Treble go into the elevator to get downstairs. The doors started to close, but Treble saw a young girl with blue hair running towards it.
"Please hold the elevator!!" the girl called out.
Treble quickly press a button to hold the elevator doors. The girl ran inside.
"Thanks a lot!" the girl smiled.
"No problem." Treble said.
"Visiting someone?" the girl asked.
"Yeah." Treble nodded. "A friend... I'm Treble."
"I'm Jane." the girl replied.
The elevator reached the lobby, and Treble & Jane got out.
"Well, I guess I might see you around here." Jane said. "Well, I've got to get going."
Jane ran off. Treble searched around the lobby.
"Now where's that machine?" Treble asked.
"Brandon?!?" a girl with brown hair and a purple shirt was yelling around. "Where are you?!?"
A brown-haired boy with a red vest walked up to the girl. "Morgan, what are you doing here?"
"Anthony?" Morgan asked, puzzled. "Where's your brother?"
"Don't know." Anthony said. "Maybe he left already..."
"The nurse said he checked out, but he was waiting in the lobby for YOU!" Morgan snapped.
"Well, maybe he went outside for some air." Anthony said.
"You're not trying to hide him, are you??" Morgan gave Anthony a glare.
Anthony jumped. "No, where'd you get that silly idea?"
Morgan growled and stomped off outside. Anthony leaned over a chair that was next to a bookcase.
"She's gone..." Anthony said.
A brown-haired boy with a gold vest came out from hiding behind the bookcase. "Are you sure?"
"Brandon, would I lie to you?" Anthony asked.
"Maybe if she threaten to kill you..." Brandon groaned.
"Why do you put up with that girl?" Anthony asked. "If you ask me, she drives me nuts."
Brandon didn't answer. "Where's Daniel & Dennis?" Brandon asked.
"They left with Leo already." Anthony answered.
"Did Morgan go outside?" Brandon asked.
Anthony nodded. "Yeah, but she may not stay there for long...."
"Well, let's go out this way...." Brandon and Anthony walked off.

"Unnn.... Treble?" Megaman said.
Treble wasn't listening. He couldn't believe what was going on....
"TREBLE!!" Axl yelled.
"Huh? What is it?" Treble asked.
"You were going to get Lan a drink, remember?" Megaman asked.
"Oh yeah!" Treble cried.
"ACK!!! What's going on?!?" one of the nurses cried.
"What's wrong?" Treble asked.
"The computer's going crazy!!" the nurse cried. "The elevator isn't working!!!"
"It's got to be some kind of virus!!" Axl cried.
"Treble, we better Jack In and check it out!" Megaman cried.
"Right!" Treble nodded. "Jack In, Megaman & Axl, Power Up!!!"
Treble held out the 2 PETs. The electronic light entered the computer's Jack In Port. Megaman & Axl appeared in the Cyber World.
"So where's the virus?" Axl asked.
"There!!" Megaman pointed to a swam of viruses covering the area.
"Well, it's time to delete them! Axl Bullets!!" Axl cried.
2 small guns appeared in Axl's hands. He began firing at the viruses.
"MegaBuster!!" Megaman cried.
Megaman held out his arm. His hand changed into a buster. Megaman fired it at the attacking viruses.
"Vulcan, Battle Chip In!!" Treble threw a chip into Lan's PET.
Megaman fired the Vulcan Chip.
"Wide Shot, Battle Chip In!!" Treble threw a chip into his PET.
Axl fired the Wide Shot.
BOOM!! BLAST!!! KA-BLEWIE!!! A bunch of viruses were deleted, but more were coming!!!
"Drat!" Treble growled. "And me without any of Lan's Chips!"
"Just do what you can, Treble!" Megaman cried.
"Right, Wide Blade, Battle Chip In!!" Treble threw a chip into Lan's PET.
A sword appeared in place of Megaman's arm. Megaman jumped forward and slashed a few viruses.
"M-Cannon, Battle Chip In!!" Treble threw another chip into his PET.
A red cannon appeared in place of Axl's hand. Axl fired it at the viruses.
After a couple of more blasts, the viruses were all gone.
"Whew..." Treble sighed. "Well, we took care of them!"
"Oh really?" a voice loomed.
"Who's there??" Megaman yelled.
A large red octopus-like Navi stepped out. "Hello Megaman...."
Megaman knew who it was....
"Launch Octopus!!!!!! B-but that's impossible!!!" Megaman cried.
"What? Because I was deleted?" Launch Octopus asked.
"You know this guy?" Axl asked.
"He was deleted, a few months before the Cyber Pirates came..." Megaman explained. "He's 1 of the Navis of Darkness, but we deleted all of them!!!"
"Then how did he come back?" Treble asked.
"That's for me to know, and you to find out!" Launch Octopus laughed. "And I'm not here alone... Hey, Axle!!"
2 vines came out of the ground and attacked Megaman & Axl.
"What the?!" Treble cried.
A tall, green Navi appeared next to Launch Octopus, it had a rose-petal on its head.
"Meet my pal Axle the Red..." Launch Octopus said. "Together we're gonna delete you!"

Treble went back upstairs to Lan's room.
"Where have you been?" Lan asked.
"You'd never believe it, Lan..." Treble said.
"I thought you were going to get me something to drink?" Lan asked.
Treble stopped. He forgot the reason he went down there in the first place due to the attack!
"What have you been doing?" Lan asked. "Goofing off?"
Treble sighed. "I wish...."
Lan looked confused. "What are you talking about?"
"Lan, we've got trouble...." Megaman said. "We just saw Launch Octopus!"
Lan's eyes widened. "But.... He was deleted!!"
"I know..." Megaman said. "But he's back!"
"How could 1 of the Navis of Darkness return?" Lan asked.
"Who are these Navis of Darkness?" Treble asked.
"It's a long story, Treble..." Lan said. "It started when Roll disappeared one day, and ended up in the Under Tournament...."

Serenade was waiting for Darkman & Yamatoman to appear in Secret.
"About time..." Serenade remarked.
"Forgive us, lord." Darkman said.
"We can't get here as fast as you can." Yamatoman said.
"Never mind, let's go." Serenade said.
Darkman leaned over to Yamatoman. "Is is just me, or has Lord S been... Different lately?"
Yamatoman nodded. "Yes, she has..." he whispered.
"Ever since the Under Tournament a few months ago..." Darkman continued. "I wonder what all happened?"
Yamatoman shook his head. "No idea...."
Serenade continued through the area of Secret, until they reached the Recycle Area.... Or what was LEFT of the Recycle Area.....
"..... Looks like I was right..." Serenade sighed.
"Who could have done this?" Darkman asked.
"A very powerful Navi, at that..." a voice loomed above them.
Serenade spun around. "BASS!! What are you doing here?"
Yamatoman drew his lance. "I bet you attacked this area!"
Bass laughed. "Why would I waste my time here? I have nothing to gain."
"But do you know who did?" Serenade asked.
"You know even if I had that information, I wouldn't care." Bass replied.
"True." Serenade nodded. "So what have you come for?"
"I sensed something..." Bass said. "Something I haven't in quite a long time..."
Serenade snapped to attention. "Get back!" she warned her guardians.
Darkman & Yamatoman stood behind Serenade. A blast followed by a huge roar came from the remains of the Recycle Area.
Serenade protected Darkman & Yamatoman, as pieces of the area came flying there way. Then a Navi sprang out from the wreck of the area.
"What is that?" Darkman asked.
A large Navi covered in thick silver fur jumped out. He let out a roar and faced Bass.
"Kage.... I knew it was you I sensed..." Bass said. "This time I will delete you! Giga Breaker!!!"
Bass hurled the Giga Breaker at Kage.
Kage backflipped and landed on a piece of rubble. "Still holding a grudge against me 'Brother'?" he laughed.
"Brother?" Darkman asked Serenade.
"It's because they were once one being, as Kage in his early stages, was formed from Bug Fragments, and corrupt Bass data, and was soon assimilated by Bass, but they separated, and Kage took most of Bass's powers with him, but soon abandoned them, and took on the form you see now." Serenade explained. "You know of the UnderNet Wars, correct?"
Yamatoman starred at Kage. "You mean he's...."
Serenade nodded. "Yes, he's the one..."
"Shouldn't we stop them?" Darkman asked.
"Leave Bass to me." Kage said. "I can handle him."
Serenade nodded. "...... Where's Metal Shark Player?"
Before Kage could answer, Bass tried to hurl another Giga Breaker at Serenade.
Kage swung his arm, and a massive wall of crystals shot up from the ground, making a shield from the Giga Breaker.
"No Bass, I am your opponent. Are you ready?" Kage said, flying toward Bass.
"You dare challenge me?" Bass asked. "You're no match against my power!!"
Bass hurled a dark blast at Kage. Kage slashed through it with ease.
"Haven't you learned by now?" Kage chuckled. "Darkness can't hurt me!"
Kage hurled a blast of energy at Bass. Bass groaned, and flew back.
"Gospel Breath!!!" Bass cried, as his hand turned into a dog-like gun.
"This could go on forever..." Serenade groaned.
"... L-lord... S..." a weak cry let out.
"What was that??" Serenade cried.
Darkman & Yamatoman pulled out a shark-like Navi from the rubble. It was Metal Shark Player!
"Metal Shark Player!!" Serenade cried. "Are you okay?"
"Lord S.... The Recycle Area was destroyed..." Metal Shark Player said, weakly. "... And... The seal was broken..... The Navis of Darkness... They....."
"Their data could be received and revived!" Darkman cried.
"And the other seal?" Serenade asked.
"..... It's gone..." Metal Shark Player said. "I saw the fragments scatter."
"The 5 Chips of Darkness..." Serenade said, with a worried expression. "They're loose?"
Metal Shark Player nodded.
"Let's take him back to Under Square..." Serenade said. She looked at the battle above. "Leave them, we have more important things to do..."

"Darkness beyond the twilight, crimson beyond blood that flows, buried in the flow of time in thy great name, here I pledge myself to darkness. May all the fools who stand before us be destroyed by the power you and I possess. Dragon Slave!"

Roll opened her eyes. A large blast of bright red energy shot above them. It blasted through the Navi's attacks and deleted Squid Adler, Grizzy Slash & Dr. Izzy Glow.
"What was that?!?" Roll cried.
Roll jumped up and spun around. A female Navi with green eyes and red hair stood on a data cube.
"Elie!!!" ImPal cried.
"Who?" Roll asked.
"That's Elie Inverse, the new Rank #4!!" ImPal explained.
"Lord S sent me because she was worried something had happened, looks like she was right." Elie explained. Elie looked around. "Where's Russell and Roxette?"
ImPal didn't say anything, he starred at the ground.
"They were killed." Roll explained. "BY THEM!!!" she pointed to Bit, Byte, Vile & Deathman.
"Oh really?" Elie's eyes darkened.
"Nice trick you've got." Vile said. "But it can't beat us!"
"Wanna beat?" Elie asked, placing her hands together, as a black light surrounded her.
"What's she doing?" Protoman asked.
"GET OUTTA THE WAY!!!" ImPal screamed, pushing Roll out of Elie's path.
"Why are we running?" Perl asked, picking up Dantz, who was still knocked out.
"Don't ask, JUST RUN!!!" ImPal yelled.
Protoman followed. "Okay, I won't."
Around Elie's neck, waist and hands were some sort of amulets. Each one glowed with a bright red light.
"What parlor trick is this?" Deathman asked.
"Who cares? SUPER LASER!!" Bit & Byte fired a laser towards Elie.
Elie began to chant her attack. "Darkness beyond blackest pitch, deeper than the deepest night. Lord of Darkness who shines like gold upon the Sea of Chaos, I call upon thee, swear myself to thee. Let the fools who stand before me be destroyed by the power you and I possess..."
"I don't think this is a trick..." Vile said, getting a worried look on his face. "Let's retreat!"
Vile grabbed Deathman and jumped through a Black Hole. Bit & Byte remained, firing multiple lasers at Elie.
Elie unleashed her attack. "GIGA SLAVE!!!" she screamed and with all her might, hurled the flood of energy towards Bit & Byte.
Elie's Giga Slave cut right through Bit & Byte's lasers, and hit them right in the center. The large combined Navi imploded and crumbled into pieces.
Roll and the others came out of their hiding place. Even though Elie had gotten rid of the Dark Navis, most of Net City was either blown to pieces or on fire.
"Oh well..." Elie sighed. "At least I got rid of them!"
"YOU CRAZY IDIOT!!!" Protoman screamed. "You just destroyed half of Net City!!!"
"Hey, I saved you, didn't I?" Elie barked at Protoman.
"With that kind of damage, who needs saving?" Protoman asked.
"FINE!" Elie snapped. "Next time I leave your butt in danger!"
"I think I'll be safer..." Protoman remarked.
"WHAT?!?" Elie grew furious. She was ready to launch another attack at Protoman.
"He didn't mean it, Elie!!" ImPal tried to interrupt. "He always says stupid stuff like that!"
"Doesn't excuse it." Elie growled.
"Can we settle this later?" Roll asked. "Perl, how's Dantz?"
"He'll be okay." Perl said. "Thanks for saving us, Miss Inverse."
Elie smiled. "You're welcome." she glared at Protoman. "At least someone's grateful..."
"It appears something's going on in the UnderNet." ImPal said. "We better return to Lord S."
"I better come with you." Roll said. "I am Rank #1, after all."
ImPal nodded. "If you wish."
"I'm coming too." Protoman said. "You're not leaving me out this time..."
"Gateman!!" Elie called out.
A Remo Gate appeared. Gateman came out of it.
"Gateman! Long time no see!" Roll cried.
Gateman bowed. "Hello Rank #1. Lord S wishes to see you."
"See me?" Roll asked, puzzled.
"Yes, and Megaman... Where is he?" Gateman asked.
"At the hospital with Lan." Roll explained.
"Very well." Gateman said. "I'll send you ahead and retrieve him."
Gateman opened the Remo Gate. Roll felt a strong wind pull her inside. Protoman, Elie & ImPal followed.

Back at the hospital, Jane walked into Lan's Room.
"Oh, there you are." Jane smiled at Treble.
"Jane!" Treble blushed.
"Who's she?" Lan asked.
"I'm Jane Crystal." Jane answered.
"She helped me downstairs not long ago." Treble explained. "Her Navi is cool!"
Jane giggled. "Thanks, Treble."
"Can I see?" Lan asked.
"Is your Navi online?" Jane asked.
Lan nodded. "They're in the Bed Comp."
Jane found the port on the side of Lan's bed. She Jacked In her Navi.
Aqua appeared in the Bed Comp next to Megaman & Axl. "Nice to see you guys again!" she smiled.
"Hey Aqua!" Megaman smiled.
"Call me Aquachan." Aqua said. "All my friends do."
"She's a cute Navi." Lan said.
Suddenly, the Remo Gate appeared above the Navis.
"What's that?" Axl asked.
"A Remo Gate!!" Megaman cried.
"A what?" Aqua asked.
But before Megaman could answer, the gate opened and sucked in Megaman, Aqua & Axl!
"Axl!!" Treble cried.
"Aqua!!" Jane screamed.
"It's okay." Lan said.
"What do you mean?" Treble asked. "Our Navis just got taken!!"
"I know where they're going." Lan said. "To Serenade, the Lord of the UnderNet...."

The Remo Gate appeared in Under 6, and dropped everyone on their heads.
"AARRRGGHH!!!" Mary growled. "I'm gonna get that Gateman!!!"
"He just has WAY too much fun doing that!!" Chainsawman growled.
"So where's the first place to go?" Megaman asked.
"Just look around, I guess." Gallantman said.
"So what was Kage talking about that Serenade ruled the UnderNet with an iron fist?" Roll asked.
"Serenade was...... Different, shall we say..." Paladinman said.
"But like Gateman said, just about no one is left that remembers..." ImPal said.
"We only know from stories..." Angelman said.
"Can you tell us?" Aqua asked.
"Well, they say that Serenade was heartless, that she'd delete anything in her path..." D-Nightmare said.
"And that any opponent that attack her, she just would delete them with any mercy..." Chainsawman added.
"Also that.... She was said to have a cold heart..." Marino said.
"That she couldn't care about anyone or anything, and treated her Ranked Navis as servants..." Mary said.
"Did she?" Protoman asked.
"Not to any of us..." Spearman said. "She's always been... Nice..."
"They say what changed her was the day she first visited the Surface Net..." Paladinman explained.
"Why did that change her?" Axl asked.
"Because I heard a story that she met a hurt Navi..." Angelman said. ".... I think it was a child Navi..."
"And that she learned that the Navis of the surface didn't act anything like those of the UnderNet." Marino explained.
"Something about she helped that child Navi to safety..." Gallantman said. "And then she overheard the crisis with Alpha..."
"And something changed then in her..." D-Nightmare said. "She decided to help these innocent helpless Navis she saw..."
"I don't know if it's true or not..." Chainsawman said. "It's only a story..."
"She saw something in the Surface Net..." ImPal said. "And she was never the same again, she changed, and became a more sensitive, kind, caring leader... She then became the greatest leader of the UnderNet..."
"That's what makes her the Lord of the UnderNet..." Marino said. "Everyone respects her, and she respects us..."
"The biggest change was after she met you, Roll." Mary said.
"Me?" Roll asked.
"Yeah, Russell & Gateman said she almost went through another change after meeting you." Marino said. "Something about you brought out a part of Serenade we never saw before..."
"Something about your & Megaman's love for each other..." Mary said. "She was muttering once how it made her realize something, I have no clue what she was talking about, but...."
"I still can't believe Kage was betray Lord Serenade like that..." Angelman said.
"Quite true..." ImPal said. "It's really unlike him..."
"Yeah, considering..." Marino looked thoughtful. "That Serenade........."
Everyone starred at Marino.
"Considering Serenade what?" Mary asked, giving Marino a puzzled look.
Marino jumped. "Unn... Nothing...."
"Marino...." Mary grumbled. "You know you can't keep a secret from me!"
"What do you know that we don't?" ImPal asked.
"It's nothing!!" Marino said.
"Whatever...." Protoman groaned. "Can we press on now?"

