The Indians are blessed with two exceptional left-handed bullpen prospects in Sadler and Alex Herrera. Sadler is slightly more advanced, so he’s being given the left-handed set-up role. However, Sadler is only a couple of bad outings away from being sent to Buffalo in favor of Herrera, or possibly being demoted within the bullpen.

Yes, those numbers are ugly. Sadler has been probably the biggest pitching disappointment of the season. If Herrera (or someone else) works out, expect him to be Outrighted after the season, if not sooner. At his age, being smacked around by AAA hitting is not a good sign.
