworld.

Woden is the Hod (ultimate ruler) of Subterrainia--we are lucky that Hod Woden holds the title, we are in competant and intelligent hands.

Connected to Underworld by Spectra Bridge, the Ash tree provides the only entrance into Overworld--simply climb the roots to the trunk. A secret door permits entrance to the Crane Woods near Pleroma Estate.
If any Subterrainian inhabitants wishes to take a vacation in Overworld, here is where they come.

In the Council Hall Lobby, there are Travel Counters (to or from Overworld trips must be registered and recorded here), Registration Counters (from dragons to businesses to furniture, it all can be registered here, and you may also obtain the proper permits here as well), Forgery Counters (to stop counterfeiting and forgery in its tracks) as well as many other factions, to ensure the safety and stability of Underworld.

The Gates to Overworld are now closed; it has been a last-minute decision by the Council that something needed to be done--a various host of threats have been hurled at the Council and the Ash Tree by a cornucopia of factions.
