to the official site of Rival Currents.
We are a group of four
guys, playing solid rock'n'roll music from the Kemptville area
of Ontario, Canada. After completing our first four song CD we
decided to take a break from our music (to get our marks back
up!), but now that the semesters have switched, we are back in
the swing of things.We're looking forward to the new shows as
much as you!

Rival Currents is back
from the dead. Our four month hiatus
is finally over and we are ready to make some music! Today we
played at our first show in more than eight months, at the Brockville
Legion Talent Contest. Competing against two other bands, we came
first, winning the Col. Bill Watson Memorial Trophy for our second
time. Other bands present were Miload, and Figure 2.4,
with whom Alex got to get up on stage with to perform a hastily
rehearsed cover of Welcome to Paradise by Greenday.
