Runs the Microsoft Network Diagnostics program to test the
hardware connection between two computers and to display information
about a single computer.

- Specifies a diagnostic server name in order to avoid
conflicts when NET DIAG is used simultaneously by multiple
users. This option works only when the network uses a
NetBIOS protocol.
