Slipknot

Rating (1-10): 9.5 Slipknot, the nine member power-house metal band from Des Moins, Iowa brings a fresh new look to heavy metal. The music and sound is so complex and fast, one can't help but feel a rush of adrenaline when they hear this record. I can only hope that Slipknot's future albums will be as good as this one. The only problem I have with this record is that it has far too many tracks. If this album had the first 10 or so track on it and that's it, it would definately get a 10. Check out songs like (sic), Eyeless, Wait and Bleed, Surfacing, Spit it Out, and Liberate.