The next day, Lan had left the hospital and just laid in bed. He starred at his PET, which read "Net Navi Missing."
Lan sighed and just starred at the ceiling. Then he heard a noise. His PET was ringing, it was his Auto Phone.
"Oh yeah, Megaman normally tells me when I have a call..." Lan sighed, as he picked up the PET.
"Lan?" Lan's Father, Dr. Hikari's picture appeared on the screen.
"Dad?" Lan asked, he was surprised that his father called.
"..... Chaud & Mr. Famous told me what happened." Dr. Hikari explained. "Mr. Famous keeps in contact with Serenade, remember."
"........ What is it, dad?" Lan asked.
"Can you come to Sci Lab?" Dr. Hikari asked. "It's important."
Lan sighed, but he agreed. He quickly got to Sci Lab, where he saw Chaud waiting outside for him. Mayl, Jane & Treble stood by him.
"What do you want?" Lan barked at Chaud.
"Megaman or no Megaman, you're still a Net Savior." Chaud pointed out. "And there's a new mission for you."
Lan grew furious. "Megaman's gone, and you expect me to go on a mission??!!?"
"If you're going to act this way, then just quit." Chaud said.
Lan punched Chaud in the face. "Maybe if I never was a Net Savior, Megaman would still be here!!"
Jane walked up and slapped Lan in the face. Treble jumped.
"What was that for?!?" Lan snapped.
"YOU IDIOT!!" Jane screamed. "What would Megaman say to you now? Are you going to quit on Megaman!?"
Lan starred at Jane. "Of course not!"
"Then why won't you help?" Jane asked. "Chaud's willing to give you a new Navi to help with this mission!"
"Serenade thinks that maybe 1 of the 5 Chips of Darkness is in the Real World." Treble explained. "She wants us to investigate the Dark Chip Factory that was abandoned by Nebula."
"And also to investigate a cruise line that could have a Chip of Darkness." Mayl added. "But first we have to get invited."
"Well why didn't you say so earlier?" Lan asked.
"With your fist in my face?" Chaud growled.
Everyone hurried inside Sci Lab. Dr. Cain came up to them.
"Dr. Cain!!" Lan cried.
"I heard about Sigma and came to assist in anyway I can." Dr. Cain explained.
"Lan, I want you to meet someone." Dr. Hikari said.
A tall man that looked like something the cat drug in, then chewed it up and spat it back out. He wore a dirty white shirt, black pants, a red bandana, and a pirate hat.
"This is Black Spotty." Mr. Famous explained.
"Call me Spotty." Spotty said. "And this is my Navi Bugger."
Spotty held up his PET. A Net Navi that looked like Spotty was there.
"Hello there." Bugger said.
"Where'd this guy come from?" Treble asked.
"He's the former leader of the Cyber Pirates." Dr. Hikari explained.
"WHAT?!?" Lan cried.
"I've been in hiding for years, plus I was kidnapped at one point." Spotty explained. "I figure Tron thought I was dead by now."
"Tron never said anything about you!" Treble cried.
"You know Tron?" Spotty asked.
"You could say so." Treble sighed.
"That's the boy I told you about." Mr. Famous said to Spotty.
"Oh, so you're the boy that's a former Cyber Pirate?" Spotty asked.
"Yeah." Treble nodded. "But I'm not anymore!"
Spotty laughed. "That's fine. Actually, back when I was captain, I did a few favors for the Officials. They say they'll clean my record up and protect me from a certain person who's been after me if I help."
"That's why you're working with us?" Chaud asked.
"And some personal reasons..." Spotty muttered.
A younger man than Spotty walked up next to him. "So these are the ones we're here to help?" he asked Spotty.
"This is Snippy Snippy." Spotty explained. "His father was a crew member of mine, until he disappeared."
"I still carry Unick, my father's Net Navi." Snippy said, showing his PET with a Net Navi. "Spotty promises to help me find my father."
"And I intend to help!" Unick cried.
"So you're Lan?" a woman in a brown vest and a pirate hat asked. "I'm Lizzie."
"You know my name?" Lan asked.
"You know my Net Navi." Lizzie held up her PET.
Lan starred at the Navi inside. It was Mary!!
"Hey Lan!" Mary cried.
"Mary!!" Lan cried. "You're Lizzie's Navi??"
"Yep." Mary nodded.
"Lizzie, it's been a while!" Treble cried.
"Nice to see you again too, Treble." Lizzie smiled.
"So what's this about giving me a new Navi?" Lan asked.
"Well, you can't continue without one." Chaud said. "Give me your PET."
Lan handed Chaud his PET. Chaud handed it to Dr. Cain. Dr. Cain plugged the PET into the computer, and handed it back to Lan.
"So who is my Navi?" Lan asked.
Lan looked at his PET. A red Navi with long white hair appeared in his PET.
"PROTOMAN?!?" Lan cried. "Chaud, are you sure about this??"
Chaud nodded. "I would never let anyone else operate him. He's yours for now."
"I'm ready to help save Megaman, Lan!" Protoman cried.
"All right! Those Navis of Darkness don't stand a chance!" Lan cried.
"Besides, I'd be a jinx if I came with anyway." Chaud said. "Too many people know me as an Official."
Lan nodded. "That's true. So what's this about getting on a cruise?"
"There's an auction going on there about a Rare Battle Chip." Dr. Hikari explained. "It's possible that it could be a Chip of Darkness."
"So we want you guys to find out." Chaud explained.
"Aren't you invited?" Lan asked Chaud. "Your father owns that big company and all..."
Chaud shook his head. "No, I wasn't. It's possible because I'm known as an Official."
"That's why you want me to go." Lan said.
Chaud nodded. "Yes, but first you need an invite."
"Well, we'll have to settle that." Spotty said. "First, let's hit the Dark Chip Factory."
Lan nodded. "Let's go!"
"Oh Lan, take Beat with you." Dr. Cain said. "I installed him into your PET."
"Thanks Dr. Cain." Lan smiled.
Treble looked at Lan's PET. He saw a small blue bird next to Protoman.
"A little bit like Data, huh?" Treble asked.
"Who's Data?" Jane asked.
Treble showed Jane his PET. A small brown & gray monkey was with Axl.
"Oh, he's cute!!" Jane cried.
Spotty looked at Data. "Where'd you get that?"
"Oh, Tron gave it to me." Treble explained. "She never told me where she got it from."
"Oh, I see...." Spotty said.

Lan, Mayl, Treble, Jane, Spotty, Snippy, & Lizzie headed for the Dark Chip Factory. But something stopped them on the way.
A Dimensional Area was outside. 6 people were being attack by Chill Penguin, Spark Mandrill, Armored Armadillo, Boomer Kuwanger, Sting Chameleon, Storm Eagle & Flame Mammoth.
"No way!!" Lan cried. "The rest of them are alive?!?"
Treble recognized 3 of the humans. They were Brandon, Anthony & Morgan, the ones he saw in the hospital the other day.
"Rush!!" Mayl called out.
Rush appeared out of a hole. Rush quickly fused with the Synchro Chip hanging from its neck.
"Rush Synchro Chip in, download!!" Mayl threw the chip into her PET. "Cross Fusion!!"
"Force Metal Synchro Chip in!!" Treble pulled out the Synchro Chip he hand. "Cross Fusion!!"
Mayl & Treble transformed into forms that looked like their Navis.
Treble threw a Force Metal Synchro Chip to Jane. "You try it, Jane!"
Jane nodded. "Synchro Chip in, download!! Cross Fusion!"
It worked. Jane looked a lot like Aqua now.
"Let's do it!" Spotty cried. "Synchro Chip in, download!! Cross Fusion!!"
Spotty, Snippy & Lizzie Cross Fused.
"Now it's my turn!" Lan cried. "Synchro Chip in, download!!"
Lan threw in the chip, but nothing happened. "Huh?" he asked.
"Lan..." Protoman said. "I'm in here, remember?"
Then it hit Lan. Without Megaman, he can't Cross Fuse!!
"Stay with the other humans." Spotty said. "We'll handle this!"
Lan nodded. He ran to the humans the Navis of Darkness were attacking.
"Who are you?" Lan asked the group.
"Are you Lan?" Brandon asked.
"You know me?" Lan asked.
"Thanks for trying to help ImPal." Brandon said.
Then Lan figured it out. "You're ImPal's Operator!!"
Brandon nodded.
"I'm Spearman's Operator." Anthony said.
".... I was Lilly's Operator..." Morgan sighed.
"I'm Daniel Taiki." one of the others said, he was dressing in jeans and a long-sleeved shirt. "I'm D-Nightmare's Operator."
"I'm Dennis Liu." another said, he was dressed in white jeans and a white shirt with a blue vest, he also wore glasses. "I'm Paladinman's Operator."
"I'm Leo." the last one said, he wore a red vest with a blue shirt underneath it & blue jeans. "I'm Chainsawman's Operator."
"So not all of them were Solo Navis..." Protoman said.
Lan turned to the battle. Mayl fired her Roll Arrows combined with Jane's Aqua Attacks.
"Double Cross Slash!!" 2 swords appeared in Lizzie's hands. She jumped forward and slashed Boomerang Kuwanger.
"Long Blade!!" Snippy cried, a sword appeared in his hand. He joined Lizzie in her attack.
The 2 combined deleted Boomerang Kuwanger.
Treble fired his Axl Bullets. Spark Mandrill came up behind Spotty and fired a ball of electricity at him.
"Escape!!" Spotty cried.
A doll-version of Spotty appeared, taking the hit. Spotty jumped ahead and slashed Spark Mandrill with his sword.
"Aqua Hurricane!!" Jane hurled the hurricane of water at Spark Mandrill.
The water came crashing down on Spark Mandrill. BOOM!! Spark Mandrill was defeated.
Lan was glad the battle was going well, but he felt helpless.... There had to be something he could do!

Meanwhile in the UnderNet, Angelman, Gallantman, Zero, Elie, Harpuia, Leviathan, Fefnir, Phantom, Darkman, Yamatoman, & Teal came crashing down out of Gateman's Remo Gate. They landed in one huge pile.
"I'M GONNA KILL YOU GATEMAN!!!!!!!!!!" Fefnir growled.
"Gateman, I swear that if you do that again, I'll kill you myself." Yamatoman groaned.
"Just shut up, Yamatoman." Zero snapped.
"He's gonna get a Dragon Slave when I get back..." Elie grumbled.
"Gateman really has fun doing this, doesn't he?" Angelman asked.
"Yes, I believe he does." Phantom said.
"So where should we look first?" Teal asked.
"No idea..." Gallantman said.
"Well, the best thing to do is search around." Leviathan said.
"Well, look at the moron convention..." Bass appeared behind them and chuckled.
"What do you want, Bass?" Harpuia groaned.
"Just interested in what the heck are you idiots doing?" Bass asked.
"No of your business." Elie growled. "Now get lost!"
"Not very lady-like, are you?" Bass asked.
"You wanna see lady-like?" Elie asked, throwing a fireball at Bass.
Bass quickly avoided it. "And short tempered too..."
"GET LOST WILL YOU?!?" Elie barked at Bass.
"I don't feel like it." Bass said. "You're looking for something, I can tell."
"Yeah, and we don't want you following us." Angelman said. "Now beat it, or we'll have to teach you a lesson!!"
"You teach me?" Bass laughed. "I think you got that in REVERSE!"
"No, I don't." Angelman said.
"So you feel lucky?" Bass asked.
"Angelman, don't." Gallantman warned. "We're not here to pick a fight with Bass."
"No, don't fight him because I WANT TO!!" Elie growled.
"Elie, you're too angry right now to focus...." Phantom pointed out.
Elie threw a fireball at Phantom. Phantom caught on fire, but quickly jumped around and put the fire out.
"See? You're just proving my point..." Phantom said.
"You wanna become a human matchstick?" Leviathan asked. "Otherwise I'd shut up if I were you...."
"So are we going to fight, or are you going to talk me to death?" Bass asked.
"I will!!" Angelman jumped out. "DeathBuster Scythe!!!"
Angelman threw his attack at Bass. Bass yawned.
"Boring.... Double Buster!!" Bass fired shot from both his arms.
Angelman's attack didn't even get in, but Bass's attack knocked Angelman down.
"Wanna try again?" Bass asked.
"V-Lance!!" Angelman cried, closing in on Bass.
Bass didn't avoid this one as easily. It got through his aura and cut at his arm.
"Not bad but... Don't get too close to me!" Bass smiled. "Giga Breaker!!!"
Bass hurled the attack onto Angelman's head. Angelman was sent crashing down towards the others.
"Oh boy..." Teal gulped.
Elie cracked her knuckles. "Guess it's my turn!" she smiled. "Burst Rondo!!!"
An explosion came out from Elie's hands. It soared straight into Bass. But Bass's Aura protected him.
"That's the best you've got?" Bass laughed again.
"ARRGGHH!! This guy's getting on my nerves!!" Elie growled.
"I must admit, he's getting on mine too..." Darkman grumbled.
"Angelman, are you okay?" Teal asked.
"Unn..." Angelman was damaged badly.
"So what do we do now?" Gallantman asked. "There's got to be a way to stop Bass!"
Suddenly, everyone heard a voice. A Navi in a black knight's armor appeared in front of Bass.
"Imperious Glare!!!" the Navi cried.
Bass was caught off-guard. For some reason, he couldn't move.
"Deimosman!" Angelman cried.
Then two attacks came after Bass from behind.
"Feather Wind!" a voice cried.
"Burst Flare!" another cried.
A feather wind attack and a fire attack blasted Bass. He was knocked down to the ground.
Two Navis appeared. One had green on his chest with blue boots and blue coverings on his wings. The other had flames coming out of her fists and legs.
"Who are they?" Elie asked.
"They are Featherman & Burstgirl..." Deimosman explained.
"We were reborn from the ashes of Flamerman..." Featherman said.
"To stop the Navis of Darkness!" Burstgirl exclaimed.
"What is this?" Bass growled. "One Navi turns into two?"
"Not just that..." Featherman said.
"We also can fuse into one!" Burstgirl cried.
The two Navis combined together. They turned into a large Navi with two golden angel wings, green leg armor, red arm armor, and the right arm looked like a dragon head.
"Combined we are called Skydive!" the Navi proclaimed.
"Whatever!!" Bass growled. "You'll die again!!"
"Dragon Head Cannon!!" Skydive cried, firing a fireball from the dragon head.
Bass was hit bad. His cape caught on fire and his left arm was badly damaged.
"Very well... I'll retreat for now..." Bass grumbled as he disappeared.
"That was cool!!" Elie cried.
Skydive split back into Featherman & Burstgirl.
"UGH..." Angelman groaned in pain, his data was still badly damaged.
Deimosman came over to Angelman. "Hang on, friend. Power of the sun, grant me the strength to save my ally. IRIDESCENT GAZE!!"
Deimosman opened his eyes. A wave of healing power washed over Angelman healing him.
"Thanks." Angelman said.
"No need to." Deimosman said. "Where are you all heading?"
"Not sure." Harpuia said. "We're searching the Net on Lord S's request."
"Then we shall join your search." Deimosman said.
"Agreed." Featherman nodded.
"Let's go then!" Burstgirl cried.

Elsewhere in the UnderNet, Haloman as finally wearing down.
"How's Deimosman?" Angelman asked.
"I casted a Healing Spell." Elie said. "He should be okay..."
Fefnir, Harpuia, Leviathan & Phantom jumped onto Haloman to hold him down.
"Gateman, open the gate and take us to Serenade!!" Darkman yelled out.
The Remo Gate appeared.
"Teal, you better go with them, you're injured." Angelman said.
"Okay." Teal said. "Deimosman should go too so Cinnamon finish healing him."
"I'll make sure they get there ok." Yamatoman said.
The Remo Gate opened. Haloman, Fefnir, Leviathan, Harpuia, Phantom, Deimosman, Yamatoman & Teal were pulled in.
A Mettaur hopped up on Virina's shoulder and whispered to her.
Virina looked thoughtful. "Is there a Dimensional Area up?"
"Wouldn't know..." Gallantman said.
"I think there is." Virina said. "At the old Dark Chip Factory..."
"That's where Lan and the others are now." Angelman said.
"Apparently something is going on there...." Virina said. "I should be able to open a portal to there so you can go through."
"Then do it." Elie said.
Virina opened a portal. She, Elie, Gallantman, Darkman & Angelman jumped through.

