There was an Evan Evans who married Hannah Simcocks in late Jan or early Feb
1767 (21 Jan? or 9 Feb?)or AFN : KC0Z-HW
Evan EVAN mentioned: I looked at the will of James Graham, filed 2 Nov 1763
#2095. I did not copy. However, I did make copies of the inventory and
administration papers. I may be wrong, but I feel that John Dickey was not
a son-in-law of this man...more likely a neighbor or friend. John Dickey
and Thomas Duglas did witness the will. Mary Graham and James Kennedy were
listed as executors. The inventory of the estate was *aprized* 26 Oct
1763, by Evan Evans, John Dickie, and Morris Thomas. The administration
papers show payments to John Dickey, Morris Thomas, and Evan Evans(also a
David and John Evans). -- from Marjorie Hansenalso try: satterth@meer.net (Ruth)
