The whole point of this deck is to get the Umi/Ocean with Tornado Wall
combo out with a Fisherman or Lily. Getting Umi and Tornado Wall with
Imperial order is good too, and if you can get out the Mask its great.
I don't think I have enough magic counters, but I only have one Magic
Jammer, and Magic Drain doesn't seem reliable enough. I’ve won only a
couple of times more than I’ve lost with this deck. A lot of it was
surprise because I usually always have a beatdown. Thanks for any help!!

This is one of the better decks I've seen, congrats.
You need Dark Hole. I've the argument time and time
again that Raigeki is better, so don't bother with
Dark Hole, but I disagree with it completely. I'm not
a huge fan of Mask of Restrict or Magic Jammer.
Tribute monsters have been going out of use. Magic
Jammer is 2 for 1. If people aren't using Yata decks,
you can probably get away with using Jammer. I
permanently took it out of my deck 8 or 9 months ago.
I'd take out the Tornado Bird based on the fact that
it's a flip effect, and that effect does very little
permanent damage. I've toyed around with water decks a
little bit lately, and it was the first deck-type I
owned. If I were you, I might actually take out a
Fisherman or Suijin. I think that another 7 Colored
Fish would be a nice addition. The inaba white rabbit
is a fun card, but I'd recommend taking it out of this
deck. Dream Clown is another fun card to use, but it's
out of place. Goblin Attack Force, Magician of Faith,
Wall of Illusion, and Penguin Soldier aren't what they
once were. You might want to experiment with the idea
of taking one or more of those cards out to see how
well your deck works without them. Also, you could
experiment with Sinister Serpent and possibly Mirage
of Nightmare.
A few cards you could use would be the ever famous
"staples:" Premature Burial, Snatch Steal, Pot of
Greed, Call of the Haunted, and possibly even a
Harpie's Feather Duster. I'd like to say that I'm
quite impressed with the fact that you're running 3
Typhoons in your deck. Too many people overlook the
importance of using Magic/Trap removal cards.
Just a note, the official ruling states that you're
only allowed to use 3 Umi/Legendary Ocean total. You
can't legally use 2 of each. The first line on A
Legendary Ocean that says that this card is treated as
UMI is permamently in effect, even if the card is in
the deck or Imperial Order is active.
All in all, nice deck.
