THIS METHOD OF WORKING MAY APEAR SOMEWHAT ECLECTIC TO SOME PEOPLE. THE REASON IS THIS. MY BACKGROUND IS WICCAN, BUT I HAVE ALSO HAD DEALINGS WITH RITUAL MAGIC AND DEMONOLOGY. AS FOR THE BLOOD, I LIKE IT AND IT IS AN EXELENT MEDIUM.

For thy workings in the black arts the following implements are needed: The first thing you will require is an alter. If you have access to an abandoned church, use it as this would make an ideal place in which to work. Use a large piece of suitable red material as an alter cloth. The items listed below are to be placed upon the alter. If you can make or get hold of a Baphomet, so much the better!.

To represent the element of, water you will need a suitable drinking vessel i.e. an ornate goblet.
For the element of fire you will require either a candle or a Wand To represent the element of air, an Athame (knife used specifically for magical workings, a large black handled kitchen knife will suffice).
You will also require another knife with a heavy blade.
To represent the element of earth you will require a pentacle and a bowl of earth .
Something else that may come in handy is a clean razor blade, as the shedding and drinking of blood is an integral part of your workings. Also anything else that you think will help you focus on the work at hand I personally think a few human skulls dotted about makes a nice touch, or even the
head of the priest whose blood you used to paint the alter. Methinks he would make a fine candle holder!).
Four bowls , one to be placed at each quarter of the finished circle .

The Deities
The deities that you will be working with have been in existence since the dawn of time. They must be treated with the utmost respect. It is in their power to bestow upon thee great favors,but they can just as easily destroy thee utterly,leaving you broken and empty. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Each of these Deities is assigned to a quarter,ie north,south,east and west. Starting in the west going widdershins (anticlockwise), Their names are as follows:

LILITH
Assigned to the west she is a moon goddess, the original vampire. The mistress of seduction, according to the old testament lilith was the first wife of Adam. She made love to Adam as he slept and as a result gave became the mother of the races of fairy. Do not think, even for a minute that fairies are nice and sweet. They are mischievous,arrogant and bloody minded and that's their good side. I recommend reading material written by a mr Brian Frowd,who has researched the realms of fairy at great length.

ASMODEUS
Asmodee: Usually written "Asmodeus," and sometimes "Chashmodai". Derived by some from the Hebrew word "Asamod," to destroy or exterminate; and by others from the Persian verb "Azmonden," = to tempt, to try or prove. Some Rabbi `S say that Asmodeus was the child of the incest of Tubal-Cain and his sister Naafrfah. Others say that he was the Demon of impurity.
MEPHISTOPHELES
Assigned to the east Mephistopheles appears in Goethe's Faust. When Faust sells his soul it is Mephistopheles who comes to fulfil his wishes. Mephistophilies is the giver of wisdom
,satan's messenger,`the devils advocate`.

SATAN
Assigned to the north Satan lord of this world. All earthly pleasures come under his domain.

Preparation of the working space: .If you are working with all four deities Set up your alter facing north. However if you are only working with one, set up your alter facing their quarter. There are two ways in which you can set up your alter. The first layout is representative of the four worlds on the qabbalistic Tree of Life. It goes thus; Starting at the back of the Altar, place the large candle. This is symbolic of Atzuluth,the spiritual fire from which power comes. In front of the candle, place the Chalice, to represent Briah, the emotions, the desire to perform the operation. In front of the chalice, place the Athame, this being a physical representation of Yetzirah, the cutting intellect needed to formulate the working. As for Assiah, the physical, that is you. What better representation for the elements of earth than the magician him//her self. The other layout is the traditional pagan method. Pentacle at the back of the alter, Cup on the left hand side, Athame on the right and the wand on the edge nearest yourself. The Main Alter candle is placed in the middle of these.

The Alter is now ready, aside from any acutraments that are needed for the particular working you are going to undertake.

OPEN THE WORKING WITH THE BLACK QABBALISTIC CROSS. THIS IS AN EXERSISE TO TAP INTO THE DARKNESS WITHIN. AN EXELENT WAY TO GET ONESELF FOCUSED BEFORE BEGINING ANY WORK OF BLACK MAGIC..

