INC grades are given only if the student
has not taken the Final Exam. Then has to be completed within the Academic
School Year from the last day of the final exam. He/she may approach the
professor concerned and pay to the registrar the Completion Exam to make up
for the final exam. Failure to comply the requirements within the prescribed

DO means that the student officially
dropped the subject and has accomplished the necessary step for dropping it.
