Unless you're playing some sort of a Hand Disrutpion or Stall deck, this card is completely worthless. How often do you discard cards from your hand in a regular game? For the most part, in the English game, not too many. However, in the future when we get more of the Japanese cards like Don Zaruug, Hand Disruption decks will become very popular, so hang on to at least 1 or 2 of these for a side deck.

Rating: 1.3/5 That's how good it is now, but that'll change a little in the future.

100% pure trash.  Well, maybe only 85%, but either way, this card is bad.  I guess you could use it with Cheerful Coffin, but I don't really know why you'd want to.  The problem with this card is that you have to get hurt in order to hurt your opponent.  Hand disruption is pretty powerful, but not because of this card.  If you want to discard cards from your opponent's hand, use Delinquent Duo or Confiscation.  They are far better than Forced Requisition.  This isn't good, and it's not good for trading.  It's one of those cards you may end up just giving away to some little kid who doesn't have any cards.  And I don't agree with Tyloki, this card has no future.

Rating:1.5/5  Don't waste your time trying to figure out ways to use this card.  You'll never come up with any good ones because there aren't any.
