ADDITIONS
First of all, your deck doesn't have enough cards in it. You need 3
more to make it legal. Here is a list of all the really good cards to get,
if you can get them. If you don't have them, don't sweat it, they are really
hard to get because everyone wants them. These are, in my opinion, the
cards that have a place in almost every deck.
Mirror Force
Imperial Order
Raigeki
Magic Jammer
Snatch Steal
Heavy Storm
Magician of Faith
Nobleman of Crossout
Call of the Haunted
Premature Burial
If you can these, great, if you can't, you're not the only one.
Here are some of the cards you want in your deck FOR SURE. They go from rarest to least rare. Because you are building a machine deck, I'll put a * by all machine type monsters and a ** by all Machine only Magic/Traps. Most of these are easy to get, but not all. If you manage to pull a Mechanical Chaser out of a TP1, stick it in your deck, but don't bother trading for them, they're too hard to get.
Secret Rares (1)
*Jinzo 2400/1500 6
Ultra Rares (1)
*Barrel Dragon 2600/2200 7
Super Rares (2)
**Limiter Removal
Tribute to the Doomed
Rares (2)
Cyber Jar
Witch of the Black Forest
Commons (9+)
Dark Hole
Trap Hole (2)
1 more *Guardian of the Throne Room
DNA Surgery (2)
1800 ATK level 4 monsters (3+)
SUBTRACTIONS
There are a lot of cards in your deck that match your theme, but aren't
worth having in your deck.
Right now you have too many Tribute Monsters. You tribute count is 12. I recommend that no deck should ever go over 6 unless it is something like a dragon deck where you can use Lord of D./Flute to special summon high level monsters. As it is right now, you can barely normal summon all of your Tribute Monsters, and you'd have to use Monster Reborn to do it. The only Tribute monsters I would consider keeping for the moment would be the Launcher Spider and Steel Ogre Grotto #2. The rest are too weak to be worth it.
Try to be sure that all your level 4 or less non-effect monster have at least 1600 attack. Goblin Attack Force has 2300 attack and is level 4. You want to be able to at least tie with that with one 7 completed equipped on your monster.
As you get more cards, replace the following Magic/Traps:
Machine Convirsion Factory
The Cheerful Coffin
The Inexperienced Spy
Ancient Telescope
Attack and Recieve
Enchanted Javelin
This would be an ideal Machine Deck, if you can get all the cards for it.

The problem with machine decks is that there really aren't that many good machines out there, and there aren't a whole lot of cards to go along with machines. A good machine deck is tough to pull off.
The main card for Machine-type monsters is Limiter Removal. It doubles the ATK of your machines, so it can make really quick kills possible. Because of that, I suggest you try to make your deck as fast as possible. The idea of Limiter Removal is to get a couple Machines out and kill fast, so you need speed for your deck. Unfortunately, Limiter Removal is restricted to one, which makes it really tough, but we'll see what we can do.
First, let's look at some cards that your deck really needs. I'm going to copy and paste some of Tyloki's.
*Jinzo 2400/1500 6
*Barrel Dragon 2600/2200 7
**Limiter Removal
Cyber Jar
Witch of the Black Forest
Dark Hole
DNA Surgery (2)
1800 ATK level 4 monsters (3+)
I'm also going to add Raigeki. Raigeki is EXTREMELY important for any kind of a quick-kill deck. With Dark Hole, you can't build up your monsters first, but with Raigeki you can. Also, you'll need Magician of Faith for your Limiter Removal, and I'd also suggest a Sangan or two and maybe a couple Mystic Tomatoes, for speed. You could maybe even throw in a Painful Choice, again, just for speed. You'll also need a Call of the Haunted and a Premature Burial if possible.
Another card you can try is Gravity Bind. You can use that to stall a little bit until you're ready to start attacking, then just play Jinzo and Gravity Bind is longer holding you down.
I strongly do not recommend Nobleman of Crossout. Ignore tyloki on this one (no offense tyloki, you're just wrong). The reason is that you NEED your flip effect monsters, and you really can't afford to get rid of all your Magician of Faith by trying to take out an opponent's monster. Plus, it's one less super rare to get your hands on.
My other suggestion is that you don't focus entirely on machines. Mechanicalchasers are really good if you can get your hands on them, but that's tough to do. Try some 7 Colored Fish and some Harpie's Brothers, for power and for the possibility of DNA Surgery + Limiter Removal. Also, I wouldn't worry too much about 7 Completed. If you don't have Axes, then go ahead and use them, but Axes are better if possible.
Here is my suggested Machine Deck:
Monsters: (20)
1. Barrel Dragon
2. Jinzo
3. Mechanicalchaser
4. Mechanicalchaser
5. Mechanicalchaser (or 3 La Jinns, if you can't get 3 Mechanicalchaser)
6. 7 Colored Fish
7. 7 Colored Fish
8. 7 Colored Fish
9. Harpie's Brother
10. Harpie's Brother
11. Witch of the Black Forest
12. Sangan
13. Mystic Tomato
14. Magician of Faith
15. Magician of Faith
16. Magician of Faith
17. Cannon Soldier
18. Man-Eater Bug
19. Cyber Jar
20. Guardian of the Throne Room
Magic: (16)
21. Raigeki
22. Dark Hole
23. Pot of Greed
24. Change of Heart
25. Monster Reborn
26. Premature Burial
27. Swords of Revealing Light
28. Axe of Despair
29. Axe of Despair
30. Axe of Despair (or 3 7 Completed)
31. Limiter Removal
32. Heavy Storm
33. Heavy Storm
34. Tribute to the Doomed
35. Tribute to the Doomed (or 2 Fissures)
36. Snatch Steal
Trap: (4)
37. Imperial Order
38. Mirror Force
39. Call of the Haunted
40. Ceasefire
I realize it's not easy to get a lot of those cards, believe me, I've
gone through it twice. But if you can, your deck will get a LOT better.
Good luck: :)
