Tylenea vs. Cadence

Cadence pulls two twigs from his messy purple hair and begins to beat them together. The resulting rhythm is quickly identifiable as the sound of a heartbeat..Tylenea's heartbeat, to be more specific. Cadence begins to dance about, altering the rhythm randomly, as suits his dance, subsequently altering Tylenea's heartbeat right along with it. In one moment her heartbeat quickly becomes almost nonexistent, the next it is racing faster than a denebian slime devil could ever imagine. Resultantly, the poor girl's body is not very happy, and will not be able to survive the inconsistencies of Cadence's random mood swings for long.

Tylenea raises a snowy brow to the male's strange dance and beating twigs, not exactly sure of what he is doing. The drow maiden shakes her head, tired of the dance as the answer comes to her mind. This male is controlling her heartbeat. A small smirk forms on her lips, her obsidian hands moving through a very familiar spell. A dark orb appears around Cadence's hands and the once beating twigs. His hands completely unharmed, but unable to beat the woman's heartbeat. Tylenea's gaze moves toward her surrounding and nods once as her amber hues rest on the stone. The dark elf's body moves in a strange dance to the goddess, Eilastree. The rock wall breaks away, dropping to the ground in a heap of dust and stone. The drowic wizard continues her dance, an aura forming around her and about the stones. The heap rumbles a few times, and finally begins to take form of an elf. The rock elemental stands tall as it makes it way toward Cadence, it's fists pounding the earth as it searches for the male. Tylenea snaps her fingers once and the dark orb that was previously around Cadence's hands disappears, leaving him to defend against the elemental freely..

Cadence oohs and aaahs when he sees Tylenea dancing also, but hushes up when the rock wall crashes to the ground. Frowning, he watches as the rocks take form and begin to come toward him. Taking one of the sticks in his hand to the ground, he runs in a big circle, speeding around the rock demon. As soon as he completes his circle, he starts beating the sticks together in a furious rhythm. Kuri begins to groan and rumble, as her insides are stirred up. With a loud creak and squeak and scream, the ground inside Cadence's circle drops into the fiery depths of Kuri's insides ... taking the rock beast with it. Unfortunately, the beast does not stay there, Kuri spits it back up, in a few more pieces than it started, along with a stream of molten lava that threatens to rain on the pretty dark elf across from Cadence...of course, all the bits and pieces of fiery hot rock come raining down with it.

Tylenea watches her stone elemental become torn into the plant's depths and thrown back out, pausing her dance. The wizard nods in approval, putting Cadence in a new respect than what she had held earlier. Tylenea reaches up, palms turned upward the creature in the sky, coming toward her. Not even speaking a word, the rocks all stop, the lava included. The drow had invoked her natural power of levitation. Tylenea grins. The dark elf simply twists her body as if throwing a softball at Cadence. The rocks and lava alike break from their stand point in mid-air and throw themselves at Cadence. Cadence gacks, not having expected his own attack to be thrown back at him. He flips his sticks over, and continues beating, the rocks and lava retreat along their course until both are safe and sound inside the rumbling depths of the planet. Cadence sticks the twigs back in his hair and snaps his fingers. The little green master disappears into thin air, and nice little trick to keep him safe as the rest of his spell takes its course. The hole inside Cadence's circle acts like a vacuum, the rest of the rock heap, nearby trees, and clouds, and caves, and training offices, and dark elves, and such all being drawn into the center of Kuri by an amazingly strong and swift force.

Tylenea jerks to the side toward the hole in the earth, floating into the air forcing herself up into a cloud and into the sky. Pretty soon the hole becomes clogged with all the trees, heaps of rocks, training offices, dark elves and other beings alike. The vacuum hole makes a gurgling sound, and few more rumbles like it was breaking. Exhausted, Tylenea drops on top of the massively clogged hole, her golden orbs searching for her opponent. Her ears pick up on the small, high-pitched voice and she springs to her feet almost immediately. Tylenea quickly casts a spell to show the magick in the area, but the bright magick aura begins to burn her eyes, unable to find Cadence, so she quickly breaks the spell. The dark elf sighs, puzzled upon what to do. Tylenea closes her eyes and begins to channel the magick aura around her, taking everything in. The dark elf's lips slowly begin to move, chanting in her kin's drowic language. A soft clicking sound fills the air, becoming louder with each pasting moment. Small black object sneak through the tiny holes in the clogged hole. The venomous spiders intent on finding their master's lost opponent...

Cadence coughs and sputters when he sees evil little creatures coming toward him. Pulling out his sticks he hits them together in an enchanting tangoey rhythms. The little beasties and their over eager venom turn towards each other, unable to resist the charm of Cadence's rhythm. Within moments strings of dancing spiders twirl their way back through the little cracks in Kuri's surface and the ground magically flattens itself out. With a bright flash, the training room, rock walls, trees, clouds, and dark elves are all back where they should be as if they were never disturbed.
