Tyloki

Here we have yet another level 4 1800 attack monster. The difference here though is that it's a common one with an effect. The question is.. is the effect any good? I can see a little potential for both bad and good. You can change of heart and opponent's monster, and instead of giving it back, just tribute it. Of course, you have to get rid of one of your own monsters as well. On the other hand, your opponent could change of heart this monster and do the same thing to you, so it works both ways. Having a good Life Gain card in your deck can be nice. The key word being good. I say that this one counts as a good one. 2 Tribute is a steep cost, but you don't play this card just for the effect. The effect is only secondary.

The only potential problems I see with this are Ceasefire, low DEF, and the Change of Heart Scenario from above. If you run Ceasefire in your deck, play the fairy. If you don't, it's up to you. I like the effect enough that I use it in my deck, and the low defense doesn't bother me enough to get me to replace it with a La Jinn or 7 Colored Fish.

Rating: 3.8/5 Good attack, and a somewhat useful effect. Very playable in Beatdown and somewhat playable for Exodia.
