Legislation

  Dragon Legislation:

Being fierce creatures, rules must be drawn up for the care and handling of dragons.

I. To own a dragon, you must first obtain the proper paperwork--namely a Dragon Ownership Permit (DPermit), which can be appropriated in the Ash Tree, at the Registry Counter in the Lobby.

II. After obtaining a DPermit, you next must find a Registered Dealer--Registered Dragon Dealers always have the DHPermit (Dragon Handling Permit) and/or DRPermit (Dragon Rearing Permit) to run their business, and Registration Papers for all of their animals.

III. After purchasing a dragon, sure to get the dragon's documents (Registration Papers) from the Dealer.

Breeding:

I. To breed a dragon, you must first obtain the proper paperwork--namely a Dragon Rearing Permit (DRPermit), which can be appropriated in the Ash Tree, at the Registry Counter in the Lobby.

II. Both dragons must have their Registration Papers from the Dealer. NO UNAUTHORIZED DRAGONS MAY PARTICIPATE IN EGGING--SUCH ACTS WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE ENTIRE BROOD, AS THEY WILL BE UNAUTHORIZED HATCHLINGS.

III. After the eggs hatch, each hatchling must be registered individually, and may be sold only to Registered Subterrainians, as selling them to Overworlders will result in 10-20 years emprisonment, and unregistered Subterrainians are only inhibiting the legislative process. MAKE SURE THEIR DPERMITS ARE VALID. REPORT FORGERIES TO THE FORGERY COUNTER IN THE LOBBY OF THE ASH TREE.

Fighting:

I. All dragon (and hatcling) fighting is strictly prohibited and punishable by law. A refusal to comply with these standards will result in a minimum of 15 years emprisonment.

Unauthorized Dragons:

I. Unidentified Dragons will be assumed Unauthorized, and be euthanized immediately to prevent uncontrolled and unregulated egging, and the transmission of Draconian Diseases.