Back at the Dark Chip Factory, the battle wasn't looking in Curse's favor.
"We're a bit out-numbered here, sir." Pinky pointed out.
"Shut up!" Curse barked. "More Navis of Darkness should be on the way!!"
As Curse spoke, a portal opened. Sigma, Laserman, Vile, Spider, Boulderman & Dr. Psyche came out. And one more, a black and red female Navi with 2 black wings on her back.
"Devilian!!" Dennis & Paladinman cried.
"You know her?" Lan asked.
"Her Operator was arrested on one of my investigations...." Dennis said.
"Oh, I see..." Lan said.
"Paladinman, it's been a while..." Devilian said.
"Un-oh..." Paladinman gulped.
"Flame Wing!!!" Devilian shot out her fire attack at Paladinman.
"Aqua Spiral!!" Jane hurled her spiral of water at Devilian. It canceled her attacked.
"You little!!" Devilian growled.
"Thanks..." Paladinman said.
"You're going to pay for what you did to ImPal!!!" Anthony came charging after Spider.
"Oh please... Tri Card!!" Spider hurled 3 cards at Anthony.
The cards exploded in Anthony's face.
Bola & Klaymoor didn't know where to start. Then Chainsawman appeared in front of them.
"Well if it isn't the stupidest pirates ever." Chainsawman said. "Hello muggers!!"
"OH MY GOD!!!" Bola's eyes popped out of his head.
"IT'S HIM!!!" Klaymoor let out a scream.
"You know them?" Lan asked Leo.
"Yeah, they tried to mug Chainsawman once." Leo explained. "Big mistake."
Chainsawman launched his discs at Bola & Klaymoor. Bola & Klaymoor ran around screaming like girls. Chainsawman sat back and laughed his head off.
The discs hit Bola & Klaymoor, the two Navis logged out.
"Boulder Mode!!" Boulderman rolled up into a boulder and crashed into D-Nightmare & Protoman.
"Drat, how can we hit him like that?" D-Nightmare asked.
"Like this!" Treble cried. "Copy Shot!"
Treble shot his Copy Shot at Jane. He copied her Cross Fusion.
"Aqua Cyclone!!" Treble cried.
A cyclone of water stirred up. It lifted Boulderman into the air.
"AAAAHHH!!" Boulderman was sent flying.
"Now!" Treble cried, changing back. "Axl Bullets!!"
Treble fired his busters at Boulderman. BANG!! BOOM!! Boulderman crashed to the ground and logged out.
Black Heart jumped off one of the machines and came after Treble.
"Stinger!!!" 4 needle-like objects came flying after Treble.
"Look out!!" Jane cried.
Treble braced for impact.

Elie appeared through Virina's portal just in time to cast her Dragon Slave. It destroyed Black Heart's attack, and blast Black Heart into Curse.
".... THAT SPELL!!" Black Heart cried.
Treble opened his eyes. "You're Elie, aren't you?"
Elie jumped down to Treble. "Yep, and I'm guessing you're Axl's Operator?"
Treble nodded. "Thanks for saving me."
"No problem." Elie winked.
Virina stood behind Elie next to the portal. "So this is the real world... I don't really see the difference its just as much fighting here it seems."
Angelman, Gallantman & Darkman came through the portal.
"Need some help?" Angelman asked.
"Angelman?!?" Daniel cried. "How are you guys able to get here?"
"Thank the Virus Lady." Gallantman pointed to Virina.
"She can make a portal for us to appear here." Darkman explained.
"Can someone tell me who are the good guys and who are the bad guys please?" Virina asked.
Elie pointed to Lan and the others. "Okay, look they Good Guys!!"
Angelman pointed to Curse and Black Heart. "They Bad Guys!!"
Darkman pointed to Vile & Sigma. "And they REALLY Bad Guys!"
"Wanna help?" Gallantman asked.
Virina smiled. "If you don't mind me helping.... VIRUS PORTAL!"
A new portal appeared sending out Mettaurs attacking Curse.
"Get off of me you little pests!!" Curse growled.
"Vile Cannon!!" Vile fired his cannon, trying to delete the Mettaurs. He hit Curse in the face once or twice.
"Watch where you aim!!" Curse growled.
A red ball appeared between Elie's hands. "Oh, source of all power, light which burns beyond crimson, let thy power gather in my hand." The light red ball became bigger between Elie's hands. "FIREBALL!!!"
Elie hurled the ball at Vile & Curse. The two caught on fire and the ball of light exploded. Vile logged out and Curse lost his Cross Fusion.
"Nice trick." Spotty came up behind Elie.
Elie fired another fireball at Spotty, Spotty quickly dodged it.
"Hey, I'm one of the good guys!!" Spotty cried.
"How could I tell the way you snuck up on me??" Elie growled.
"Where'd you learn those neat tricks?" Spotty asked.
"None of your business?" Elie snapped. "Don't bug me or you'll get a demonstration..."
"Why would you think I'd be that stupid?" Spotty asked.
"Because I'M SURE you're stupid." Elie said.
"She's right there." Snippy said.
Spotty glared at Snippy.
"I'm not like those morons..." Spotty pointed to Curse, Pinky, & Billy Boy.
"You say that as if you think you're not a moron yourself..." Elie grumbled.
Black Heart jumped up and threw on 5 black amulets. "Let's see you handle this..."
Black Heart's amulets glowed. She began chanting a spell.

"Heed me thou who is darker than dusk, he who is more red than blood. In the name of that which has been buried in the bottomless abyss of time eternal, I summon thee, Master of the Ultimate Darkness. Infuse me with power, let your strength become mine to wipe these fools who stand before us from the face of this earth, and deliver unto them the ultimate doom! Dragon Slave!!"

Black Heart threw the Dragon Slave at Elie.
"A Dragon Slave??" Elie's eyes widened. "Raywing!!"
Elie floated into the air, she used her powers to lift Spotty & Treble as well. Elie flew out of the blast range of Black Heart's Dragon Slave. She landed over by Lan with Spotty & Treble.
"Cool trick." Treble said.
"Who casted that Dragon Slave??" Elie asked.
"I did." Black Heart said.
"Who the hell are you?!?" Elie yelled.
"I am called Black Heart." Black Heart answered. "Assassin, Poison Potion Master, and Sorceress Hunter...."
"Sorceress Hunter?" Elie asked.
"Where did you learn such abilities?" Black Heart asked. "There has only been 1 Sorceress I have ever known that knows your spells..."
"I must admit I've never seen anyone use the Dragon Slave besides me." Elie said. "How'd you learn it?"
"Stole it from a Sorceress named Lina." Black Heart answered.
"Lina?" Elie wondered to herself. "Where have I heard that name before?"
"See these amulets?" Black Heart pointed to the 5 amulets she was wearing. "They allow me to steal the power of Sorceresses..."
"You sick witch!!" Elie growled. "Killing people for their powers??"
"And I want YOURS!!" Black Heart looked like she was ready to attack again.
"Get back." Elie cried.
Spotty grabbed Treble and moved him away. Mayl jumped out and grabbed Lan.
Elie's body was surrounded with a bright red light as she chanted her spell.

"Darkness beyond blackest pitch, deeper than the deepest night. King of Darkness who shines like gold upon the Sea of Chaos, I call upon thee, swear myself to thee. Let the fools who stand before me be destroyed by the power you and I possess... GIGA SLAVE!"

At the same time, Black Heart was surround with a black aura as she chanted a spell.

"Lord of Dreams that Terrify, Sword of the cold dark void, free yourself from the heavens bonds, become one with my power, one with my body, and let us walk the path of destruction together! Power that can smash even the souls of the Gods! Ragna Blade!"

Elie Inverse & Black Heart hurled their attacks at each other. The combined chaos of power exploded together. It shattered the roof of the Dark Chip Factory. The building began shaking like it could crumble at any second.
"It's coming down!!" Sigma yelled. "Black Heart you crazy witch!!"
"Oh screw it!" Black Heart snapped. "Retreat!!"
"You're not going anywhere!" Spotty said.
Spotty was right. Sigma and the rest were surrounded now.
"Now where's Megaman??" Lan asked.
"It's a good thing you guys showed up in time." Treble said to Elie.
"Thanks to Virina." Elie smiled.
"But didn't you say that she's a Virus Navi??" Snippy asked. "Can she be trusted?"
Suddenly, Virina fell down on her knees obviously in pain from something.
"Hey, something's wrong with Virina!" Elie cried.
"Virina, what is it?" Darkman asked.
Virina was struggling in her head, her evil side was trying to take over.
"NO!!! Don't do it there is enough problems already!" Virina cried in her head.
"It's my turn to be in charge and I'm gonna make them have to fight to the death if they want to survive." E-Virina said. "Since they obvious don't want to trust you."
"I wont help you!" Virina yelled back at E-Virina.
"To late our powers are working together already and it takes time to put a stop to that. I win You lose!" E-Virina laughed.
Virina got up but looked evil and let out an evil laugh.
"That doesn't sound good...." Elie said.
"Didn't Virina say she had two sides?" Gallantman asked.
"So are you saying this is E-Virina?" Darkman asked.
"I am sensing a great evil that has taken over Virina..." Angelman said. "I think this is her evil half..."
"You are about to die..." E-Virina said in a deep, dark voice.
"Oh bugger..." Spotty said.
"Let's use this distraction to get out of here!" Black Heart said.
Curse nodded. He, Black Heart, Pinky & Billy ran for it. Sigma, Dr. Psyche, Laserman & Devilian logged out.
"They're running!!" Leo cried.
"I think we have worse troubles!!" Brandon said.
Brandon was right. The Mettaurs began attacking everyone.
"Double Cross Slash!!" Lizzie slashed through a group of Mettaurs.
"Step Sword!!" Protoman joined Lizzie.
"There's too many!!" Dennis cried. "We'll never be able to delete them all!!"
"And the building's coming down." Daniel pointed out.
"We've got to get out of here!" Mayl cried.
"STOP THIS RIGHT NOW!" Virina's voice boomed into E-Virina's head.
"You sound angry. Is it only as it seems to me or are you becoming like me more and more?" E-Virina asked.
"Just stop this ok?" Virina asked.
"I'll think about it..." E-Virina said.
"The Dark Chip Factory's coming down, and you want to fight them??" Virina asked.
"Oh, all right..." E-Virina groaned.
Virina gained back control. She opened the portal and the Mettaurs were pulled in.
"Virina?" Elie asked. "Is it you back?"
"Yeah..." Virina let out a sigh. "My evil half wanted to play games because she figured you guys didn't trust me."
"Hey, you helped us out." Treble said. "I trust you."
"Me too." Lan said. "Can you help us?"
"How?" Virina asked.
"We're searching for the 5 Chips of Darkness." D-Nightmare said.
"5 Chips of Darkness?" Virina asked, puzzled.
"They're very powerful Dark Chips." Elie explained. "And those guys who were attacking us are trying to find them to use them for evil."
"They kidnapped my Navi, Megaman." Lan said. "Do you think your Mettaurs could search the Net for him?"
"Sure!" Virina cried.
"Well, we'll have to go back to the UnderNet." Angelman said. "We'll regroup with Serenade. You guys should try to get on that cruise."
"We already have the tickets." Brandon said.
"You do?" Lan asked.
"Yep, that's taken care of." Anthony said.
"Unn, guys?" Mayl asked. "Shouldn't we get out of here??"
Mayl was right. The Dark Chip Factory was crumbling to pieces.
Virina opened the portal. She ran in with Elie, Angelman, Darkman & Gallantman.
The Dimensional Area disappeared. Everyone ran out back to Anthony's Jet. The jet took off.
"Then let's head for the cruise." Lan said. "We've got a job to do!"

Back in the UnderNet....
Angelman, Gallantman, Elie, Darkman & Virina fell out of Gateman's gate onto Burstgirl & Featherman.
"GATEMAN!!!!!" Elie jumped up with a fireball in her hands. "IF YOU DO THAT 1 MORE TIME I'LL...."
"SILENCE!!!" Serenade growled.
"But lord...." Elie grumbled.
"Gateman, I'll speak to you later..." Serenade growled.
Gateman jumped. "Yes, my lord...."
"How's Deimosman?" Angelman asked.
"Not good..." Cinnamon said. "It appears he's been infected with a Dark Chip..."
"Deviman must have infected him..." Zero said.
"And Haloman?" Gallantman asked.
"He's.... Well...." Teal pointed to Harpuia, Leviathan, Fefnir, Phantom & Yamatoman still holding Haloman down.
"I see...." Elie said.
"So who's the lady with the bad temper?" E-Virina asked in Virina's head.
"Shut up, will you?" Virina snapped at her evil half. "You want us to get in trouble? What if she can read minds?"
"It's too busy in here..." E-Virina joked. "She'll get lost fast."
"I really need to get away from you..." Virina groaned.
"Burstgirl, Featherman...." Serenade said. "You two really helped save everyone from Bass, I heard. You've proven yourselves to become Rank #6."
"Thank you, lord." Burstgirl said.
"And you..." Serenade turned to Virina.
Virina jumped. "... Unn.. Yes?"
"This is Virina." Elie explained. "She helped us too. If she hadn't been around, I don't know what would have happened in the Dark Chip Factory."
"Then would you like to join the Ranked Navis?" Serenade asked.
"What's a Ranked Navi?" E-Virina asked Virina in her head. "Does that mean we get some kind of key to unlock areas in the UnderNet or something?"
Virina ignored E-Virina. "Sure.... You're the Lord of the UnderNet, S, aren't you?"
Serenade smiled. "Yes, I am. And you may become Rank #7." she handed Virina the rank.
"Lord of the UnderNet?" E-Virina asked Virina. "I thought she was supposed to be scary... And I thought the Lord of the UnderNet was a guy...."
"Thank you." Virina said to Serenade.
"You're ignoring me, aren't you?" E-Virina asked Virina.
"Yes, now knock it off!!" Virina growled at E-Virina in her head.
"Oh, someone's calling me..." Gateman said. "It's Roll."
"Bring them here." Serenade said.
Gateman held his arms out. The Remo Gate appeared and opened. Roll, Protoman, D-Nightmare, Spearman, Paladinman, Mary, Axl, Aqua, Chainsawman, Bugger, Unick, Serverbot #1, Bonbomb, Ferham, Scarface, Jelloman, Quint, Red, Shadow, Botos, Ballade, Valiya & Kiya came flying out of the gate, and crashed on their heads and into each other.
"GATEMAN!!!!!" Mary screamed, as she jumped up and grabbed Gateman by the neck.
The others gathered around Mary, ready to kill Gateman.
"It's not my fault!!" Gateman said.
"YEAH, SURE!!!" Spearman growled.
"Someone's been playing with my gates!" Gateman said.
"Like I'm going to believe that one?" D-Nightmare asked.
"It's the truth!!" Gateman cried.
"ENOUGH!!!!!" Serenade growled. "Mary, let Gateman go!"
Mary growled and let go of Gateman.
"Okay.... There's more of you then before..." Gateman said, looking over the group.
"Where's the guy that's hurt?" Kiya asked.
Spearman took Valiya & Kiya over to ImPal.
"Who are they?" Marino asked.
"They can heal Dark Chip damage." Spearman explained.
"Then please, hurry!!" Marino cried.
"Rainbow Heal!!" Valiya held her hands over ImPal.
"Star Heal!!" Kiya joined Valiya.
The rainbow star light surrounded ImPal. In an instant, ImPal was fully recovered.
"Did someone get the license plate of the truck that hit me?" ImPal asked.
"Yeah, Spider." Spearman said.
"Anyone else?" Valiya asked.
"If you can stop this guy!!" Harpuia cried, they were losing their grip on Haloman.
"Stand back!" Valiya cried. "Rainbow Heal!!"
"Star Heal!!" Kiya cried.
The series of stars from Kiya went straight into Valiya's beam of rainbow light. The light hit Haloman, covering him. A Dark Chip came out of Haloman's Navi Symbol.
Serenade grabbed the chip and destroyed it. "A normal Dark Chip.... But still, that was controlling him..."
Haloman stood still, he looked dizzy. "W... W-what happened?" he asked with a confused look.
"Deviman tried to turn you evil." Angelman explained. "These girls saved you."
"Now I remember..." Haloman said. "I hope I didn't hurt anyone..."
"We'll live." Featherman said.
Valiya then healed Deimosman. He wasn't infected as badly, so she didn't need Kiya's help.
"Thank you, miss." Deimosman said.
"No problem." Valiya smiled.
"Can someone fill me in?" ImPal asked.
"Trust me, it'll take too long." Spearman said.
"Serenade, Megaman's been infected..." Roll said. "With 1 of the 5 Chips of Darkness..."
Serenade sighed. "I was worried about this... Did he get the chip?"
Roll nodded. "I'm sorry..."
"No need for that now." Serenade said. "First, we must find Megaman..."
"You don't have to look far..." a voice loomed.
A Dark Hole appeared. Deviman, Kage & Megaman came out of the hole.
"Look at all the Navis... It doesn't matter, I'll tear you all apart anyway..." Megaman laughed.
"Ah crud." Chainsawman groaned.
"Un-oh." Paladinman gulped.
"What did I miss?" ImPal asked.
"Oh nothing, Megaman's just ready to kill us." Protoman said.
"Sword of Holy Land!" Paladinman cried.
A two-handed sword appeared.
"Sonic Boom!!" Paladinman swung the sword and a sonicboom flew towards Megaman.
"Dark Barrier..." Megaman said.
A purple barrier protected Megaman.
"Now it's my turn." Megaman said. "Dark Vulcan!"
Megaman fired the Vulcan at the group, it was much more powerful than a regular Vulcan.
"Rainbow Barrier!!" Valiya held out her hands.
A rainbow colored barrier protected the group.
"I can't hold this for long!" Valiya cried. "Healing those other Navis really wore me out..."
"Then hold them for as long as you can." Elie said. "I'll cast the Giga Slave! Get them within firing range!"
"We'll handle that!" Burstgirl cried. "Ready Featherman?"
Featherman nodded. "Let's combine our power!!"
Burstgirl & Featherman combined themselves into Skydive.
"Skydive Scorcher!!!!" Skydive cried.
Skydive's body burst into flames. Skydive dive-bombed Deviman. Deviman was crushed to the ground, his right arm was destroyed.
"Dark MegaBuster!!" Megaman charged up his buster and fired it at Skydive.
Skydive was blasted backward and split back into Burstgirl & Featherman.
"Hyper Beam!!" Chainsawman fired a beam at Kage.
Kage backflipped and laughed. "You expect to defeat me with that??"
Chainsawman growled. "You're really getting on my nerves, you know?"
"Dark Lance!!" Megaman cried.
3 bamboo lances came up from the ground and hit Yamatoman & Darkman.
"Virus Portal!!!" Virina opened a portal.
A team of viruses appeared and charged towards Megaman. Megaman laughed and deleted each one with his buster.
"Roll Arrow!!" Roll cried, firing her arrow.
"You're mine!!" Megaman lunged towards Roll, his arm changed into a Dark Sword.
"Roll, run!!!!!" Protoman cried.
"Heart Slash!!" Roll tried to attack Megaman, but he slashed the hearts with his sword.
"Master Sigma wants Rank #1!!" Megaman said. "You will perish!!!"
Roll panicked. "Muramasa!!" she drew the sword and defended herself.
"The Muramasa blade?" Megaman laughed. "I'll still delete you!"
Megaman got ready to strike again. Roll blocked again with her sword, but Megaman changed his other arm into a Dark Long Blade. Megaman plunged the sword into Roll's Navi Symbol. He pulled out the Rank #1.
"Got it..." Megaman chuckled.
"NO!!!" Serenade cried.
"Gaahhh... Me-Megaman...." Roll collapsed. Her data began breaking apart.

