The letters that were sent to SCP (Storm Cleveland Project) Members and members of the Toronto/Ottawa trips:

Dear SCP Members,

Thank you for joining the trip.
Just a reminder to everyone that we leave from Union Station on May 29th between 6-6:30pm outside the front doors. Look for the tour bus you can't miss us!
Make sure you all have ID with you be it your passports, birth certificates, baptismals, health cards, student cards, drivers license...okay you get the point!
Also if you are under 18 we need a signed note from your parents saying that they know you are attending this trip and crossing the border and....they don't care! LOL (Yeah I know just like high school).

If you are bringing expensive electronic's on the trip such as video camera's or video game systems ect. Please make a list of what you are bringing with the serial numbers for the border. Also same goes for bringing guitars.

We will be stopping at the Loblaws on Queen's Quay before hitting the highway so you may pick up some things to store on the bus for the trip such as snack foods and drinks ect.
Also as most of you already know you will be on camera for the documentary during the trip and in the video. You will be credited at the end of the documentary for your participation.

There is NO underage drinking on the bus. Legal age is 21 in Ohio, end of discussion.
Also if you smoke that's fine but please do it outside the bus, some people are sensitive to smoke.

For those of you who decide to sleep up in the hotel room: Try to keep the noise level down we don't want to be kicked out.
If there is a mini bar it's off limits! (Those things are expensive!!)
No room service unless you plan to pay at the door then it's cool.
No in room movies.
We were told that high speed internet access was provided with the room so if you have a laptop feel free to bring it along.

We will be shooting the music video on Sunday call time in 9:30am at the RNR Hall Of Fame.
We are booked for our tour of the RNR Hall Of Fame for 3:30pm that day and will be leaving for dinner at T.G.I. Friday's at 5:30pm.
After that it's roaming time!

Monday is the Hanson concert!

Tuesday June 1st we will be coming back to Toronto.

Remember to bring your cameras! (regular/digital/video) We consider them a requirement on the trip!
Also changes of clothes we are shooting a video.
Spending money for food and whatever else.

The Storm Cleveland Project

Dear Toronto/Ottawa Trip Members,

For all of you who joined us back in May for the SCP you know how this works it’ll be good to see you all again!
For those of you who are new to the gang welcome aboard! This is the only way to travel let me tell you!

Let’s get right down to business here. If you haven’t sent your money out yet ($160) then please do so IMMEDIATELY (unless you have arrangements with Gary already) We need it!
Please make cheques and/or money orders out to Gary Adams.

Also on this trip as we started on the SCP we will be continuing to film a documentary for the AO DVD. So be prepared to be on camera!
Those of you who are under the age of 18 will need to have the waiver signed by your parents in order to participate in the documentary.

Now we move on to the rules of the trip similar to the ones of that last trip but I only go over this for those of you who are new.

Bus/Concert:

1.Yes this is a Hanson trip but since we are on a bus let’s try not to look like teenie boppers. *we’re better than that!*
2.If you make a mess on the bus…clean it up! It is not the bus driver’s job to clean up after us.
3.If the possibility arises that we do have a guest(s) aboard the bus…STAY COOL!
4.Please be sensitive to others: No smoking on the bus.
5.Underage drinking will NOT be tolerated. End Of Story! (Drinking age in Ontario is 19)
6.Do not invite people on the bus without permission.

Hotel:

1.Please try and keep the noise levels down in the hotel (don’t slam the doors). We don’t want to be kicked out. It almost happened last time.
2.Do not charge anything to the hotel room. Eg. Food from the restaurant.
3.In the event that there is a mini bar in the hotel room it is OFF LIMITS (those things are expensive man!)
4.Please don’t order anything off the TV. Eg. Movies, Nintendo, internet. (Or you will be paying that bill) That’s what the Satellite on the bus is for!
