Cream of Peanut Butter Soup

          2 stalks celery, chopped small
          1 small onion, chopped fine
          2 tbsp butter
          2 tsp flour
          1 quart chicken stock
          11 tbsp peanut butter
          1/2 pint cream
          1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
          salt to taste
          1 cup sour cream

      Cook celery and onion with butter over low heat
      until transparent. Add flour, stir thoroughly and
      cook until the mixture is blended. Place mixture
      in pot. Add stock and stir constantly as the contents
      come to a boil. Add the peanut butter, stir until
      contents again come to a boil. Remove from heat,
      stir in red pepper and cream, adding salt to taste.
      Place in bowls with a dab of sour cream on top.
