Good morning, Mr. Phelps. The man you're looking at is General Zek of the Karakian
Army. Zek is so bitterly opposed to the peace treaty between the Kingdom of Karak
and its neighbor, the Republic of Agir that he has conspired with this man, Ismir Najiid,
a munitions maker, to provoke war between the two counries instead of peace. His
plan is to destroy the Government House of Karak, while the young and progressive head of
that country, Kind Said, makes a public announcement of the peace treaty. Your
mission, Jim, should you decide to accept it, is to stop Zek and Najiid in such a way that
they never again threaten the peace. As always, should you or any of your IM Force
be caught or killed, the secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions. This
recording will self-destruct in five seconds. Good luck, Jim.
