Tyloki

This is a card you combo. You run it in a Relinquished deck to give your opponent a monster for you to absorb. If you have snatch steal in hand, you can give your opponent a monster to steal. If you have Raigeki, you can just kill the monster. If you run Kycoo, you can remove all their monsters from the Grave so they have no monsters to Special Summon. You can Tribute it to bring out a stronger monster.

The problem is, you basically have to combo it for it to be worth anything, unless you bring it out first turn. 1400 ATK as a Normal Summon just doesn't cut it. This card is useless on its own, and that makes it weak. I'd much prefer a Rock Spirit for a free Special Summon. It can't be killed by the every popular Gemini, there are plenty of good EARTH monsters, and your opponent doesn't get a free monster.

3/5 Useful if combo'd, but just a little too situational.

Gobboboy

I like it! A good combo card and an awesome first turn play if you tribute it for something or play another monster along with it. The drawback is not that severe and if you're ready with some removal, then all the better. Play it early game to ignore the drawback altogether.

4/5. Try it out. Beatdown can even use it.
