EXPERIENCE:
Five years with USDA/Soil Conservation Service designing water conservation
projects; Thirty nine years with consulting engineering companies in project
development and planning, preliminary engineering report writing, water system
hydraulic studies, rate studies, project management, water system design, office
management and client liaison. During that period, preliminary reports and rate
analyses were successfully completed for over 100 water companies, water
districts, villages and cities.
REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS:

Project Engineer, Scioto Water Company, Inc,
Franklin Furnace, Ohio. Development of Preliminary Engineering and
Environmental Reports for 7,000 customer water company. Project includes
analysis of existing multi-county distribution system, existing 2 mgd
treatment plant, development of new well field, new water plant, cost studies,
rate analyses. Resulting project cost approximately $7 million to be financed

Project Engineer, City of Lancaster, OH. Water
Master Plan for City of 35,000. Work included system hydraulic analysis, new
well field development and testing, property acquisition, water treatment
alternative evaluations, cost estimates and analyses, rate impact analysis,
meetings, presentations. (Dave Bornino, Water Superintendent - now employed by
OhioEPA, Columbus, Ohio.)

Project Engineer (during Phase VII development)
Jackson County Water Company, Inc. Responsibilities included Preliminary
Engineering and cost analyses, rate studies, hydrologic analysis in
development of new 3.5 mgd water treatment plant, new well field and 3.5 mgd
collector well. Total project cost $11 million financed through USDA/Rural
Development, USEPA, HUD (Larry Foster, Gen. Mgr., 124 W. Huron St., Jackson,
OH 45640 – 740-286-5929).

Le-Ax Water District, The Plains, Ohio.
Responsibilities included Preliminary Engineering and cost analyses, rate
studies, hydrologic analysis in development of new 3.0 water treatment plant,
new well field and 3 mgd collector well. Total project cost $7 million
