Removal of Incomplete Grades

 

 
  • Incomplete grades are given only if the student has not taken the Final Exam or if a student was not able to submit a major requirement such as research, feasibility study, or presentation of thesis.  It has to be completed within one (1) year from the last day of the final exam.  Failure to comply the requirements within the prescribed period means a grade of 5.00 in the said exam.

 

PROCEDURE:

 

1.  Secure a triplicate copy of the Completion Form from the Registrar’s Office;

 

2.  Have your grades validated by the Registrar’s Office;

 

3.  Submit to the Department Head the accomplished form;

 

4.  Department Head will forward a copy of the Completion Form to the Professor concerned;

 

5. The Professor will administer the completion of grades of the student and submit the completion form to the Registrar’s Office.