"Darkness beyond blackest pitch, deeper than the deepest night. King of Darkness who shines like gold upon the Sea of Chaos, I call upon thee, swear myself to thee. Let the fools who stand before me be destroyed by the power you and I possess...GIGA SLAVE!"

Elie hurled the attack at Deviman & Megaman. Megaman saw the attack coming and grabbed Deviman.
"What are you doing?!?" Deviman asked.
"You can be my shield." Megaman said.
Megaman threw Deviman into the Giga Slave. KA-BOOM!!!! Deviman was deleted.
"Ha..." Megaman chuckled. "Got any more tricks?"
"Dammit!!" Elie growled. "He used Deviman as a shield..."
"I was hoping that the Giga Slave could weaken him enough..." Serenade muttered. "Then I could have possibly helped him..."
"There's got to be something you can do!!" Lan cried.
"There's nothing you can do...." Megaman laughed. "I'll delete you all!!"
Megaman got ready to attack again.
Suddenly, Kage jumped out and clawed Megaman in the back, catching Megaman off guard.
"Unnn.... What the?!?" Megaman roared.
"Kage?!?" ImPal cried.
Kage grabbed the Rank #1 from Megaman's hand and threw it to Serenade.
"Quick, give this to Roll." Serenade gave the rank to Cinnamon.
Cinnamon placed the rank into Roll's body. Roll's data assembled back together.
"What happened?" Roll asked.
"I think Kage just saved you..." Cinnamon said.
Kage tackled Megaman and held him down. "Do it now, Serenade!"
Serenade nodded to turned to Valiya and Cinnamon. "Use your heal abilities once you see Megaman's Navi Symbol light up."
"What are you going to do, lord?" Teal asked.
Serenade flew over to Megaman. "Activate Serenade Soul!!!!" she cried.
Serenade's body lit up and went into Megaman's Navi Symbol. Kage held Megaman down to the ground, as Serenade vanished into Megaman's body. Megaman changed into the Serenade Soul.
"What good will that do?" Protoman asked.
"I know! Serenade's ability is to reflect attacks, so why can't she reflect the darkness that infected Megaman??" Gateman asked.
A red glow surrounded both Kage & Megaman.
"Serenade, If you can hear me, I need you to transfer the Dark Matter into my body, that will free Rock of the chip's control." Kage said.
A light appeared over Megaman's Navi Symbol.
"That's the signal!!" Cinnamon cried. "Force Metal Chip Recover!!"
"Rainbow Heal!!" Valiya cried.
"Star Heal!!" Kiya cried.
Kage turned his arm transparent, and stuck it into Megaman's back. Megaman slowly returned to normal color, and Kage pulled his arm out of Megaman's back.
The power from the 3 healing Navis allowed Kage to pull out the Dark Chip. Kage stumbled backwards with the chip in his hand.
Serenade slowly came out of Megaman's Navi Symbol. Megaman returned to normal.
"Is he?" Roll held her breath.
Megaman opened his eyes and blinked. "What happened?" he asked groggily.
"Megaman!!!" Lan cried. "You're back!!!!"
"Megaman!!" Roll sprang into Megaman's arms and kissed him.
"Roll?" Megaman was confused. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing, silly." Roll was in tears. "You're safe now..."
"You were infected by this." Kage held up the Chip of Darkness.
"Oh yeah..." Megaman said. "The last thing I remember was Dr. Psyche putting that chip into me..."
"Your plan worked perfectly, my lord." Kage turned to Serenade.
Serenade smiled. "Yes, it did. I almost believed it."
Everyone starred at Serenade.
"You mean.... This was all PLANNED?!?" ImPal cried.
"Not all of it..." Serenade said. "I just told Kage to pretend to join Sigma's forces. I knew we could spy on them then."
"And this way I made sure I came with Megaman so that I could help remove the chip." Kage explained. "Lord S didn't have time to explain to the rest of you, besides it made Sigma believe it this way."
"Well at least now we have 1 chip." D-Nightmare said.
"But they have 1 as well." Kage pointed out. "The one that they used Megaman to get. Plus I understand Sigma might have found 1 other besides that."
"He did?" Serenade asked.
"Yes, my queen." Kage nodded. "But the full details he wouldn't tell me... I guess he did suspect me."
"Well, at least we have Megaman back." Bugger said.
"What shall we do with the Chip of Darkness, lord?" Kage asked.
"Gateman, bring Metal Shark Player here." Serenade said.
Gateman nodded, and opened the Remo Gate. Metal Shark Player landed on Kage's head.
Kage got up and grabbed Gateman by the throat. "I will rip you to pieces if you do that to me again!!!" he snarled at Gateman.
"Metal Shark Player, take the Dark Chip for now." Serenade said. "Have you repaired the Recycle Area?"
Metal Shark Player sighed. "Barely, my lord. But it will do for sealing the chips."
"Then make it so." Kage handed Metal Shark Player the chip.
"So now where do we look?" Marino asked.
"Perhaps we should check Black Earth?" Elie suggested.
"From what I saw while I was there, Black Earth got MUCH larger." Kage said.
"What?" Serenade said, shocked.
"Yes, the entrance is covering most of one part of the UnderNet..." Kage said. "It might be dangerous to enter, but perhaps it is growing larger because of a Dark Chip?"
"Then you should investigate it." Serenade said.
"Yes my lord, but if we all leave, that will leave you unprotected." Kage said.
"Don't worry about me." Serenade said. "I'll return to Secret shortly."
Kage nodded. "Very well, you're at your strongest when in Secret."
"Then let's go check out this Black Earth." Gallantman said.
"Could it possible for some of the chips to enter the Graveyard as well?" Deimosman asked. "Because there were some strong readings of Dark Matter coming from there last time I checked."
"Then we'll go there first." Kage said.
"Umm.... Kage?" Serenade said.
Kage spun around. "Yes, my lord?"
Serenade starred at the ground, like she was unsure what to say. ".......... Becareful, okay? ...... Umm...."
"Is something wrong, lord?" Kage asked.
"Hey Kage, what were you doing in Secret when the Recycle Area was destroyed then?" Darkman asked.
"Yeah, is that when Serenade told you to spy on Sigma?" Yamatoman asked.
"I never got to speak with Serenade before the attack..." Kage pointed out. "She had asked me to come to Secret that day, I was waiting for her to return from the UnderNet when I ran into you, Metal Shark Player."
"So you weren't sneaking around?" Metal Shark Player asked.
Kage shook his head. "No, but I wasn't sure what Lord S wanted. Then the attack happened. Lord S sent the others ahead of her and she quickly explained to me what to do before she left."
"Oh...." Metal Shark Player said. "That explains it..."
"Lord, what was it you wanted to talk to me about?" Kage asked.
Serenade jumped. "Umm.... Nothing, it's not important now."
Kage starred at Serenade in disbelief. "You wouldn't have asked me to come if it was nothing...."
"Trust me, it's nothing." Serenade said.
Roll could have sworn she saw Serenade blush for a minute.
Suddenly, a Dark Hole appeared behind Kage. Sigma came through and plunged a Dark Chip into Kage.
"You think I didn't see through you?" Sigma laughed. "Serenade, you fool...."
A purple flame surrounded Kage. Sigma snatched the chip from Metal Shark Player and threw it into Kage's hand. The purple flames absorbed the 2nd chip, and the purple flames grew larger.
"KAGE!!!!!" Serenade cried.
Kage opened his mouth, an evil voice echoing through everyone's ears as a mist floated out of Kage's mouth for a moment. Serenade left herself wide open, and Kage took his chance, and slammed his jaws down upon her throat, sinking his fangs into it.
"Serenade!!!" Roll cried.
"Dragon Slave!!!" Elie carefully fired a quick Dragon Slave at Kage.
Kage lost his grip, but he had pulled out a piece of Serenade's data. Serenade tumbled down to the ground.
"Lord, are you all right?" Gateman asked.
"I'm fine...." Serenade said. "But Kage is...."
Black fire rose from Kage's body. "Kage is NO longer here....." Kage laughed. "You may have rid me from Megaman's body, but you can't free me from this body."
Kage laughed as he entered the Dark Hole with Sigma. The Dark Hole vanished.
"Now we're dead..." Elie sighed.
"Kage...." Serenade couldn't believe what had happened. "This is.... All my fault...."
Roll could have swore she saw a single silver tear fall from Serenade's eye. Roll looked again and it was gone.
"Did I imagine that?" Roll asked herself. "Could it be?"

Meanwhile in the Graveyard Gateman's Remo Gate opened and everyone fell out ontop of a Navi.
"That was strange..." ImPal said.
"I think I landed on someone..." Deimosman said.
"YEAH, ME!!!" a pink-haired Navi growled.
"Nana!" Marino cried. "What are you doing here?"
"I got lost..." Nana said. "There's been Nebula Navis all over the Under Square..."
"Under Square?" Megaman asked. "What are they doing there?"
"No idea..." Nana said.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!?!" a female Navi covered in green fur that had red stripes growled.
"Who's she?" Megaman asked.
"She has a bad temper..." Protoman said.
"That's Gaki, the Grim Reaper from Beyondard." Elie explained.
"Elie Inverse.... It's been a long time..." Gaki said.
"Yes it has, Gaki, I need to ask, have you seen the 1 of the 5 Chips of Darkness here?" Elie asked.
"The 5 Chips of Darkness?" Gaki asked. "You mean they're LOOSE?!?"
"Yes, unfortunately..." Elie sighed.
"Wait here, I found something earlier, I thought it was just a normal Dark Chip..." Gaki stepped off.
The group waited for Gaki's return.
"Well, look at this little group..." a large Navi said.
"Tuttle?" Mary asked. "What in the world are you doing here?"
"I'm here with a few friends..." Tuttle said.
Medallion, Black Widow, Boulderman, Devilian, Vile & a vampire-like Navi appeared.
"Who are these guys??" Nana cried.
"Well that's Medallion & Black Widow..." Bugger said. "They're Curse Pearl & Black Heart's Navis..."
"The rest are Navis of Darkness!" Protoman cried.
"I don't recall the vampire lady..." D-Nightmare said.
"I'm Lifhia..." the vampire Navi said. "I'm Marina Pearl's Navi..."
"Marina Pearl??" Spotty cried.
"You know her?" Treble asked.
"She's Curse's daughter..." Mr. Blue Nose explained.
"And you're gonna pay for before!" Vile declared.
"We'll just see about that!" Haloman cried.
"You guys are out-numbered..." Elie said.
"Are we really?" Boulderman asked.
1000 black Navis appeared around the group.
"Thanks, Elie!!" Angelman growled.
"Hey, this'll make it more fun!" Elie said.
"Any last words?" Devilian asked.
"Yeah, how about can we solve this without fighting?" Teal asked.
"NO!!!" everyone screamed at Teal.
"Sonic Wave!!!" Lifhia shot out a super sonic attack at everyone.
"Stinger!!!" Black Widow shot out multiple stingers.
"Bouldissle!!!" the 3 spikes on BoulderMan's head shot out.
"Flame Wing!!!" Devilian shot out her fire attack.
"Vile Cannon!!" Vile shot out a blast from his cannon.
All the black Navis attacked at once at the group.
"Any ideas anyone?" Megaman gulped.
"Rainbow Barrier!!" Valiya held up a rainbow barrier.
They were protected from the attacks, but the barrier was breaking fast.
"That won't last long!!" Virina cried.
Then the group heard voices.
"Underground Burst!!!"
Large blades came up from the ground and attacked the Navis of Darkness.
"Roaring Fire Tornado!!"
A cyclone of fire attacked.
"What is this?" Vile asked.
2 Navis appeared. One was in a Chinese outfit, and she had 4 arms. 2 of the arms were extremely long, and had huge claws at the end. The other Navi had a flame on his head.
"You guys need help?" a boy in a gold hat, red shirt and gold shorts walked into Sci Lab.
"Taylor Gold?!?" Jane cried.
"Hey Jane." Taylor said. "I came with this lady. Her name is Nicole."
Taylor pointed to a woman in a pink shirt and blue pants and a Chinese hat on her head.
"Agent Nicole reporting for duty." Nicole said.
"You're a Net Agent?" Lan asked.
Nicole nodded. "Yes, I am. I ran into this kid on the way and he asked if he could help."
"So you're the famous solo Nicole." Chaud said.
"And you must be Chaud." Nicole said.
"Nicole's known for being a solo-operative." Chaud explained. "That Chinese Navi must be Siya then."
Nicole nodded. "Yes, Siya's a Chinese Vampire."
"So the other one is yours?" Treble asked Taylor.
Taylor nodded. "That's my Navi Zippo."
"Well thanks for the help." Dennis said.
"Great... Now there's more of them!!" Vile growled.
"Well now that the introduction's over... Dynast Brass!!!" Elie casted a quick spell.
Lighting fell into a pentagram shape around the Navis of Darkness.
"Paralyze Laser!!" red lights shot out of Lifhia's eyes.
Elie was it, she couldn't move. "What the??"
"Elie!" Axl cried.
Lifhia shot the attack at Axl as well.
"It's a paralyze attack!!" Unick cried.
"Dig Boulder!!" Boulderman dug a hole in the ground and pulled out a boulder. He threw it at Kiya.
"Look out!!" Angelman cried. "DeathBuster Scythe!!!"
Angelman's attack broke the boulder to pieces before it hit Kiya.
"Flame Explosion!!" Zippo shot out the flame from the top of his head at the black Navis.
KA-BOOM!!! The flame exploded, deleting a bunch of the Navis.
"Aqua Cyclone Burst!!!" Aqua hurled a cyclone of water at the black Navis.
"Working together great, just like old times!" Taylor cried.
Jane smiled. "You've gotten better, Taylor!"
"Virus Portal!!" Virina opened the portal, a swarm of viruses flew out.
"Take this!!" Siya held out her 2 long arms.
Bombs, swords, and other objects shot out from the sleeves.
BASH!!! KA-BOOM!!! BLAST!!!! All the black Navis were deleted.
Medallion changed shape. He changed into a tiger, and leapt after Bugger.
"Z-Saber!!" Zero slashed Medallion.
"Thanks." Bugger said.
"What the heck is he?" Spearman asked.
"Medallion has the ability to change into any animal shape." Bugger explained.
"Didn't do him much good..." Chainsawman joked.
"That does it!!" Tuttle growled. "I'll teach you! Dark Sword!!"
Tuttle came charging in with a Dark Sword.
"Marino Stamp!" Marino flipped up and kicked Tuttle in the face, but Marino lost her balance.
ImPal grabbed Marino in mid-air.
"Imperial Sword Sonic Boom!!" ImPal fired at Tuttle.
BOOM!!! Tuttle was deleted.
"Weak as always..." Mary remarked.
"Thanks for.... Saving me..." Marino blushed.
"Um, no problem..." ImPal said.
"This battle isn't going well..." Black Widow growled.
"Then step aside..." Kage appeared.
"Where have you been?" Vile grumbled.
"It's Kage!!!" Megaman cried.
"Un-oh..." Bugger gulped.
"I'll take him!" Zero cried. "Z-Saber!!"
"ENRYUUKEN!!!" Kage screamed, spinning around as a giant crimson sword surrounded by fire formed within his hand, knocking away Zero's Z-Saber as he flew backwards, sliding to a stop, the sword vanishing from his hand.
"Not good..." Gallantman said.
"You see now that you have no chance in hell of defeating me?" Kage asked with a laugh.
A Remo Gate appeared behind Kage. Serenade & Roll came through.
"They may not, Kage..." Serenade said. "But I do......"

