Iommi

Rating (1-10): 9
The imfamous Black Sabbath guitarist finally came out with his own record. Although it's not as good as some other Sabbath solo efforts ((ahem)) Ozzy ((ahem)), it's still a great release. What makes this album extra special is the diversity amongst the guest vocalists, truly highlighting how many different bands Sabbath has influenced over the years. Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins does a great song called "Black Oblivion", Serj of System of a Down does a great job with Iommi on "Patterns" and my personal favorites are Philip Anselmo of Pantera on "Time is Mine" and Dave Grohl on "Goodbye Lament". A great debut, if that's what you want to call it. Check it out.
