Sweet, an Exodia deck.  I play an Exodia deck, so hopefully I can be helpful.

The first thing I notice about your deck is the number of cards.  You have 44.  Exodia decks go much faster if they're smaller.  So, we need to drop it to 40 cards.  That's 4 cards we need to take out.  I suggest you drop the Dian Ketos and Enchanted Javelins.  There's 4 cards right there.  Life gain stuff isn't that helpful, and it's just slow.  Now that we have 40 cards, let's go onto the tweaking.

What makes a fast Exodia deck?  Lots of cards that help you go through your deck faster.  Things like Gravity Bind are nice because they protect you, but they do nothing for speed.  Let's drop the 3 Gravity Binds for 3 Nimble Momonga.  Yes, I know I said life gain stuff isn't that helpful, but that's not the primary reason for the Momongas.  They do 3 things.  First, they pull each other from your deck, making your deck smaller.  Second, they get more monsters on the field to protect your life points.  And third, they give you some life points, which is not that important, but it sometimes helps.  Next, you're missing a Dark Hole.  Dark Hole is possibly even more important than Raigeki in Exodia decks because it can get you a Sangan/Witch's effect.  Put that in there instead of the Graverobber.  You really can't afford 2000 life points and the space the card takes up.

Now let's look at your monster selection.  It looks like Nobleman of Crossout can really wreck you.  I recommend dropping one Magician of Faith and one Mask of Darkness.  Mask of Darkness really isn't that good because of the limited number of things to use it on.  Also, I used to do three Magician of Faith and I found it just a little too much.  I strongly recommend adding a Cyber Jar.  No, I am not losing my mind, it is really, really good for Exodia decks.  Picking up five cards and having another Dark Hole is way good.  If you summon a piece, well there's Backup Soldier, and if you get the head, there's Hane-Hane.

Okay, after all that, we're at 39 cards, so we can put one more in.  Let's take out the two Magic Drains, so now we have 37.  Put in Imperial Order, Change of Heart, and Call of the Haunted, and there's 40.  Here's the final product:

Monsters: (21)

5 Exodia pieces
Sangan x2
Witch of the Black Forest
Spear Cretin
Mystic Tomato x2
Cannon Soldier x2
Nimble Momonga x3
Magician of Faith x2
Mask of Darkness
Hane-Hane
Cyber Jar

Magic: (11)

Monster Recovery
Monster Reborn
Change of Heart
Dark Hole
Painful Choice
Premature Burial
Raigeki
The Shallow Grave
Swords of Revealing Light
Pot of Greed
Mystical Space Typhoon

Traps: (8)

Mirror Force
Magic Jammer x2
Imperial Order
Call of the Haunted
Backup Soldier x2
Seven Tools of the Bandit

There you have it.  I hope that helps you.  Also, if you like, you can try three Thunder Dragons instead of 3 of the other cards.  Thunder Dragons thin decks and you can tribute a Witch/Sangan for it.  Good luck!
