GHETTO FINAL FANTASY MOOGLE COSTUMES

Worn On: Otakon 2005 (Friday, Day 1)

Video Game: Various Final Fantasy Series

Intro: Well me and Tin figured that since last year we were massively overwhelmed, we should devote one day to the Dealers' Room and to photography of other cosplayers. Also, we wanted something ultra comfy to wait in line in (even though we actually signed up for pre-reg this year. YAY!) which was still kinda long (and did I mention it rained O.o) and to run around in while we go about our business. Not to mention moogle costumes are really cute and cost practically nothing. We decided not to use our wings last minute due to the afore weather issues, too. But all in all it was fun, a  lot of people yelled out "MOOGLE GIRLS!" and some even took photos. I wish I knew where they were ^_^;; Technically my sister made the both costumes due to the fact I was trying my best to cram in my Talim costume. Curse you procrastination nation! LoLz. Anywayz, we decided for Otakon 2006 we wanna don two brand new, full out cosplays because it such a rare treat anywho. Despite that, we love our moogles! Sephy was a moogle too for a couple of minutes xD

Construction Notes:

Outfit:  Just white clothes we had, plus we both wore blue sneakers for some random reason ^_^ Oh and our pretty pic scarves that matched our inner ears ^^! Also our tummies said KUPO! on them :3

PomPom: Despite what the reference pictures says/shows, THE MOOGLE's POM POM IS USUALLY RED! So my sister found the biggest, fluffiest pom poms at AC Moore and used wire to attach it to the white head band after much strategy lol.

Wings: Originally made by Tin! She used pipe cleaners as a frame and foam for the main wing part. Then she used ribbons to attach them to our backs, but alas we never wore them...
