From the 1996 Recreation and Open Spaces Element (ROSE), Table 7-6:
EXISTING AND FUTURE DEMAND FOR RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE CITY OF ROCKLEDGE, 1986 - 2000

According to these figures no new active sports facilities are required for Rockledge citizens except one 9-hole golf course and 10 shuffleboard courts. But 4 linear miles each of bicycling and horseback riding trails are needed. Indeed, there is ample supply of tennis courts and basketball courts. According to these figures, baseball, soccer, and racquetball are adequately served, though perhaps not to universal convenience, with facilities also available outside of Rockledge.
Another table in appendix B of this ROSE, while using a different level of service standard, shows similar needs of new facilities.
