  1.  Get up early---at least 1 1/2 hours before you have to leave.
  2. Read something positive.
  3. Raise your heartbeat by walking, jogging, or something.
  4. Take a hot shower.
  5. Eat a big breakfast. (25% of daily intake)
  6. Get to your appointment early.
  7. Greet everybody pleasantly.
  8. Show sincere appreciation with liberal use of "thank you notes".
  9. Listen more and talk less.
  10. Eat a moderate lunch. (50% of daily intake)
  11. Be a positive person not a faultfinder.
  12. See this phase of your life as a pleasant experience.
  13. Be fast to volunteer in the community.
  14. Learn the art of mind controlled relaxation.
  15. Eat a reasonable dinner. (25% of daily intake)
  16. Review your accomplishments of the day and make plans for the next day.
  17. Relax and sleep well.

 Practice these easy steps for 30 consecutive days and you will have developed the habits of "winners" who do the things "losers" don’t like to do.
