The
purpose of this page is to promote more study of the Bible,
which is the source of all truth (John 17:17, II Pet. 1:3), and
to provide help for those interested in what the scriptures say
about the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and many of the
controversial issues of today. I hope to do this by making
available links to various versions, study helps, informative
articles and other information.
Contained
within this site is a lot of information from many different
authors. I did not write most of the material here. Much
of this information is already on the web, but requires a lot
time spent in searching. In order to provide either fewer
searches, or make it easier to find specific helps, my desire is
to consolidate as many sources as possible. I do not
necessarily endorse all of the information, rather it is
provided for all who wish to research the subject. So please
understand that sometimes it is necessary to "pick the meat
off the bone" and that there will inevitably be some amount
of human error in human writings.
The purpose of this site is
not to find fault in the churches today, but to promote unity
and truth. If everyone listened to God and no one introduced
their own ideas, the church that Jesus established would still
be the only church today. With so many contradicting opinions
today, it is sometimes difficult to know what the truth is. The
only way to know the truth is to open the Bible and listen to
God.
The articles found on this
page are NOT based on any denominational creed or doctrine but
on the word of God alone. You are encouraged to take the
articles and "examine the Scriptures to see if these things
be so." If you examine the teaching here and find it to be
Scriptural then obey it, your eternal destiny depends upon it.
Jesus said, "He that rejecteth Me, and receiveth not My
words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken,
the same shall judge him in the last day" (John 12:48). I
hope you will study this material with an open mind.
Credit
is certainly given to the many people and organizations
which have placed this information on the web. It is not my
desire to infringe on the copyrights or work of others. If
I do so, please notify me and I will correct it. However, I
hope to make this a central place that you will want to use as a
source of information and study. Time will tell if it is
worthwhile. Contact may be made with the Email link below – I
would appreciate any advice you have, or other sources of
help you may offer. I will be making changes almost daily. We
hope you will want to bookmark this site as a quick reference.
Thank you for visiting this
page. I hope you will visit regularly. May God bless you in the
study of His word.
