    Two of the above pictures were sold in the art auction at A-kon. The others I just gave away to people I cared about. I have good news and weird news, tidbits here and there. Oh yeah, I moved the a-kon afterthoughts to the next page, bad typos and all.
Got to hang out with Rachael and Jyoti this week. What's amazing is that for the first time in a long long time, I actually laughed for no reason. I laughed and I couldn't explain it. They stared at me and started laughing along. The world seemed simple and right for just one moment.
Also, saw Insomnia with Meagan and Debora, hung out a bit and caught up with old times. Who knows where things will go, but it's nice to be around comfortable people...
It's funny how things just fall into your lap. I'm now officially ART DIRECTOR for the first ever anime convention in Houston. Thanks Ally! More info on the way.
My ex, Carolyn, emailed me today. How long has it been... two years? She saw info about me on the a-kon webpage and various other things reminded her of me. I don't know what to think right now. It's weird how things can still affect you even though you're a cynic...
It's weird watching Slayers on International Channel right now. I'm tired, and a double shift tomorrow sounds like hell... |
