Background Information
Rath was born into Team Rocket, and raised in the Wicked Rockets' Base by his father. He had always felt a bit strange interacting with children of his own age, as he was quite a deal different from the rest of him. Sparrow's genes had been passed on down to him, leaving Rath with characteristics of a hybrid. He has a shorter tail than his father, but it's entirely black, matching his raven locks that he probably aquired from his maternal side. Rath has never really known who his mother is, but it didn't really bother him, and has never tried to search for her. Now in his third year at Rocket Tech, he's managed to get on the school's track and field team as a long-distance runner, and is next in line to become the leader of Delta Xi.
