If
possible, please book AT LEAST 7 days in advance to avoid disappointment.
Cancellations are to be made NO LATER than 48 hours before the event.
Payment terms are strictly Electronic Payment, cash, or bank guaranteed cheque. NO credit
cards or cheques accepted, other than cheques issued from corporate accounts.
50% of the fee is payable upon booking, and the
balance to be paid directly after the event's completion, unless otherwise
arranged.

Deposit slips are to be faxed / Emailed to us, as soon as the transfer is done, as proof
of payment.
RMS Entertainment reserves the right to protect our equipment and Dj's. Should
they come under threat at any stage of the event, we reserve the right to remove
such equipment and Dj's from that event before it's completion, and a full fee
will be charged.
Playing times will be strictly according to the quotes set out. The
music will cease when the playing time is up, unless the additional fees are
paid in advance for the subsequent hours.
RMS Entertainment cannot be held responsible for determining an event's
success or failure, or poor turnouts.
There are no refunds for poor event turnouts.
No person is allowed to touch the equipment at ANY stage, other than our
designated Dj's.
The event venue is to be made available to us for setting up, at least 2
hours prior to the event start time.
Once you have
