Mom's Stroganoff

      2 lbs lean tenderloin or sirloin
      4-8 tbsp butter
      1 chopped onion
      1 clove garlic, chopped
      1/2 lb mushrooms, chopped
      2-3 tbsp flour
      1-2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
      1 small can tomato paste
      1 can beef bouillion
      1/2 cup dry white wine
      1 cup sour cream
      Cooked white rice
      Fresh snipped parsley

      Cut beef in strips and brown in 2 tbsp butter.
      Remove beef. Add remaining butter and saute
      onion, garlic and mushrooms. Remove from
      heat and stir in remaining ingredients except
      sour cream. Return to heat and simmer until
      meat is tender. When ready to serve, add sour
      cream and fresh parsley. Serve with rice. Can
      also use dry mustard or horseradish in place
      of Worchestershire sauce.
