the Devil`.
The language used is not known.

TO PUNISH
To be performed on the day and hour of Saturn, preferably on the last
night
of a full moon.
For this rite you will need:
A black cloth and a black candle. To be consecrated before use.
Place the candle on the cloth + sprinkle with consecrated salt, saying:
"As I sprinkle this salt ,so I cancel evil, As I sprinkle this salt
so I
increase my will".
Take a bath.
Place the candle in a holder that has been consecrated, think about your
target and the misfortune you wish to befall them and say in Hateful tones-
"OH DARK CANDLE,
I IMBUE THEE WITH THE CURSE OF MY ENEMY,
TAKE THE CURSE THAT HAS INFECTED ME AND BURN IT,
AND BURN WITH IT MY ENEMY,
VISIT UPON HIM/HER IN DOUBLE MEASURE,
THE EVIL THAT HE/SHE VISITED UPON ME,
LET HIM/HER UNDERSTAND THAT HE WHO LIVES BY THE SWORD,
DIES BY THE SWORD,
HIM I CAST DOWN IN RIGHTEOUS ANGER,
BLACK REVENGE I SEEK,
DEATH IS THE REWARD OF THE EVIL HEARTED,
I AM SET FREE FROM THIS INIQUITY,
AND HE/SHALL BE ENSNARED BY IT,
BY THE POWERS OF THE GODS,
SO MOTE IT BE!!".
TO GAIN POWER OVER A PERSON
You will need:
Nine black candles
One black cloth
Something personal ,belonging to the victim. Failing this a photo.
Perform on a Monday when the moon is waning.
Engrave the name of the victim upon each of the candles , then arrange
them
in a circle. Hold the photo or object in your hand and visualize the victim
behaving how you wish,<be aggressive and full of hate for the victim.>
Now light the candles on turn saying forcefully thus:
First candle
"YOU ARE UNDER MY POWER O_________,
DOMINATE THEE I SHALL,
OBEY ME YOU MUST!".
2ND
"UNDER MY POWER ARE YOU O ________,
UNDER ME!, UNDER ME!, UNDER ME!".
3RD
"I REPEL THEE O _______,
THY OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOUR I REDUCE TO NOUGHT,
NO LONGER CAN YOU BOTHER ME,
UNLESS I RENDER THEE".
4TH
Saying with even greater force,
"REPELLED, REPELLED ARE THEE,
THY NUISANCE I DESTROY,
WEAKENED, WEAKENED, WEAKENED ARE THEE!,
PUSHED BACK ARE THEE!".
Visualize and repeat the same line for the fifth as for the 4th,upon
lighting the 6th, say with even more force:
"THEE I CRUSH AND CRUSH!,
YOUR INIQUITY I VANQUISH,
NO MORE CAN YOU BOTHER ME,
OBEY ME YOU MUST!".
7TH
"FOR THY SINS YOU MUST BE PUNISHED,
FOR THY EVIL YOU MUST BEAR THE PRICE OF WRATH,
I PUSH THEE BACK, AND DESTROY THEE,
WEAKENED ART THOU, NOW AND FOR EVER MORE!".
8TH
"WHAT YOU SOW SO SHALL YOU REAP,
YOU BOTHERED ME AND NOW YOU MUST GO!".
Now work yourself into a real frenzy of emotion and hate and light the
ninth
candle.:
"I BANISH THY MISCHIEF TO HELL,
I CONSIGN THEE TO HADES!,
I DESTROY FOR EVER THY POWER, FOR BOTHERING ME,
HELPLESS THOU ART,
REDUCED TO NOUGHT THOU ART,
PAY FOR YOUR SINS YOU MUST,
DEAD AND FINISHED ARE YOUR BOTHERSOME WORKS,
TO YOUR KNEES I BRING THEE,
BY THE POWERS OF DARKNESS,
BY THE POWERS OF JUSTICE,
SO MOTE IT BE !!!",
At the end of the ritual leave the candles to burn down. Now toast with
a
favourite drink: "THANK YOU, THANK YOU MY LORDS AND LADIES!, JUSTICE
IS
GOOD, REVENGE IS SWEET!!".
INCANTATION TO BE UTTERED BEFORE THE BLOODY SACRIFICE THE
PURPOSE OF WITCH IS TO REAFFIRM OUR DEDICATION TO THE QUEEN OF MAGIC AND
ALSO TO ENSURE THAT
THERE IS ONE LESS CHRISTIAN SPOUTING SHIT. WITH EACH SACRIFICE WE ARE
PERFORMING A PUBLIC SERVICE. THE VICTIM SHALL FIRST BE GAGGED, HAVE HIS
HANDS TIED BEHIND HIS BACK, THEN HIS FEET SHALL BE BOUND . HE SHALL THEN
BE SUSPENDED BY HIS FEET FROM A TREE BRANCH. A LARGE BOWL SHALL BE PLACED

HIS THROAT SHALL CUT BY THE HIGH PRIEST OR PRIESTESS WITH A ATHAME THAT
HAS BEEN DEDICATED TO HECATE. AFTER THE SACRIFICE SOME OF THE BLOOD SHALL
BE POURED INTO THE SACRED GOBLET AND DRUNK FIRSTLY BY THE HIGH PRIEST
OR PREISTESS,THEN PASSED ROUND THE COVEN. THE BODY IS LEFT TO COMPLETELY
DRAIN. THE BLOOD COLLECTED IN THE BOWL IS THEN USED FOR THE EVOCATION
OF WHICHEVER ENTITY THE COVEN DESIRES TO SUMMON. SO IS THE WORD, SO IT
MUST BE DONE.