"Lord of Dreams that Terrify, Sword of the cold dark void, free yourself from the heavens bonds, become one with my power, one with my body, and let us walk the path of destruction together! Power that can smash even the souls of the Gods! Ragna Blade!"

First Elie threw the Ragna Blade out, sending it soaring towards Serenade. Then Elie shot the Giga Slave into the Ragna Blade. The Giga Slave swirled around the Ragna Blade, surrounding it creating a huge burst of black energy. The Giga Ragna Blade was heading straight for Serenade.
"Megaman, move!!!" Roll called out.
Megaman spun around and saw the Giga Ragna Blade coming his way. But he didn't know how to escape.
"Kiya, go get him!" Valiya turned to her sister.
Kiya nodded. "Star Teleport!!"
Kiya's body surrounded with stars, she disappeared. Kiya appeared in front of Megaman, grabbed him and disappeared again. Kiya then appeared next to Roll.
"Whoa... That was interesting..." Megaman said.
".... Hmm... So she's using the combined strength of the Ragna Blade & Giga Slave...." Sigma muttered to himself, watching as Serenade grabbed the Giga Ragna Blade with both hands, trying to keep it from hitting her.
Serenade struggled with the attack, it wasn't easy to keep it from hitting her.
"What's wrong?" Sigma asked. "Reflect it already!!"
"It's over, Sigma!!" Kage declared.
Two crimson broadswords formed in Kage's hands, and the crystals upon his back became long tentacles.
"Goodbye, Serenade....." Kage said, before rushing forward, and upper-cutting Serenade into the air with his sword.
Then Kage leapt into the air after Serenade, and slashing her seven times. Serenade's data took major damage, pieces of her data flew across the area.
"Kage, what are you doing?!?" Roll cried.
"He's gone insane!!" ImPal cried.
Sigma starred, shocked. "...... I guess they're NOT very loyal after all!"
Serenade lost her grip on the Giga Ragna Blade, but she had been able to force it towards Megaman and the others.
"It's coming this way!!" Siya cried.
"Not for long!!" Megaman cried, jumping in front of the Giga Ragna Blade.
Megaman caught the blade with his hands, it took all his strength to change the Giga Ragna Blade's course towards Serenade.
Kage leapt away from Serenade, just as the Giga Ragna Blade hit her. KA-BOOM!!! Serenade's data completely broke apart, she was deleted.
Kage landed on the ground, tears rolling down his face, pointing one of the swords in his hand at Sigma. "You caused this all to happen... You did this!!"
Sigma grinned, and shook his head. "Look who is talking, you're the one who killed her."
Mary jumped up and grabbed Kage. "I don't know what the hell is your problem, Kage, but why did you kill Lord S?" she growled.
"So you did betray us after all?" Teal asked.
"I doubt it, Sigma was surprised Kage killed Serenade as much as we were." Zero pointed out.
"So what's your game this time, Sigma?" Protoman asked.
"Sigma, your the one who started this!" Paladinman growled.
"You blame me when Kage killed your master?" Sigma asked.
"Kage, why did you kill her?" Marino turned to Kage, who Mary still had a death grip on.
Kage sighed and starred at Marino. "I had no choice..... I was under her orders... I had no choice but to obey..."
Mary's eyes filled with horror as she let go of Kage.
"Then..... She's gone?" Roll sobbed.
"It can't be true!" Spearman cried.
"Believe it, here's the Dark Chip..." Virina said, holding up the Dark Chip that was inside Serenade's body, it had fallen out when she was deleted.
"Whoa, so what would happen if we used its power?" E-Virina asked in Virina's head.
"Don't even think about it...." Virina growled. "It's a good thing I got back control when Sigma blasted you with that attack before, otherwise I know you would have tried to use this chip..."
"Come on, aren't you curious?" E-Virina asked.
"No." Virina shook her head. "So don't get any crazy ideas, got it?"
Kage split the Dark Chip in two with his sword, while Virina had held it up.
"..... Unn, watch it next time, okay?" Virina asked, a little scared about how fast Kage destroyed the chip. "You could have taken off my hand...."
"That's 1 Dark Chip destroyed." Deimosman said.
Sigma looked over the group, as they all turned towards him, ready to strike.
"Perhaps I should re-group, for now..." Sigma grumbled.
"You're not going anywhere!!" Megaman growled.
"Another time, another place...." Sigma turned to Kage. "I won't have to worry about you much now, without your master you're all nothing!"
A Dark Hole appeared. Sigma jumped through and disappeared.
Kage growled, sheathing both of his swords. He sat down and dug his claws into the ground, all he could think about at the moment was revenge. Tears rolled down his face. "I'll get you Sigma...."
"She's gone....." Roll sobbed, she fell to her knees in shock of the loss of Serenade.
Megaman's body returned to normal. He hugged Roll. "There was nothing any of us could have done...."
"What will happen to the UnderNet now?" Elie asked.
"I..... I can't believe she's gone....." Marino sobbed.
ImPal placed his hand on Marino's shoulder.
"We weren't strong enough...." Harpuia sighed.
"Failed.... On my first mission....." Zippo said, starring at the ground.
"One thing I'm confused about...." Siya turned to Kage. "How did Serenade give you an order, Kage? We didn't hear it...."
"Though the Darkness took her body, her soul still existed. She could reach me from there..." Kage replied, rising to his feet, as he dusted off his black jacket. "I'll make sure Sigma suffers for what he has done, I'll see to it, using my own Star Power."
"We will help you." Spearman said.
"...... So what do we do now?" Leviathan asked.
"I don't know...." Phantom said.
"............ For the first time, I feel like I don't want to blow up anything..." Fefnir sighed.
"Without Serenade, who will lead the UnderNet?" Roll asked.
Kage let out a sigh. "If the UnderNet has no leader, it will fall into chaos......... Serenade...."
"Which we can't let it!" Megaman cried.
"We have to fight!" Roll cried.
ImPal stepped up. "Though the UnderNet has no leader...."
"ImPal and I shall follow you." Spearman finished.
"We can't let Sigma win...." Darkman said.
"We must fight to the very end." Yamatoman added.
"I'm in." Mary said.
"Me too." Marino said.
"Well if you two are in, I'm in too." Ferham said.
"Count me in." Axl stepped up.
"And I can't him fight alone." Bugger added. "And I speak for all the Cyber Pirates."
The other Cyber Pirate Navis nodded.
"Those Navis of Darkness will discover my true power!!" Elie declared.
"I'll help out as much as I can." Virina said.
"I'm in as well." Gallantman said.
"Let's do it." Aqua said.
"And I go where Aquachan goes..." Zippo said.
"I never turn down a battle." Siya said.
"I'll do my best to heal all of you in battle." Valiya said.
"And I'll do my best too!!" Kiya added.
"Count on me." Haloman said.
"I'm not giving up." Angelman said.
"Sigma will pay!" D-Nightmare declared.
"For Serenade and all our fallen comrades!" Deimosman cried.
"From the ashes of Flamerman..." Burstgirl said.
"We will raise to the fight..." Featherman finished.
"I'm still in, if you guys need me." Chainsawman said.
"Count on me, I'm in." Paladinman said.
"We must all come together, if we shall win." Zero said.
"I guess you can count on me too." Protoman said.
Lan took one look at all the Operators of the Navis. "You guys ready?"
Everyone nodded.
"We're in this to the end." Brandon said.
"Thanks everyone..." Lan smiled. "Let's do it, Megaman!"
Kage smiled. "Lord Serenade, even if you are gone, you are in our hearts.... And your power is with us, in your honor we will win the fight against Sigma!!"
Suddenly, a bright light appeared behind Kage. "You should count me in this fight as well...."
Kage spun around. The bright light formed the shape of a Navi.
"Serenade?!?" everyone let out a cry.
Serenade smiled. "Thank you, everyone.... Now to stop Sigma once and for all!"

Over in the UnderNet Square, Teal, Mary & Spearman searched around for a clue.
"Anything yet?" Mary asked.
"Hey, this takes time..." Teal snapped.
"I hope ImPal's okay...." Spearman sighed.
"Hey guys, what are you doing?" Punk stepped up to the group.
"Punk? Where have you been?" Mary asked.
"Hanging out in the Under Square, why?" Punk asked.
"Anyone up for a duel?" Kendoman stepped between them.
"No." Spearman growled.
"What's his problem?" Kendoman asked.
"We're a little busy now..." Mary said. "ImPal & Marino have been kidnapped."
"By who?" Punk asked.
"Lilly & Spider." Teal explained.
"Lilly?" Kendoman asked. "Why would she do that?"
"And I thought Spider was dead..." Punk added.
"Long story." Mary said.
"Hey guys, I've got something!!" Teal cried.
"What?" Spearman asked.
"A portal, someone left it open." Teal explained. "I can change the coordinates to our destination by tracking the flower we found."
"Using that, you'll trace Lilly's Data signal, right?" Spearman asked.
"Right." Teal nodded.
"Teal, you're the best." Mary said.
"Wow, did you hurt yourself, Mary?" Teal joked.
Mary bashed Teal in the head. "Don't push it, kid!"
"Mind if we tag along?" Punk asked.
"Sure thing." Spearman said. "We'll probably need the help!"

Back in Secret, the Remo Gate opened, everyone came tumbling out ontop of Kage.
"Gateman, this is really getting old!!" Zero growled.
"Hey, don't blame me..." Gateman sighed. "I'm telling you, something's been interfering with my gates...."
"Yeah sure....." Harpuia grumbled.
Kage leapt out from under the pile, tossing them all upside their heads, then he grabbed Gateman by the throat.
"Gateman...... I WARNED YOU!!!" Kage snarled.
"Oh knock it off, Kage." Gaki hissed.
Kage dropped Gateman, and walked over to Gaki. "Any changes?" he asked.
Gaki shook her head.
"What's going on?" Roll asked.
"I'm afraid the worst thing possible...." Gaki said.
Gaki was standing over Serenade, who was unconscious on a platform.
"What's wrong with Serenade?" Megaman asked.
"Looks like she's asleep..." Gallantman said.
"Yes, but she won't wake...." Metal Shark Player said.
"Lord S was infected by that Dark Chip after all...." Gaki explained. "It filtered to her real body, but in a different way.... Sigma implanted a virus in there, and it's put her in a coma!"
Kage let out a sigh, a tear fell from his eye. "....... The virus is draining Lord S's strength as we speak... Cinnamon was right, it wasn't like Lord S to pass out like that.... Serenade is dying..."
"There has to be something we can do!" Angelman cried.
"Can't we heal the dark power?" Deimosman asked.
"No, we've been trying everything...." Gateman sobbed. "Lord S......"
"No! Serenade can't die now!!" Roll cried.
"Kage, think of something!!" Megaman cried. "There must be something we can do!!"
"Like what?" Kage asked. "Sigma planned this out from the start.... He used me to get to Lord S......."
"We still can't give up!!" Burstgirl cried.
"Yeah, there's got to be hope!!" Kiya cried.
"Think, there's got to be something..." Chainsawman said.
"There isn't anything we can do..." Kage said. "It appears that the UnderNet will lose its lord after all..... On account of my foolishness... Serenade tried to protect me from Sigma, she shouldn't have bothered with my unworthy self... Ever since her change she's tried to protect us, yet we are here to protect her...."
Roll walked up and slapped Kage right across the face. "You idiot!!! You really think Serenade sacrificed herself just because you're one of her followers? Don't you know how she feels about you?!?"
Kage held a hand on the side of his face Roll had slapped and gave Roll a blank stare.
"What are you talking about?" Protoman asked Roll.
Megaman stood, completely clueless.
Roll glared at Protoman and Megaman, then faced Kage. "Didn't it cross your mind that maybe Serenade saved your life because she wanted to? ....... She meant what she told the Dark Matter that took over your body, you're not just her servant."
Kage starred at the ground, he seemed speechless. "Lord S.......... No, that's impossible." he thought to himself.
Gaki suddenly looked thoughtful. "There might be a way to revive Serenade..."
"How?" Zero asked.
"Black Earth." Gaki said. "There are all kinds of mysterious data down there..."
"Yes, but it's getting larger by the second." Kage pointed out. "The area might be more difficult than ever now."
Megaman stepped up. "Well, we have to try!"
Roll nodded. "Let's do it."
"Only one of you can go though...." Gaki explained. "You'll have to take the Trial of Darkness...."
"Trial of Darkness?" Megaman repeated.
"Not that....." Angelman said.
"It's the only way." Gaki said. "You will have to face your worst nightmares, the ultimate darkness...."
Megaman stood tall. "I'll do it. To save Serenade."
Gaki nodded. "Gateman, you know where to send him."
"I'll make sure you get there." Kage said.
"I'm going too." Roll said.
"You won't be able to follow him in." Metal Shark Player pointed out.
"Megaman, you better take these with you." Cinnamon handed Megaman a few Force Metal Chips.
"Thanks Cinnamon." Megaman said.
"Good luck." Cinnamon said.
Gateman opened the Remo Gate. Megaman, Roll and Kage jumped inside.
Gaki sighed and starred at Serenade. "My lord..... Please..... Watch over them....."

The Remo Gate opened in Secret, everyone fell out into a pile.
"GATEMAN!!!! ONE OF THESE DAYS I'M GONNA... OUCH!!!" Mary screamed and whaled in pain.
"I'm sorry this time!" Gateman said. "I just had to get you out of there!"
"I think Mary's in extreme pain..." ImPal said.
"I can try to heal her...." Kiya said. "Star Heal!!"
Cinnamon joined in with a Force Metal Chip. Mary was as good as new quickly.
"It's good to see you again, ImPal." Brandon said.
"Brandon!!" ImPal cried. "Man am I glad to hear you!!"
"The PET cut off wherever you were taken..." Brandon explained.
"It was Lilly & Spider..." ImPal explained. "They're gone."
"We have more troubles..." Zero said, pointing to Serenade.
"Lord S is getting weaker by the moment..." Gaki said.
"What happened?" Marino asked.
"Megaman's heading to Black Earth to find a cure for Serenade." Chainsawman explained.
"I hope they make it back in time..." Yamatoman said.
"Can someone explain what happened?" ImPal asked.
"Serenade's in a coma..." Gaki explained. "She's dying......"

Elie & Black Heart fired the Giga Ragna Blade at each other. The swirling attacks were heading towards each other. But Black Widow, Katzy, Medallion & Lifhia were in the middle of their attacks!!!
"OH BUGGER!!!!!!" the 4 Navis cried, as the Giga Ragna Blade collided into them.
KA-BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BBBBBBOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!
All 4 Navis were deleted, there was a huge crater where they stood.
"My Navi!!!" Marina cried.
"Holy....." Curse said, wide-eyed.
Black Heart looked like she was going to attack again, but suddenly she stopped.
"Damn it..." she muttered to herself. "Almost out of power... I need a distraction....."
Elie still had the Ruby-Eye Blade in her hand. "Why doesn't she attack?" Elie thought to herself.
Black Heart turned to Curse and gave him a glare. Curse knew what to do. He and Marina ran off.
Elie saw her chance. "I'm sorry if this won't be loyal, but you for first tried to cheat me." Elie murmured to herself, referred to Black Heart. She had still the Ruby-Eye Blade in her hand. "I'll do that only for everyone's sake..."
Elie charged at Black Heart while she was still distracted, and slashed at her. The slash damaged Black Heart badly.
Black Heart collapsed to the ground. "Dammit....... If only my power hadn't run out..." she muttered to herself.
"This battle is over." Elie declared, holding Black Heart up by her throat. "You lose."
Black Heart hissed at Elie. "You damn cheater!! Attacking someone when their back is turned!!"
"LIKE YOU DON'T DO THAT ALL THE TIME?!?" Spotty growled.
Black Heart ignored Spotty. "Why are you bothering to help him? That's that moron's son, why should you care if he lives or dies?"
"Because I discovered to care about a destiny of a father and his son." Elie answered, leaving Black Heart and making her fall on the ground again. "Because Spotty is not a rotten bastard like you or Curse. He has a big heart, and he suffered as hell to protect his son. You'll never know it because you HAVE NOT a heart."
"As I always said, black would be the color of my heart.... IF I had one..." Black Heart sneered. "Get out of my face before I regain my strength.... And Inverse, watch your back, because I'll be coming for you next........."
Elie laughed after hearing what Black Heart said. "Tsk... Luckily for you, you didn't taste my new powers and the damage that could deal to you... Consider yourself lucky, dude."
Elie jumped over to where Spotty, Virina, Treble & Bugger were.
Curse came around and pulled Black Heart away.
"Miss Inverse, you're okay?" Spotty asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Elie smiled. "I won that fight with that moron with a not so cleaned-up move, but she did worse things after all."
"You shouldn't feel bad about doing that, had you fought fairly like Lina did, you would have shared her fate." Spotty said.
"Thanks for coming to save me." Treble said.
Elie smiled at Treble. "Don't worry about it. We got rid of those morons, let's head back."
No one noticed Black Heart standing above them on a rock pillar.
"Damn you, Inverse.... I'll kill you once and for all!!" Black Heart growled.