VISUALIZE A BEAM OF INFERNAL LIGHT COMING FROM ABOVE AND ENTERING THROUGH THE TOP OF THE HEAD.

WHEN THE BEAM MAKES CONTACT VIBRATE "SHADUL"

FEAL THE ENERGY WORK ITS WAY DOWN TO YOUR SOLAR PLEXUS.

WHEN CONTACT IS MADE VIBRATE "GIYEHANIM"

NOW THE DARK FIRE WILL WORK ITS WAY TOWARDS YOUR RIGHT SHOULDER.

WHEN CONTACT IS MADE VIBRATE "ABADDON"

NEXT THE FIRE WILL BORE BACK THROUGH YOUR CHEST UNTILL IT REACHES YOUR LEFT SHOULDER. WHEN CONTACT IS MADE VIBRATE "PERDITION"

CROSS YOUR HANDS OVER YOUR CHEST AND SAY; "EGO SATANUM, SATANAS ME EST, PARITER NOS UNUM",

Take your athame and dip it in the goblet and then in the bowl of earth .Facing west inscribe the pentacle for invoking water in the air before you, using your athame.While doing this say in bold tones "I DO SUMMON AND STIR THEE DARK GUARDIANS OF THE WATCHTOWERS OF SHA`ARIMIRATH , COME TO ME THIS NIGHT TO GUARD THIS,MY CIRCLE AND WATCH OVER MY RITE, SO MOTE IT BE !".
Turn now to the south and inscribe the invoking pentagram of fire in the air before thee and say, ""I DO SUMMON AND STIR THEE DARK GUARDIANS OF THE WATCHTOWERS OF PERDITION ,COME TO ME THIS NIGHT TO GUARD THIS MY CIRCLE AND WATCH OVER MY RITE,SO MOTE IT BE !".
Turn now to the east and inscribe the invoking pentagram of air in the air before thee and say, "I DO SUMMON AND STIR THEE DARK GUARDIANS OF THE WATCHTOWERS OF TZALAMOTH ,COME TO ME THIS NIGHT TO GUARD THIS MY CIRCLE AND WATCH OVER MY RITE,SO MOTE IT BE !".
Turn now to the north and inscribe the invoking pentagram of earth in the air before thee and say," I DO SUMMON AND STIR THEE DARK GUARDIANS OF THE WATCHTOWERS OF GIYEHANIM ,COME
TO ME THIS NIGHT TO GUARD THIS MY CIRCLE AND WATCH OVER MY RITE,SO MOTE IT BE !".
Face West once more , hold your arms outstretched and say , "LILITH BEFORE ME ,MEPHISTOPHILIS BEHIND ME , SATAN TO MY RIGHT , ASMODEUS ON MY LEFT , FOR ABOUT ME FLAMES THE PENTAGRAM AND ABOVE ME SHINES THE SIX RAYED STAR".
Now it is time to make a personal offering to the powers that you have just raised. Take up either your athame or razor blade (whichever is sharpest!). Say "I GIVE OF MYSELF SO THAT YE PRESENT MAY HAVE LIFE IN This PLACE". Before you take you must give. Cut some of your fingertips and allow some of your life force to drip into the goblet. Add some wine to the blood and stir. All members of the coven must contribute.
If evoking all four deities face each quarter in turn , hold up the goblet in offering and say "I GIVE THEE TO DRINK ,I ASK FOR THY BLESSING IN THESE MY RITES, BLESSED BE THE NAME OF MY LORD/LADY". Now pour some of the blood and wine into the bowl and bow.
If working with one deity kneel before the alter Pour some of the blood and wine into the mouth of the effigy and say the same. Take now a sip yourself, if you are working as a coven pass the goblet around, each member taking a sip. As you pass the goblet on to the next person say unto them "THIS IS MY MY BLOOD,SHED FOR THEE, DRINK OF ME AND BE REFRESHED".

You do not have to work with the entities i have mentioned here.If you are working with spirits from the Goetia inscribe their sigil's at the appropriate quarter of the circle
