I started this site on a freezing day, while I had nothing to do with too much free time on my hands. Call me a lifeless person who sits in front of the computer 24/7 making graphics and writing fanfics or even just looking at this couple if you like, but it's what my life is about. And I'm glad my life was like that, otherwise this site wouldn't even exist.
On 16.05.2004, I started to make account, asked nicki jie for hosting info, asked melon & dc about html codes, asked keo if she knew where to get free taggie (and she was so kind to show me how to make 1 my own, but the stupid me wasn't that smart) and on 22.05.2004, the site was officially open with the official URL [http://dear.to/rmlovequa]. I know I owe these people big time and I really don't know how I can repay them. I just want to say I appreciate your helps alot, my dear jie muis.

Why was the site called RM Love Equation? It's all because of my love towards Maths. One day I was sitting in my Maths class doing nothing because I'd finished with my test, I took my pen out and started writing some weird equations. Then an idea popped up, I wrote out RM=LOVE, then i changed it into R.M=L+O+V+E then to make it look more mathematical, I started to put in number(s) and changed the whole thing into R+M=4.E.V.A. That was how I got the idea of RM Love Equation from. I don't think it was creative or anything, I just think it looks good for a Maths freak like me.

Date: 16.05.2004 - 26.07.2004 Theme Colour: Blue (#0664B1) Font: Bauhaus 93 Comment: Since this was RMLE's first layout, I didn't expect anything fancy nor did I expect visitors to like it. Blue wasn't my favourite colour however it was an "easy-to-look-at" one and I'm glad I chose it. Back on those days I was still crazy over RM LWVB promotion pix so I just picked them out of the folder to be the featured pix. Hope I didn't bore anyone out.

Date: 26.07.2004 - 26.12.2004 Theme Colour: Orange (#FD8441), Red (#FE0326), Pink (#FB3069), Green (#0A830A) & Blue (#0664B1) Font: Amadeus Regular Comment: This layout was a very colourful, cartoonish and childish one. The colours were very eye-candy and many visitors including myself love it a lot. DJ Lee said she would visit everyday just to look at it, haha. Don't know if it was true but I received a lot of visits and compliments during the time the layout was up. Thanks to Doraemon, Shin Chan & Qoo, great friends of our dear RM.

Date: 26.12.2004 - 14.02.2005 Theme Song: Guang Liang - Di yi ci Theme Colour: Red (#FF1A03), Green (#6CFD64) & Grey (#636563) Font: Beach Type Comment: I expected this layout to be better than how it turned out because I wanted it to look "special". It, however, was quite colourful and suited the Xmas & NYear mood afteralls. The grey colour neutralized the colourful theme out and looked quite peaceful. I just wished I had spent more time on it so it shouldn't have looked as plain.

Not only I love the pix, but also the lyrics of the song and how the colour, fonts and designs worked perfectly together awed me. I just kept looking at it and wished it was a real photograph, not just a manipulation of RM. Glad that I didn't really do a bad job on the manip, though Ray's head looked kind of weird.

Date: 15.03.2005 - Theme Song: LMNT - Open your eyes (to love) Theme Colour: Grey (#565456) Font: MetroDF Comment: Despite the fact that this layout was a belated one (RM Day was on 11th March), I still love it. Those pictures that were used got to be RM's cutest pix ever. I love how they looked so close without crossing the friendship border, although I so love them to cross it =P. Black and white always work well and Ray did a pretty good job on lending Mich his white jacket because it just looked perfect on her, and that even made them look more perfect together. Now thinking of it, RM is so much more perfect than WM. I feel so guilty for choosing WM over RM for a while ><. RM FOREVER!!!