"... Huh? What the hell...?" Elie muttered after hearing the spell that she knew very well.
Black Heart aimed the Giga Slave towards Elie.
Spotty heard the spell and spun around. "Look out, Elie!!" he cried, shoving Elie out of the way and taking the full blast of the spell.
"DAD!!!" Treble cried.
Spotty crashed to the ground.
"Oh you don't know when to quit!!" Virina growled.
"Dad!!" Treble cried, grabbing his unconscious father.
Elie was staring at Spotty with a blank expression on her face. "He's just saved me..."
After a little while, she came out from her thoughts and kneeled down beside of Spotty. White energy spread from her hands immediately.
"Don't worry Treble, he'll be fine..." Elie muttered, enchanting the spell. "Oh, blessed and humble hand of God, life and breath of Mother Earth, come before me and show your great compassion and deliver us: RECOVERY!"
Spotty's body was suddenly surrounded by white light.
Spotty slowly opened his eyes. "Miss Inverse?" he said, weakly.
"Dad!!!" Treble hugged his father.
"Ow, watch it boy, I've not completely recovered yet..." Spotty said.
"Your dad is right Treble, he still needs to rest since he got a bad hit." Elie said, standing up and glowing red all of a sudden. "That bastard... She'll pay for that..." she hissed referring to Black Heart. "I'll tear her apart.... I won't have any mercy for her..."
"Thanks, Elie..." Spotty tried to get up, but he fell down again.
"Hey, don't mention that." Elie gave Spotty a weak smile. "I should have countered that attack more quickly, though... The fault is also mine."
Black Heart jumped down from the pillar. "Now Inverse, you'll die....."
Elie cracked her knuckles, as the scars on her chest and her back started to light up. "Time to get my revenge....."
"This witch is going down!!" E-Virina growled.
"Wow, even you're worked up over this." Virina remarked.
"We'll fight together, Elie." Bugger said.
Elie shook her head. "No, take Treble and his father away from here, in a safe place. She is MINE." Elie said while glowing even more.
"But Elie... She looks like she's back to full strength..." Bugger pointed out. "You know she won't fight fair, she must have a trap set for you."
"Well, I don't care. I shall be THE ONE who will kill her, end of the discussion." Elie hissed. "Now shut up and do what I said. I don't want you all to be involved by my anger."
"She's getting scary..." Virina said.
Bugger nodded and helped Spotty to his feet. They all returned to the Black Refractor.
Black Heart let out an evil laugh. "So you wish for your end, Inverse? I shall make sure these morons do not interfere in our battle."
Black Heart's charms glowed a dark purple. She and Elie Inverse were teleported to a strange dimension.
"Now no one can interrupt us..." Black Heart said, with a smile. "They can't follow us into here."
"Nice place..." Elie said looking around the strange dimension. Then she turned again to Black Heart, her body and her scars still glowing. "Shall we dance?"

Black Heart intended to win this fight, by all costs. She hurled the Giga Slave towards Elie.
Elie noticed the Giga Slave when it was too late...
"Damn!" she cursed bracing for the impact.
But suddenly Fluffy reappeared and pushed her out of the way, growling and sending two shockwaves at the Giga Slave and at the spider. The spider got pushed backwards, but the Giga Slave shattered the other shockwave after a few seconds and Fluffy got hit.
"FLUFFY!!" Elie yelled running as fast as she could and catching her tiger. He was badly injured.
Black Heart let out a laugh. "Looks like your pet is done for..." she laughed, petting her spider.
Elie started to tremble. Her body began to glow green as she was petting Fluffy.
"That witch didn't do anything serious to you, actually..." she muttered, her eyes that glowed green as well. "A simple and stupid Giga Slave can't defeat us so easily..."
A green blinding light surrounded both Elie and her tiger, which raised up and created a column of light. Black Heart could hear Elie's voice that was amplified and got spread around the dimension.
"METAMORPHOSIS. PETIT ETHERION"
"What the hell?" Black Heart cried.
The light disappeared after a few minutes. Elie stood up, it seemed like she wasn't changed at all. Fluffy was still surrounded by the light.
"Dear witch, I introduce you the next form of my adorable pet." Elie said grinning evilly. "Sygat."
The light disappeared, showing them a creature which was three times bigger than Fluffy. He still had the same characteristic of a white tiger, but now he was wearing an emerald green armor which covered almost his whole body. Some spikes came out from his back and his tail, and one of them, white, was on his forehead as if it was a horn. The gigantic tiger glared at his opponents, with his eyes that glowed red.
"So you did a little trick, no big deal..." Black Heart said. "I'll still take you down."
"Are you sure of that? If I were you, I wouldn't be so confident." Elie said.
"Darkness Wave, come to my aid." Black Heart held her hand over the spider.
The spider transformed into the shape of a huge black dragon. It had long white whiskers and hairs on its tails were white as well. Black flames came out of its mouth.
"My little pet black dragon will handle your Sygat." Black Heart said.
"Tsk. You coward." Elie sneered looking up at the dragon. "Instead of fighting against me by yourself, you use your pets to annoy me."
"No, I'm just trying to keep your pet busy." Black Heart smiled.

"Darkness come to my aid, blacken this earth with your presence.... Bring into my hands your power, to destroy that with stands in the way of my goals! DARKNESS GIGA SHOCK!!!"

Black Heart's hands filled with a huge amount of black energy, she hurled it at Elie.
A blue-white ball appeared between Elie's hands. She smirked, looking at the Darkness Giga Shock that was hurled at her.

"Source of all souls which dwell in eternal and infinite. Everlasting flame of blue, let the power hidden in my soul be called forth from the Infinite... RA-TILT. PETIT ETHERION."

The blue-white flame bursted out from Elie's hands and crushed into Black Heart's spell.
"Damn you!" Black Heart snapped. Black Heart was furious now.
"It can't be..." Black Heart thought to herself. "How is it she has all this power?"
Black Heart started a new spell.

"I call upon the Lord of Darkness, bring to thee the power of the gods to bring fourth the ultimate power! Give me all your strength as we crush this foe together!

A spiral whirlwind of darkness surrounded Black Heart. Suddenly, tall beams of black light surround Elie.
The black dragon roared at Sygat, and then shot out a black flame. Sygat dodged the black flame easily.
Elie's body glowed white. She smiled confident, closing her eyes, as the scars on her back lightened up again. "I call upon your power, Sensei... From the bottom of my soul..." she thought.
Sygat flew around the dragon, blasting it with a series of Fireballs that were bigger than a normal Fireball.
The black dragon just hissed and shot out a flaming beam of purple light. Sygat barely dodged the beam, and was getting sick of that dragon.
Black Heart smiled. "Shouldn't you be worried about yourself?"
The black energy beams turned into pillars that surrounded Elie, and were closing in on her.
"Oh, of course I should." Elie smiled as the pillars were coming close to her. "But, to be honest with you, I'm not worried at all about this ridiculous spell... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!"
Elie suddenly screamed very loud. The ground started to shake, her body glowing even more, especially on the part where her back was. The pillars got shattered at the contact of her aura, with a huge explosion. The dust which raised up after the explosion didn't allow to see anything.
"Fool..." Black Heart chuckled. "Just like Lina....."
Black Heart waited for the dust to clear, expecting Elie to be dead.
Sygat curled up, turning into a blinding light ball, and threw himself at the dragon, running through its body with lightspeed. The black dragon crashed to the ground and tried to claw Sygat. Sygat, still in his ball form, dodged the dragon's attack and started to hit it from al the directions.
The dust finally cleared away. Elie stood in the same place she was, there was a crater around her.
"You called me fool, eh?" Elie giggled as her hands started to glow white. "No, Black Heart... you're the only one fool who challenged me. VISFARANK."
Another pile of dust raised around her. Before Black Heart could see her, she leapt forwards towards her opponent and came close to her, throwing a powerful punch at her stomach.
"DAMMIT!!" Black Heart screamed in pain from Elie's punch. "HOW DID YOU LIVE?!?"
Elie grinned, not answering at the question. "Since you're only a 'sorceress' who steals the others' powers, I bet you're not able to make a martial arts move."
Elie suddenly took Black Heart's hand. Elie's hand glowed black for a while, and the scar on her chest glowed red instead. Before her opponent could counter the attack, she blasted her with a quick and weak Fireball and sent her away from her by a few inches.
"That was weak..." Black Heart jumped up and brushed herself off. "My attack must have done something to you..."
Elie laughed. "Hah! That was only to take you away from me. For using this."
Elie raised a hand forward. A magic circle appeared on it. She grinned evilly as she enchanted the spell Black Heart knew very well.

"Darkness come to my aid, blacken this earth with your presence.... Bring into my hands your power, to destroy that with stands in the way of my goals! DARKNESS GIGA SHOCK!!!"

Elie hurled the Black Heart's spell at her, two time stronger and faster than the one Black Heart casted.
"What the hell?" Black Heart cried. "How can you use my spells??"

"I purge myself to the Lord of Chaos, bring to thee the power to destroy that which stands before me. Help me finish what I started, to erase my opponent from existence. Darkness Twilight!!!"

Black Heart hurled a huge amount of black energy at Elie.
"That's a secret... I can say only that THIS allows me to do that." Elie grinned, pointing to the scar on her chest, near to the side of her heart, when she said 'this.' She then casted another spell besides the Darkness Giga Shock which crashed into the Black Heart's spell.

"I purge myself to the Lord of Chaos, bring to thee the power to destroy that which stands before me. Help me finish what I started, to erase my opponent from existence. Darkness Twilight."

Elie hurled the spell, always two times stronger than the normal one, to strengthen the other one she threw.
"You can't resist forever..." Elie grinned.
"Something's different about her..." Black Heart thought to herself. "What the heck is that scar?"
Black Heart flipped up into the air, and landed on her black dragon.
"Get her!!" Black Heart ordered.
The black dragon took a deep breath and fired a black laser beam at Elie.
"Fool... You'll never learn..." Elie shook her head, as Sygat landed next to her. "That stupid dragon doesn't want to die, does he?" she said petting Sygat and then riding on his back. Her armored tiger spread his wings and flew away from the black laser beam.
"FIRE BOLT." Elie said quietly, launching three homing blasts that were similar to the Fireball, but they chased the target until they hit it.
"Aquarius Arrow!" Black Heart countered with 5 water-filled arrows that slammed into the Fire Bolt.
"I create these creatures for destruction, it's in their nature. They die anyway once their task is complete." Black Heart explained.
The black dragon flew up high, and blast a dark beam to the ground. Smoke filled all around the blast, and it was hard to see where Black Heart went to. Then her black dragon appeared out of the smoke, but Black Heart was no longer riding it.
"Where did she go?" Elie wondered looking around. She decided to raise a Windy Shield strengthened with Etherion around them, expecting a sudden attack.
"Looking for me?" Black Heart asked, standing behind Elie.

First Black Heart threw the Ragna Blade out, sending it soaring towards Elie. Then Black Heart shot the Giga Slave into the Ragna Blade. The Giga Slave swirled around the Ragna Blade, surrounding it creating a huge burst of black energy. The Giga Ragna Blade was heading straight for Elie.
Because it was such a close range, Black Heart jumped back, her dragon waiting for her. The black dragon rose into the air as fast as it could, to avoid being hit as well.
"She'll never avoid the Giga Ragna Blade!" Black Heart declared.
"What the...?!" Elie turned around to see two of the strongest spells hurled towards her and Sygat.
The Giga Ragna Blade crushed into the Windy Shield, but after a little while the spell shattered it, and both of them got hit badly, especially Sygat, that lost the control of his wings and fell to the ground before Elie, using his body to protect her from the impact.
"Ack... that did hurt a little..." Elie looked down at her tiger, her body full of slight scratches and some data particles that spilled from her left temple.
Sygat's state was definitively worse than hers, his body almost completely burned and he was losing a lot of data pieces.
"Sygat... You'll be fine..." Elie said.
Elie stood up, after petting Sygat. She walked forward by a few steps, facing Black heart, as her body started to be surrounded by violet flames.
"I didn't want to use that for a worm like you, but you forced me." Elie muttered, as her wounds got mysteriously healed. "I'll definitively kill you, Black Heart. Even if I could die with you, I'll send you to the hell once for all."
Black Heart laughed evilly. "What could you possibly do, Inverse?"
"You'll see that... Now." an evil smile appeared across Elie's face, as her eyes glowed red. "And you won't like it."
Elie's body turned into a little violet flame and disappeared all of a sudden from Black Heart's view.
"Huh?" Black Heart searched the area to find Elie. "Where the hell did she go?"
"You played dirty first, so I'm repaying you the favor." Elie whispered to Black heart's ear, from behind her.
Afterwards, one of Elie's arms stabbed Black heart across the middle of her chest, from her back. The violet flames started to surround Black Heart's body too.
"What in the world are you?" Black Heart growled, but she didn't even appear to feel Elie's arm or the flames. "Get off of me now!!"
Elie smirked. "Seems like you're not feeling pain... Oh well, I wanted to kill you now, but first I'll play a little with you."
Elie took off her arm from Black Heart's body, which was still burning in the violet flames. Before Black heart could react, Elie started to pummel her on the face with high velocity. Then, Elie kicked Black Heart in the stomach, which sent her flying.
"LIGHTING BLAST." Elie said while forming rapid streams of lighting which hit Black Heart badly.
Elie quickly ran towards Black Heart and grabbed her by the throat.
"How are you feeling now?" Elie asked playfully, glaring at Black Heart with disturbing red eyes.
"You call that an attack?" Black Heart asked, cocking an eyebrow. "That tickled..."
"Alright then." Elie sneered, slamming Black Heart into the ground with a perfect choke slam. "Taste this... EARTH GLAIVE."
Several spikes rose from the ground and stabbed Black heart on all her body.
Elie then walked up to her and grabbed her throat again. "You'll taste my Orochi Power, now..."
A large tower of violet flames suddenly bursted out from the ground and carried Black Heart away, burning all her body.
"AAARRRGHH!!" Black Heart screamed, before launching one last attack. "Lord of Nightmares, I call upon your power, destroy thou who stands before me. DARKNESS GIGA SLAVE!!!!"
"You're attacking me again despite the pain?" Elie laughed. "You stupid moron..."
After saying that, Elie raised both her hands forward, and absorbed the Darkness Giga Slave easily.
Black Heart's eyes widened. "It's not possible..... It can't be!!!"
"Your time is up, darling. Bye bye." Elie sneered while forming a black light between her hands.

"Lord of Dreams that Terrify, Sword of the cold dark void, free yourself from the heavens bonds, become one with my power, one with my body, and let us walk the path of destruction together! Power that can smash even the souls of the Gods."

She formed the Ragna Blade and threw it at Black Heart.

"Darkness beyond blackest pitch, deeper than the deepest night. King of Darkness who shines like gold upon the Sea of Chaos, I call upon thee, swear myself to thee. Let the fools who stand before me be destroyed by the power you and I possess."

She then formed the Giga Slave quickly. It spun around the Ragna Blade, like the attack that hit her before.

"GIGA RAGNA BLADE!! PETIT ETHERION!!"

Black Heart whaled and screamed in pain, as the flames engulfed her body. The Giga Ragna Blade hit, with a huge explosion. As the smoke cleared, Black Heart was nowhere to be found. Her black dragon disappeared into a black flame.
Elie's eyes turned grey and the violet flames disappeared from her body. "I... won..." she murmured, trembling a little. "I... did it..."
But something was in the floor in the place of Black Heart..... A Copybot.... Along with a chip.
"So that's why she disappeared before...." Elie thought to herself. "The Copybot ran out of power, and she needed to transfer to another one."
Sygat got up and walked slowly towards his master. He glowed white a last time and turned again in his Fluffy form.
Elie turned to him. She wanted to say something, but instead of that, she suddenly collapsed.
Fluffy managed to catch her with his back, despite he was still badly injured. Fluffy returned back into her body.
Elie tried to pull herself up. "So that witch wasn't human?" she asked herself.
Data seemed to appear out of nowhere, and hopped onto Elie's shoulder.
"Black Heart died...." Data explained. "When Lina used her final attack to protect Spotty & Treble.... Lina gave her life to stop Black Heart... But it seems that Curse Pearl turned her into a Navi...."
"I think... I understood... That part..." Elie muttered. "Now I need... To rest a little..."

