Neighbors, Sign-up
if you're interested in having a garage sale. Send an
email with the following information:
Name
Street Address
Home Phone Number
Preference for Saturday or Sunday or Both
And choose either AM or PM Set-up
AM will be posting of signs and PM will be removing of signs
We will list just your name as participants of the
Garage Sale on this site. Garage Sale will be held on November 2
and 3.
Cost will be $11 or less (depending on the
number of neighbors who sign up) for advertising, signs with balloons
and printing of flyers. $40 if you do not assist in the
"advertising materials" or the AM or PM Set-up.
Fees will need to be collected no later than October 19. If you
did not sign up and still participated in this organized garage sale,
you will be billed $40.
Garage Sale will be held promptly from 8:00 or 9:00 am until 2:00 pm on
each day. You will have a choice to either set-up the garage sale
at the Riverwalk Park OR to set-up in front of your home or driveway.
Please understand that if you choose to set-up at our neighborhood park,
you will be responsible for making sure no damage is done to our park.
If you choose to set-up in front of your house and you live on Riverwalk
Drive, make sure you let your customers know that there is "no parking"
on Riverwalk Drive.
AM Set-ups will begin at 7:30 am and PM Tear Downs
will begin at 2:30 pm. We will need 70% of residents in the AM
set-up and the remaining 30% will be assigned to PM Set-up. The AM
or PM Set-up assignments will be done on whoever lists their preference
first.
