Used by the MEMMAKER memory-optimization
program to track the optimization process.
During optimization, MEMMAKER adds the
CHKSTATE.SYS command line to the beginning of your CONFIG.SYS file.
When the optimization process is complete,
MEMMAKER removes the CHKSTATE.SYS command
line.
CHKSTATE.SYS is used exclusively by
MEMMAKER.