When Elie opened her eyes, she found herself onboard the Black Refractor, but it was filled with a crew.
"Where am I?" Elie asked herself.
Elie spun around. No one was with her.
"Spotty? Treble?" Elie searched for everyone.
Elie noticed that no one paid any attention to her.
"This must be a memory...." Elie thought. "That Data is replaying for all of us... Or is it just me?"
Elie then spotted a little younger-looking Mr. Blue Nose. He stepped up to a tall gallant man with long blonde hair, he wore a blue outfit with an armor plate over his chest, a sword strapped to his back..
"Captain, the Black Medallion's getting closer..." Mr. Blue Nose warned. "Spotty, what should we do?"
"SPOTTY?!?" Elie cried, her eyes could almost shoot out of her head, they widened so much. "That's what Spotty looked like 10 years ago? What the devil happened to him?"
Spotty looked worried and turned to a younger-looking Tron. "You're all prepared to leave the ship should the worst happen?"
Tron nodded. "Is Lina okay? .... I mean, losing her powers and all....."
Spotty sighed. "I know..... I should have never had fallen for Black Heart's trap.... Lina would still have her powers."
"Why are we heading for Sci Lab?" Teisel asked.
"Dr. Hikari owes me a favor." Spotty explained. "Lina & I saved him and his wife from Curse & Black Heart. They were after some kind of program he was working on."
"What was the program?" Tron asked.
"Something about one of their kids died, and Dr. Hikari's trying to turn it into a Navi..." Spotty explained. "Curse got away with a copy of the data, though."
"Lina must feel helpless now that her Navi is gone..." Tron said.
"Yes..." Spotty sighed. "But we both worked together to use the data from her Navi to make a new one, but we still have to work on it."
Elie watched this conversation with interest, then she heard something behind her.
"Spotty!!" a voice cried out.
Elie spun around. Her knees buckled from surprise.
A tall woman with long crimson hair and a black cape stood behind her. The woman looked a lot like Elie.
"Lina!" Spotty cried. "How's Treble?"
Lina was carrying a small child in her arms. "He's asleep now. If those bastards come anywhere near him, I'll...."
"Lina, you lost your powers, remember?" Spotty asked. "Don't push it... Please...."
"Spotty, I can't just sit around and do nothing." Lina protested.
"If something were to happen to you, I'd never forgive myself." Spotty said. "Why don't you take Treble to your ship, the Queen of Darkness?"
"And leave you?" Lina asked. "I'm not running. I have to pay back that witch for stealing my powers..."
Elie just continued to watch in shock. "Lina...... She looks..... Like ME!!!" Elie cried.
Suddenly, a blast hit the Black Refractor. A younger-looking Curse Pearl appeared on the ship, along with Black Heart, who looked the same as Elie just saw her.
"It's time to finish this, Lina...." Black Heart chuckled.
Lina handed her child to Tron. "Take Treble." she said.
"Dragon Slave!!!!" Black Heart whirled her arms around, firing a blast at Lina.
Lina flipped over and avoided it, but the Dragon Slave damaged the mast.
"You don't know when to quit...." Lina snarled.
"And you're helpless..." Black Heart laughed. "Or need I remind you, I have your powers now!"
"You may have my normal spells, but you'll never take the power from my Sensei..." Lina declared. "Those come from the bottom of my soul...."
"Let's see them then...." Black Heart said.
"No, Lina!!" Spotty cried.
Curse drew his sword and lunged after Spotty. Spotty countered.
Black Heart charged another attack, blowing another hole into the Black Refractor.
"Leave them alone!" Lina cried. "It's me you want, Black Heart!!"
"You willing to end this?" Black Heart asked.
Lina looked out at the ocean. They were coming up on the Sci Lab Dock. If only she could distract Black Heart, Tron could get Treble off the ship.
Black Heart looked over Lina's shoulder, seeing Tron holding Treble.
"Perhaps this will heat things up." Black Heart laughed.

"Darkness beyond blackest pitch, deeper than the deepest night. King of Darkness who shines like gold upon the Sea of Chaos, I call upon thee, swear myself to thee. Let the fools who stand before me be destroyed by the power you and I possess... GIGA SLAVE!"

Black Heart aimed it right at Tron & Treble.
"NOOOOOO!!!!!" Lina cried, jumping in the way.
BLAST!!!!! Lina crashed into the deck of the ship.
"LINA!!!" Spotty cried.
"Oh, that witch!!" Elie growled, feeling helpless that she couldn't do anything. "This is the past.... It's only a memory.... I can't help, but I want to!!"
Lina pulled herself up, she had a few cuts on her cheeks, dripping with blood.
"Damn you....." Lina growled, as violet flames surrounded her body. "How dare you attack my son?!?"
Black Heart starred at Lina. "..... What the hell? You..... You can't possibly!!"
"I thought you sealed her powers!!" Curse yelled.
"I DID!!" Black Heart shouted.
"But you can't seal my Orochi Power..." Lina pointed out. "Even if it costs me everything, I will make sure you do not harm another again!!!"
"Darkness Giga Shock!!" Black Heart hurled a blast of sparkling black energy at Lina.
Lina caught the blast and threw it back at Black Heart, but the attack was intensified.
"She has Orochi Power?" Elie asked herself. "..... Why does some of this seem.... Familiar?"
Black Heart pulled herself back up, ready to attack again.
"It's time for my ultimate attack...." Lina said, forming a black light around her hands. "Spotty, get off the ship, NOW!"
"Lina, no!!" Spotty cried.
"Tron, take care of Treble for me...." Lina turned to Tron.
Tron nodded. The whole crew except for Spotty jumped off the ship, they had arrived at Sci Lab Harbor.
Curse even got scared and hid.
"How is this possible?" Black Heart asked. "With your powers sealed, they shouldn't be this powerful!!"
"I'm using all the power of my soul...." Lina explained. "You made one hell of a mistake attacking my son.... Now you'll go to hell for it!!!!"

"Lord of Dreams that Terrify, Sword of the cold dark void, free yourself from the heavens bonds, become one with my power, one with my body, and let us walk the path of destruction together! Power that can smash even the souls of the Gods."

With a single hand, Lina formed the Ragna Blade and held it up.

"Darkness beyond blackest pitch, deeper than the deepest night. King of Darkness who shines like gold upon the Sea of Chaos, I call upon thee, swear myself to thee. Let the fools who stand before me be destroyed by the power you and I possess."

Then Lina quickly casted the Giga Slave with her other hand, and then placed it on the Ragna Blade. The Giga Slave surrounded the Ragna Blade, swirling together.

"GIGA RAGNA BLADE!! PETIT ETHERION!!"

With all her might, Lina hurled the Giga Ragna Blade at Black Heart. The violet flames from her body flew with the Giga Ragna Blade, all of which slammed right into Black Heart.
BBBOOOOMMM!!! The Black Refractor exploded into a burst of black and purple energy. Spotty grabbed Lina as she was sent flying. From shore, Curse saw Black Heart's body in the water. Curse jumped into the water and grabbed Black Heart.
"Dammit...." Curse growled. "Perhaps that program will come in handy after all... At least she succeeded in killing Spotty & Lina.... There's no way they survived that...."
Curse landed on the Black Medallion and sailed off.
Spotty landed with Lina on the dock, Elie stood over them watching.
Lina could barely keep her eyes open. All her vital energy seemed to be drained. "Spotty...." she barely spoke.
"Lina, please hold on!!" Spotty pleaded.
"Spotty..... I'm..... Sorry....." Lina said, weakly. "...... I......"
Lina was breathing heavily, even worse then Elie was.
"She sounds bad...." Elie thought to herself. "She must had used all her vital energy to kill Black Heart.... That's what Spotty meant by she killed herself to save everyone...."
"Lina.... Just leave everything to me...." Spotty said, picking up Lina and running for the laboratory.
Elie ran to catch up. "Where's he going?"
Spotty bursted into Dr. Hikari's Lab. "DR. HIKARI!!!!!" he shouted.
Dr. Hikari came out and saw Spotty. "What happened?" he cried.
"Hikari, Lina's dying....." Spotty said. "Is there something you can do? What about that program you were working on?"
"Spotty.... Are you sure about that?" Dr. Hikari asked. "I haven't fully finished it yet... I'm still working on a way to save Hub..."
"Hikari, please!!!" Spotty pleaded. "You owe me, remember? If you don't do this, I'll lose her, forever!"
Dr. Hikari nodded. Spotty placed Lina down on a table. Lina was breathing even more heavily every second. Dr. Hikari placed a series of scanners and wires all over Lina's body.
"I hope this works." Dr. Hikari said, typing on a computer.
Series of images of scans of Lina's brain appeared on the screen.
"What are they doing?" Elie asked herself. "Are they trying to save her life data?"
Lina barely opened her eyes one more time. "S-S-Spotty?"
"Lina....." Spotty leaned over Lina. "It's going to be all right...."
Lina was breathing so heavy, she could barely speak. Tears were falling down her cheeks.
".... Is Treble..... Okay?" Lina asked.
Spotty nodded. "Tron has him."
Lina smiled. "T-Take.... Care.... Of h-him......... ....... S-S-Spotty..... Goodbye.... I-I...... L-Love......." Lina's words fell short, she slowly closed her eyes and her breathing stopped.
Tears floated down Spotty's cheeks. "Goodbye, my love......." he said, softly, holding the lifeless body of his wife in his arms.
Elie looked and saw the pain in Spotty's eyes as he realized Lina was dead.
"It worked." Dr. Hikari said. "The mind transfer is complete."
Spotty stood up. "Transfer her memory data here." he hooked up a PET to Dr. Hikari's computer.
"What's this?" Dr. Hikari asked.
"A program created out of Lina's Navi..." Spotty explained. "I call him Data. He'll keep Lina's memories."
"You don't want her to remember?" Dr. Hikari asked.
"I'm going to give this PET to Tron, to give to Treble someday." Spotty explained. "As far as Curse knows, he'll probably think I died on the Black Refractor with Lina. This way he might not go after Treble..... If I stay away from him."
Dr. Hikari nodded. "I'd do the same for my boy."
"Don't tell Lina who she is...." Spotty said. "I wouldn't want her to be hurt.... Or for anything else to attack her because of me... Again...."
Dr. Hikari nodded. "Then I'll give her a new name..."
Spotty sighed. "Thanks Hikari." he left with the PET.
Elie watched in amazement. "It..... Can't be....." she thought. "Could it?"
Now time seemed to move forward. Dr. Hikari & Mr. Famous had finished the Navi from Lina's Data.
"Another memory?" Elie asked herself.
"Finally finished this program?" Mr. Famous asked.
"Yes, I decided to call her Elie Inverse." Dr. Hikari explained. "Oh, and remember to never tell her where her powers and data came from. Have you found a place for her?"
Mr. Famous nodded. "I'm going to send her data to Serenade, the Lord of the UnderNet. Serenade promised to look over her. Lina, or 'Elie' will just think that Serenade gave her the powers."
"It works." Dr. Hikari sighed. "I just hope that one day her and Spotty can return together. He gave up everything for her... And his son....."
Elie stood completely shocked. "Elie..... Inverse......" she repeated.

A blinding flash of light returned Elie to the present, aboard the Black Refractor. Treble starred at Elie, shocked himself. Elie guessed that Treble saw the memory data as well.
"That was some wild ride." E-Virina remarked.
"Didn't you get it?" Virina snapped.
"No, not really." E-Virina joked. "Elie's Lina, that's about it."
Spotty looked down, he didn't want to look at Elie in the eye.
"..... Why didn't you want me to remember?" Elie asked.
"........" Spotty didn't speak at first, he let out a sigh. ".... I wanted to spare you what happened.... And especially after I found out Curse revived Black Heart the same way I saved you...."
"So Elie...." Treble turned to Elie. "You're my mother?"
Elie smiled and hugged Treble. "I'm sorry you've had to go through so much, kid..... I had no idea... I thought I was created in the UnderNet by Lord S.... But now I found out that Dr. Hikari & Mr. Famous placed me there, under Lord Serenade's care...."
"I'm sorry too, Treble." Spotty said. "You've had to grow up without either of us."
"After seeing that...." Treble said. "I understand now. You were only doing all this to protect me..."
Data smiled and hopped up on Treble's shoulder. "That's right!!"
"Even I didn't know all of this..." Axl said. "But I wasn't complete yet."
Spotty shook his head. "No, you weren't. You were only started, and I gave your data to Tron, which she gave you to Treble, and he finished you."
Spotty then turned to Elie. "Can you forgive me?"
Elie smiled and pointed a finger at Spotty and muttered a few words. Spotty suddenly caught on fire, and then was blasted into the air. He landed on Bugger.
"I'll think about it." Elie laughed.
"You still get a kick out of doing that...." Spotty groaned.
"I have years of catching up to do!!" Elie said, with a smile. "But maybe when the Dark Chip threat is over...."
"Speaking of Dark Chips, I found this!!" Data cried, holding up the chip that appeared with Black Heart's damaged Copybot body.
"Is that?" Bugger asked.
"It's a Chip of Darkness!" Elie cried. "That's where Black Heart's extra boost of energy came from!"
"Then we better take it to Serenade!" Virina cried.
Spotty agreed. "Let's head back then."
Elie hugged Treble from behind. "This time I promise, Treble. Nothing's going to take me away from you again!"

Black Earth was filled with Dark Matter all over the area. The area was pitch black, Megaman couldn't even see a path ahead of him.
"Did I make it?" Megaman asked himself.
"Megaman!!" Megaman heard Lan's voice.
"Lan? Can you hear me?" Megaman asked.
Lan's PET's picture was a little fuzzy, but Lan could see Megaman.
"Looks like you made it..." Lan said. "Hopefully I'll be able to send you some Battle Chips because the picture's coming in at least, unlike Secret..."
"Welcome to Black Earth....." a creepy voice said.
Megaman jumped. A tall Navi in a black suit with short black hair and red eyes stood in front of Megaman.
"Who are you?" Megaman asked.
"I am Mr. DarkChip..." the Navi answered.
"Mr. DarkChip..." Megaman said with a sweatdrop on his head. "What are you doing here?"
"I'm the only one here." Mr. DarkChip answered. "Everyone left..."
"No one can get in, that's why." Megaman explained.
"Well, Black Earth is darker than the UnderNet..." Mr. DarkChip said.
"Darker than the Undernet..... Becareful, Megaman!" Lan warned.
"Right." Megaman nodded.
"What are you doing here?" Mr. DarkChip asked, pulling out a Dark Sword.
"Hey, wait!!" Megaman cried. "I was sent by Kage!!!"
"Kage? ... Why would he send a Navi like you here?" Mr. DarkChip asked.
"Serenade.... Um, Lord S is in trouble." Megaman explained. "I'm here to get a program file that may help her."
"Oh, why didn't you say so?" Mr. DarkChip asked. ".... Do you have proof you're here for Lord S?"
"Like what?" Megaman asked, worried. He clenched the Muramasa Sword.
"Is that the Muramasa?" Mr. DarkChip asked.
"Yeah..." Megaman showed Mr. DarkChip the sword.
"Then you must be here on behalf of Lord S." Mr. DarkChip said. "That's Lord S's sword, after all. Come this way."
Mr. DarkChip lead Megaman through Black Earth. Megaman was relieved, since he never would have found his way on his own.
A tall young female Navi came up to them. She had long brown hair, and a blue & red dress.
"Ailias..." Mr. DarkChip said. "I didn't know you were still here."
Ailias giggled. "Well, you know I'm not really much of a fighter.... I stayed here to watch over things, since the others left."
"Why did they leave?" Mr. DarkChip asked.
"Didn't you hear?" Ailias asked. "The 5 Chips of Darkness were released..."
Mr. DarkChip looked thoughtful. "Hmm... I wonder if I could use those..."
"What do you mean by that?" Lan screamed into his PET. "Those chips are dangerous!!"
"Hey, I can use normal Dark Chips without having to worry." Mr. DarkChip pointed out. "But I can't use normal chips, so..."
"You're 1 big Dark Chip..." Megaman joked.
Mr. DarkChip just gave Megaman a glare, and continued on.
"From here you'll find yourself in the Mirror Room." Mr. DarkChip explained, stopping at a black wrap hole.
"You must face the darkness within to pass through." Ailias warned. "I'll warn you, not many come back alive..."
"I have to do it." Megaman said. "Serenade's life depends on it..."
"Very well then..." Mr. DarkChip said. "Um, if you get in trouble, use this."
Mr. DarkChip handed Megaman a Dark Chip.
"A Dark Chip?" Megaman asked.
"Don't look at me that way..." Mr. DarkChip shrugged. "If it's between getting deleted or deleting your opponent, make the right choice. Not all Navis go crazy with the 1st chip, after all."
Megaman nodded. He jumped into the wrap hole.
"What did he mean by Lord S's life depends on it?" Ailias asked.
"No idea..." Mr. DarkChip said. "But it sounds serious...."

