Blizzard of Ozz

Rating (1-10): 9
There were many questions in the air when this album came out. The biggest question was if Ozzy could make it on his own. Was he really that good, or did Black Sabbath make him what he was? Well, the world soon found out and with the release of Blizzard of Ozz, the non-believers shut their fat mouths right quick. "I Don't Know", "Crazy Train", "Mr. Crawley", and "Suicide Solution" are all good tunes.

Diary of a Madman

Rating (1-10): 10
A superb sophomore effort from Ozzy. This album takes heavy metal to a whole new level and leaves listeners wanting more and more Ozzy. "Over the Mountain", "Flying High Again", "You Can't Kill Rock and Roll", "Believer", "Little Dolls", "SATO", and "Diary of a Madman" all keep this album rolling from start to finish.

Bark at the Moon

Rating (1-10): 8
I mentioned before how AC/DC had a crap trilogy. Now don't get me wrong, none of Ozzy's cds should ever be called crap, but compared to the rest of his works, these next three lack in sound and style. Bark at the Moon, while it has its good songs, fails to keep listeners interested at some points, and at other points has really good songs that were overlooked. "Bark at the Moon", "You're No Different", "Rock N' Roll Rebel", and "Centre of Eternity" all rock.

The Ultimate Sin

Rating (1-10): 8.5
Better then Bark at the Moon, The Ultimate Sin is a driving force with metal in the beginning and metal in the end. Although only one song "Shot in the Dark" ever got serious recognition, I recommend listening to "Ultimate Sin", "Secret Loser" and "Killer of Giants".

No Rest for the Wicked

Rating (1-10): 7.5
Bah???!!! This is not a very good album by Ozzy's standards, but is still better then most cds in the long run. This album has a few of my favorites like "Miracle Man", "Devil's Daughter", and "Crazy Babies" but the rest I don't find very good. Oh well, you should get this album anyway cuz it's Ozzy dammit!

No More Tears

Rating (1-10): 10

BRIAN'S TOP 10 CDS OF ALL TIME! (#2)

Damn Ozzy, you fucking rule! That was my first reaction after hearing this cd. For a long time I considered ranking it ahead of Puppets, but that wouldn't be right. However, this is the second greatest album ever and for good reason. Every damn song is good. "Mr. Tinkertrain", "I Don't Wanna Change the World", "Mama, I'm Coming Home", "Desire", "S.I.N.", Hellraiser", "Time After Time", "Zombie Stomp", "A.V.H.", and "The Road to Nowhere" all kick ass. Also the song "No More Tears" is my favorite song of all time which happens to be on this record. Go buy young lad..............GO GO GO!!

Ozzmosis

Rating (1-10): 8
I think I am still getting into this cd because each time I hear it, I like it more and more. But I am pretty set on this rating as it has stopped getting better and I have gotten into the mode where I know the songs. Anyway "Perry Mason", "I Just Want You", and "Thunder Underground" all rock.
