NOTE: The following rulings are unofficial.  Many of them we got from the Upperdeck FAQ at yugioh-card.com, but because we are not Upperdeck we cannot claim any rulings on our site to be official.  Most of the rulings you see here are the rulings that we as judges have made.

Spirit Reaper can be revived by Call of the Haunted, Premature Burial, Monster Reborn, and Book of Life. However, because Call of the Haunted and Premature Burial continue to target the Spirit Reaper after it's been summoned (in other words, reaper's effect is in play), the Spirit Reaper will be destroyed if revived by either card. If it is Summoned by Monster Reborn or Book of Life, it will remain on the field (Spirit Reaper won't destroy itself).

You can legally equip a Spirit Reaper on your opponent's side of the field with any equip card that would allow you to legally target it. So, you can equip it with Axe of Despair or Snatch Steal, but not with Ring of Magnetism because you can't equip an opponent's monster with Ring of Magnetism.

A monster picked up that cannot legally be summoneed by this card effect is sent to the Graveyard. It counts as your 1 monster.
