1. Who are we?
We are the witnesses to the truth of Jesus Christ.
2. When can we be called a witness to the truth of Jesus Christ?
When we have personally encountered, believed, and obeyed His truth.
3. What are we called to do?
We are called to testify to the truth of Jesus Christ.
4. What are the ways that we can accomplish that?
Through words of truth.
Through deeds of love and righteousness in Christ.
Through the demonstration of the Holy Spirit's power.
5. In simple detail, what do we share with other people?
Our personal experiences with Jesus Christ.
The reality of sin in our lives.
God's purpose in sending His only begotten Son into the world.
The will of God for our lives.
6. By sharing the Gospel, what are we allowing God to do through us?
We' re allowing God to give people the following through us:
- an encounter with Jesus Christ. >
- a chance to have eternal life throughh Christ.
- a chance to have a new life in Christt.
7. How can we invite people into this new life?
By asking them to repent, believe, and follow Jesus.
8. How can our witnessing to others end positively?
Our witnessing could end on a positive note by:
- encouraging them to seek God with alll their hearts.
- encouraging them to read the Bible.
- encouraging them to join a good Biblee based church to find out more.
- by setting up a regular Bible study wwith them if they' re interested.
- by leading them to accept Christ throough prayer.
- trying not to debate or agrue with thhem (read: 2Timothy 2:22-26).
9. As a witness of Jesus Christ, how should we conduct ourselves?
As a witness of Jesus Christ we should try our best to be sincere, honest, gentle, patient, humble, and compassionate with whoever the Lord has led us to minister to.
10. What should we always bear in mind while witnessing to others about the Lord?
Not by our wisdom. But by God's power. (read: 1Corinthians 2:1-5)
