Direct Damage Deck
My goal with this deck is direct damage. I will use gravity bind, Dna surgery with insect barrier, or ground collapse to
keep my opponent from attacking, while I either put monsters up like Mystic Lamp with an equip card to attack Life points
directly, or use direct damage magic and trap cards.

You're deck relies on stall too much and has way too many cards.  With UD's Current Ruling on Insect Barrier (that it affects both players) it won't help you too much, so I'm going to have you take that out. The Ground Collaspes are good, but hard to get out. For burn decks, you want to go for speed. The faster the game is finished, the better. If you let them have too many turns, you're in for it. I have list of the cards you should keep and the ones you should get a hold of.

Keep these Monsters: 14
1 Queen's Double
2 Mystic Lamp
1 Ooguchi
2 Cannon Soldier
1 Princess of Tsurugi
3 Nimble Momonga
2 Man Eater Bug
1 Cyber Jar
1 Sangan
Keep these Magic Cards: 11
1 Pot of Greed
1 Swords of Revealing Light
1 Raigeki
1 Black Pendant
1 Dark Hole
1 Heavy Storm
1 Chain Energy
1 Tremendous Fire
2 Hinotama
1 Ookazi

Keep these Trap Cards: 5
1 Magic Jammer
1 Skull Invitation
1 Just Desserts
2 Gravity Bind
Add these Monsters: 8
2 Princess of Tsurugi
1 Witch of the Black Forest
3 Giant Germ
2 Spear Cretin
Add these Magic Cards: 9
2 Tremendous Fire
2 Ookazi
1 Monster Reborn
2 Toll
2 Giant Trunade
Add these Traps: 10
2 Just Desserts
1 Ceasefire (if possible)
3 Attack and Receive
1 Mirror Force
2 Minor Goblin Official
1 Imperial Order

If you add up the cards, you'll see that there are a total of 57 cards. That's too many for a deck. So, if you get all of the above cards, you need to side deck some of them. Direct Damage should have to more than 45 cards. I'd sidedeck the 4 direct damage monsters: 1 Queen's Double, 2 Mystic Lamp, 1 Ooguchi.  I'd side deck the Skull Invitation eventually because the point is to use cards that are going to hurt your opponent more than you. Side deck the 3 Nimble Momonga and take out the Hinotamas. After you side deck/ take out those, you can feel free to side deck whichever cards you like until you are under 45 cards for your deck. Since you need to have 15 in a side deck, I'd recommend adding an Equip or 2 along with a couple Robbin' Goblins to fill the space.

If you play in any tournaments, you could switch some of your direct damage cards in your deck with Ooguchi, Queen's Double, Mystic Lamps, Goblins, and Equips in your deck. Try your deck out. Switch cards with your sidedeck and play a few games. Keep the cards that work the best for you. The best way to make a good deck is to experiment.
