Nine years industrial and mechanical engineering
and design experience prior to working for a consulting engineering firm. Since
that time, he has been responsible for the successful completion of many
construction projects and has been involved in all phases of engineering,
project planning, financing, design, construction, and system startup. He has

Treatment Facilities. A three year construction project that increased the
treatment capacity and rehabilitation of the existing facilities. Financed by

Construction Manager, Morco Water Company,
Marengo, Ohio, Phase I and Phase II. A not-for-profit corporation to provide
water to the rural area of Morrow
County and the villages of Marengo, Sparta, Chesterville, and Fulton.

South Lebanon, Ohio, design and construction
for the village sewer collection system and pumping facility. Financed by
OEPA, OWDA, and the Village of South Lebanon

Village of Rushsylvania, Ohio, Design and
construction for the village water treatment plant renovation and the village
sewage treatment facilities expansion. Financed by OPWC and the Village of
Rushsylvania.

Contract Administrator for the Phase II, water system expansion and additional