Megaman appeared in a new area. This area was lit with purple flames across the floor. The flames lead to a path. Megaman followed the path, until he was stopped. There was an object in the way, a mirror.
"A mirror?" Lan asked. "What's that doing here?"
"I am a mirror of the heart...." a voice came from the mirror.
Megaman jumped. "It talked!!!!"
"To pass beyond here, dispel the darkness in your heart.... I see all......." the mirror spoke.
"This must be the trial that Gaki talked about..." Lan said.
"So what does it do?" Megaman asked.
"I see... 4 loyal souls.... Guardians of the UnderNet... All trapped in a dark heart..." the mirror said.
With those words, the mirror lit up. Flashes of light blinded Megaman. When the light faded, 4 purple Navis stood in front of Megaman in place of the mirror. They looked like the 4 Guardians, Rank #10, Harpuia, Leviathan, Fefnir & Phantom!!
"It's the 4 Guardians!!!" Lan cried.
"What kind of trial is this?" Mayl asked, looking at Lan's PET.
Megaman leapt back as the dark forms of the guardians came at him with their weapons.
"I've got an idea, Megaman!" Lan cried. "Cyber Kracken, Force Metal Chip in!!"
Megaman held out his arms. A huge monstrous octopus virus with an orb on its head appeared before the dark guardians. With its huge tentacles, it crushed the dark version of Phantom.
"I almost forgot about that beast..." Chaud remarked.
"What is that thing?" Brandon asked.
"Cyber Kracken... Long story..." Lan said.
"It's creepy..." Kara said.
The Cyber Kracken fired a huge beam from it orb. The beam crashed into the dark Harpuia & Leviathan, deleting them. Then the Cyber Kracken came after the dark Fefnir.
But the dark soul of Fefnir fought back with his cannon. He leapt up and aimed his cannon right at the orb. BOOM!!!!!! The dark Fefnir destroyed the Cyber Kracken, but the shockwave from the blast deleted the dark Fefnir.
"Well... That stupid Cyber Kracken came in handy..." Mr. Famous joked.
"That's it?" Lan asked. "That was easy!!"
"Um, Lan..." Megaman said. "Don't celebrate yet, there's another mirror..."
"Oh, great..." Lan grumbled.
"I am a mirror of the heart..." the mirror in front of Megaman spoke.
"Okay, what is it this time?" Megaman asked.
Just as Megaman spoke, the mirror transformed into Chainsawman, Paladinman, & Gallantman.
"Rank #9?" Lan asked. "What the heck is this??"
"Son of a pancake! That thing turned into Chainsawman?!" Leo cried.
The 3 dark versions of the Navis rushed Megaman. Megaman jumped up, trying to avoid them.
"Any ideas, Lan?" Megaman asked.
"Well, the Cyber Kracken got deleted..." Lan gulped. "Let's try Cinnamon Soul!"
Lan threw in the Navi Chip. Megaman transformed into the Cinnamon Soul.
"Gallant Blade!" the dark Gallantman cried.
"Force Metal Chip: Super Anti Sword!!" Megaman created a quick chip.
The dark Gallantman was suddenly struck with a charge of energy, his sword was turned against him and deleted him.
"That's one down!" Lan cried.
But the dark Paladinman and Chainsawman came in with a combo attack, knocking Megaman backwards.
"Paladin Cannon!" the dark Paladinman cried.
"Mega Cannon!" the dark Chainsawman cried.
"Lan, think of something!!" Megaman cried.
"Megaman, use the Force Metal Armor!!" Lan cried.
"Right!!" Megaman held out his arms. "Force Metal Armor!!" he cried.
A beam of rainbow light shot out from his hands and surrounded his body. The light changed into a huge armor that covered Megaman's body. 2 large cannons were in place of his arms. A targeting scope was over his eyes.
"Let's do this!" Lan cried.
Lan used the PET controls to aim the cannons at the dark Paladinman & Chainsawman.
"FIRE!!!" Megaman cried.
Two huge blasts of energy shot out from the cannons, they blew right through the dark Navis, deleting them.
"We did it!!" Lan cried.
The armor faded on Megaman, he had reverted to normal form.
"Looks like the Cinnamon Soul's power is used up." Megaman said.
"Oh well..." Lan sighed.
"Hey, there's another mirror there." Mayl pointed out.
Megaman spun around. Another mirror blocked his path.
"There's something strange about those mirrors..." Dr. Cain said.
"It appears they're taking the forms of the Ranked Navis." Mr. Famous pointed out.
Megaman stepped up to the mirror. This one spoke like the others. "I am a mirror of the heart..."
"We know that part..." Lan groaned.
"I see.... 2/3 of a Navi, trapped in a dark heart..." the mirror said.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Lan asked.
The mirror transformed into dark versions of Marino & Mary.
"Rank #8..." Chaud said. "It is all the Ranked Navis..."
The dark Mary charged at Megaman with her sickle. Megaman leapt onto the sickle and jumped up, firing his buster.
The dark Marino leapt up, and spun around kicking Megaman in mid-air. Megaman crashed to the ground, the dark Navis were ready to attack again.
"Here goes!" Lan cried. "Fire Sword, Aqua Sword, Elec Sword, Bamboo Sword, Battle Chips in!!"
"Elemental Sword!!" Megaman cried, charging at the dark Marino & Mary.
SLASH!!! BOOM!!! BASH!!! The dark versions of Marino & Mary were deleted.
"Whew..." Megaman sighed. "And this is only the beginning..."

Back in Black Earth, Daven had gotten Megaman up to a huge mirror.
"Where's the program?" Megaman asked.
"You have to pass the final test to get it." Daven explained. "Um, this point is where you have to go on alone, I can't help you."
Megaman nodded. "I understand."
Daven took his surfboard back a bit, until he was quite far away from the large mirror. Megaman stepped up to the mirror.
"Wonder what this is?" Megaman asked.
"I am the Mirror of Truth...." the mirror spoke.
"It spoke!!" Megaman cried.
"Just like the others!" Lan cried.
"But this one is different..." Megaman said. "The other mirrors were of the heart...."
The mirror spoke again. "I am the Mirror of Truth. I reveal the truth hidden within. Before me, lies and deceit are meaning less...."
"Hidden truths?" Megaman asked.
"I can see..... I can see the truth within your soul. All must be exposed..." the mirror continued. "Let us see... Let us see the truth within your soul."
A ray of dark light surrounded Megaman. From the light, a purple version of Megaman appeared in front of him.
"My Dark Soul! I've never felt it this powerful before!" Megaman cried.
"The power of your Dark Soul has been suppressed by your conscience. But now you feel your pure, unrepressed Dark Soul." the mirror explained.
"My pure..... Dark Soul?" Megaman asked.
"A Dark Soul with too much power seeks to take over the body." the mirror said. "Those weak of mind who lose that fight will be dominated by their Dark Soul, and meet with a terrible fate."
"Lan, here he comes!" Megaman cried.
"I can handle it. No Dark Soul's gonna beat me!! Battle routine, set!!" Lan cried. "Let's beat this Megaman DS!!"
Megaman nodded. "Let's do it!"

Back outside, Roll still watched Black Earth.
"I hope Yuna's okay..." Yuri said.
"Yuri!" a voice called out.
Yuri spun around. 3 Navis stood behind them. They looked a lot like Elnar, but they were as tall as Yuna. One was red, one was purple, and one was green.
"Martina! Erina! Jina!!" Yuri cried. "You're all here!!"
"Who are these guys?" Roll asked.
"Together we're the Matrix of Light Navis." Erina explained.
"We fight together with Yuna." Jina added.
"And we have a lot of fun at it!" Martina finished.
"They also combine with Yuna's armor and give her all kinds of abilities!" Yuri explained. "It's really cool!"
Suddenly, Daven's surfboard came flying out of Black Earth, along with Daven, Yuna & Megaman!
"Megaman!!!" Roll cried, jumping out and hugging Megaman. "I was so worried!!!!"
"I'm fine, Roll." Megaman said.
"Yuna!!!" Yuri tackle-hugged Yuna.
"Hey, you guys are all here!" Yuna cried, looking over the Matrix of Light Navis.
"That's good." Elnar said. "Because we're going to need all the help we can get."
"Did you get the Hub Batch?" Kage asked.
Megaman nodded and showed Kage the red data cube.
Then Lan heard a door open. He spun around.
Jane, Taylor, Sara, Dennis, & Nicole had just arrived.
"You're back!" Lan cried.
"Mission accomplished." Dennis said.
"Where's Daniel?" Leo asked.
"He went to take Kamon & Keith to the Officials, I think." Taylor said.
"He also got a call on his PET and said he had to run." Nicole added. "He didn't have time to explain."
"How's things that your end?" Dennis asked.
"We got the program for Serenade." Lan said.
"That's good." Sara said.
"Well, we'll Jack In our Navis to join you." Nicole said.
Aqua, Zippo, Valiya, Paladinman & Siya appeared next to Megaman.
"So, should we head off?" Mr. Dark Chip asked.
Elnar looked worried. "My sensors detect an evil presence.... Somewhere near Secret..."
Yuna looked shocked. "What?? You mean someone's there?"
"With Lord S in her current condition, the barrier to Secret would be weakened." Mr. Dark Chip explained.
Kage nodded. "It is her power that protects the area. We must hurry!"
"Gateman!!!" Roll called out.
But nothing happened.
"What's going on?" Daven asked. "Is Gateman ignoring you guys?"
"That's not like him...." Kage said. "Yes, he can be ANNOYING at times, and likes to play tricks.... But at a time like this, at least he'd open the gate unless...."
"He couldn't..." Megaman said. "We better hurry to Secret!!!"

Right outside Secret, Megaman and the rest of the group had arrived, but there was no way in.
"Only Serenade and Gateman can open this." Kage said. "Dammit...."
"How can we get in then?" Roll asked. "If someone else got in..."
"They sealed the way with a Dark Chip." Mr. Dark Chip explained. "It could take a while to get through..."
Suddenly, Virina, Elie, Axl, Data & Bugger appeared through the Virus Portal.
In the Real World, Spotty & Treble ran into Sci Lab.
"What's going on?" Spotty asked.
"Spotty!" Lan cried. "You guys are ok?"
"I guess you could say so." Treble said.
"What do you mean?" Mayl asked.
"We'll explain later." Spotty said.
"What's wrong?" Elie asked. "Why can't we get in?"
"Something's sealing the entrance off." Megaman said. "Virina, can you use your Virus Portal to get us through?"
"It's worth a shot..." E-Virina said in Virina's head.
"Now you want to help?" Virina asked her evil half, confused.
"This is kinda fun..." E-Virina replied.
Virina sighed and opened the Virus Portal. Everyone ran through.
"Look!!" Roll pointed to Sigma, who was ready to attack Serenade.
"SIGMA!!!!" Kage snarled, jumping out at incredible speed, tackling Sigma.
Megaman ran up to Serenade's body and placed the red data cube over her.
"Now what?" Lan asked.
"Duck!!" Roll pushed Megaman down as Vile's shots were heading his way.
"Yuna, we've got to fight!" Elnar said.
"Oh, but do we have to?" Yuna asked. "Can't we all just try to get along?"
"What is with this crazy girl?" Protoman asked. "Can't you see we're in the middle of a war here?"
"Hydra Form!" Daven cried.
A blue light surrounded Daven's body. Fins appeared on his back, legs and wrists. A helmet also appeared on his head. Daven picked up his surfboard and pulled out a sword from it.
Daven leapt out with his sword, quickly slashing through the Dark Navis, while at the same time throwing blue orbs at far away Dark Navis.
"Multi Shot Spinner!!" cried Jina.
Two large cannons were attached to Jina's head, they flipped around, and started firing, as Jina went into a spin.
"Torpedo Shot!" Martina cried.
Martina's shoulders transformed, they shot out torpedoes.
"Erina, fuse with me!" Yuna commanded.
Erina nodded, her body lit up and she leapt into Yuna's armor. Yuna's battlesuit changed. Now Yuna's suit had large wings and vulcan cannons on the back of her arms. Yuna flew into the air, firing at the Dark Navis below.
"Twin Dragon Fangs!!" Yuri cried.
Yuri pulled off the 2 orbs on her shoulders, and put them together. The orbs formed a large flattened staff.
"Let's go!!" Yuri cried, spinning around while holding the staff. She spun around, knocking away any Navis in her path.
Roxy ran up and kicked a few Dark Navis out of the way, where as Foxxan pulled out a huge gun and started firing.
"Well, I might as well join." Mr. Dark Chip said. "Dark M-Cannon!"
A huge cannon appeared and blasted a few Dark Navis.
Bugger & Axl lead the rest of the Dark Navis up to Elie, who had prepared a spell for them.

"Darkness beyond twilight, crimson blood that flows, buried in the stream of time where your power flows, I pledge myself to conquer all the foes who stand, before the mighty gift besotted in my unworthy hands. Dragon Slave!"

Elie hurled the Dragon Slave at the Dark Navis. KA-BLEWIE!!! The group of Dark Navis were deleted!!
"We did it!!" Data cried.
"It's over, Sigma." Kage snarled.
"It's never over..." Sigma smiled.
Sigma hurled a new black energy ball at Kage, Kage prepared to defend himself, but there was no need to.
Suddenly, the black energy ball was reflected back at Sigma. Sigma looked up.
"Serenade!!!" Megaman cried. "You're up!!"
Serenade didn't say a word. She just stood there, her eyes looked cold and dark.
"It's impossible..." Sigma grumbled.
"If you know what's best for you, you'll leave now..." Serenade said.
Serenade didn't even wait for Sigma's response. She grabbed the Muramasa from Megaman and pointed it at Sigma's throat.
Sigma looked at Serenade's eyes. "..... Ah, now I get it...." he said, calmly.
"Get out." Serenade said.
Sigma smiled. "Yes, this makes things different... I'll retreat for now..." he disappeared.
"That was strange..." Gateman said, standing up.
"Are you okay?" Haloman asked.
"Yes, thanks to Kiya." Gateman said.
"No problem." Kiya said.
Serenade just stood, staring at where Sigma left, not paying attention.
"My lord, are you all right?" Kage asked, as he walked up behind her.
Serenade jumped and grabbed Kage by the neck.
"HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I TOLD YOU NOT TO SNEAK UP ON ME LIKE THAT?!?!?" she hollered
"ACK, SORRY, SORRY MISS SERENADE." Kage apologized as he struggled to breathe.
"Fine... Whatever..." Serenade hissed as she dropped Kage to the ground.
"... Serenade's scaring me..." Marino said.
"Lord.... Are you okay?" Gateman asked.
"I'm fine!" Serenade snapped, her eyes glowing.
"What took you guys so long to show up?" Mary barked at the others.
"We were at Black Earth..." Roll said.
"We were saving Jane...." Zippo said.
"And I was saving Treble." Elie pointed out.
"What were you doing?" Siya asked.
"Saving Marino." Mary said. "And we got a Chip of Darkness, which is one of the ones Sigma stole."
"What? He got them?!" Mr. Dark Chip asked.
Teal nodded. "He killed Metal Shark Player..."
Cinnamon was healing Gaki.
"And he almost got Gaki." ImPal said.
"Great..." Serenade grumbled. "So he got 4 chips?"
"4, my lord?" Kage asked.
"Yes... 1 from Megaman, 1 from you, 1 from... Wherever they got that one, and 1 from me..." Serenade said.
Everyone starred at Kage.
"Um... Lord..." Gaki said. "... That one was... Destroyed..."
Serenade's eyes turned blood red. "What moron destroyed it?" she growled.
"Kage did it!!" Bugger cried, pointing at Kage.
"Yeah, almost took off my hand doing it..." Virina remarked.
Serenade grabbed Kage by his throat. "YOU MORON!!!" she snarled. "Why do you think I sealed those in the first place? So that Bass can't get them again. If you destroy them, their Dark Matter will return to the Net, where Bass can absorb it!!"
"Actually, he already did." Marino pointed out. "We ran into Bass, he has the chip."
"See?" Serenade growled at Kage, throwing him to the side.
"Why is she so scary?" Kiya asked.
"I don't know..." Valiya said.
"She's really scary!!!" Yuri cried.
"Something's not right..." Ailias said.
"So 3 chips are with Sigma, and 1 is with Bass..." Serenade said. "We're still looking for 1 more."
"Not quite, Lord S." Elie said, holding up the Dark Chip from Black Heart. "Black Heart had 1 with her when I defeated her."
Serenade snatched the chip from Elie's hand. "Good. I'll take care of that." she said as the chip entered her hand.
"My lord... Is that safe?" Elie asked.
"Don't question me." Serenade growled.
"Something's wrong..." ImPal said.
"What could have happened to her?" Spearman asked.
"Gateman, what's happened to her?" Aqua asked.
"I... I do not know..." Gateman said.
"This can't be Serenade..." Megaman said. "Sigma must have switch her with some fake!"
Serenade's eyes glowed again, and she grabbed Megaman. "Oh, I'm not? You DARE question the Lord of the UnderNet? Give me a VERY good reason not to destroy a puny little Navi like you!"
"I'm not sure but I think she had turned into her old self again..." Paladinman said.
"The version of her that you told us about?" Axl asked.
"How did Sigma change her back?" Teal asked.
"The virus!!" Roll cried.
"Instead of deleting her..." Haloman said.
"It deleted her memories...." Angelman said.
"Hey, it's only a guess. I'm not sure at it." Paladinman said.
Deathman suddenly teleported behind Serenade. "Well, it looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed!"
"I hate being interrupted.... And YOU DIE FOR IT!!" Serenade growled, throwing Megaman into Deathman.
"Come back here and fight!!" Chainsawman growled.
"Oh yes, personal business first." Deathman said, throwing Megaman down, and running back after Chainsawman.
"Should we do something about them?" Daven asked.
"Why?" Bugger asked.
"Good point." Unick said.
"Well, let's stop wasting time." Serenade barked. "Let's receive the last of those chips. Most likely Sigma is going after Bass for his chip. Knowing Bass, he probably headed for Murk Land..."
"Murk Land?" Megaman asked.
"GATEMAN!!!" Serenade hollered.
"Yes, my lord." Gateman said.
"Gateman, open the gate and get these morons over there... TODAY!!" Serenade screamed. "And knock it off with your stupid jokes, it's NOT funny or I'll delete you myself!!"
Gateman jumped. "Yes, lord..."
"I'll meet you all there." Serenade snapped. "NOW MOVE IT!!!"
Roll jumped. "Megaman, this is really scary!!"
"I know..." Megaman said. "But what can we do?"

Serenade flew over to where she saw Sigma & Bass fighting. She stood back a bit to listen to what they were saying.
"Why are you wasting my time?" Bass grumbled, hurling a black energy ball.
Sigma countered and laughed. "Simple. I want your half of a Dark Chip."
"Half?" Bass asked with a puzzled look. "What do you mean by that? I absorbed the data of a broken chip."
"Yes, but that was only part of chip that I imbedded into Serenade's body." Sigma explained. "She still retains half of the chip. Meaning you only have 1/2 of a chip, where as I hold 3."
"Meaning you have what belongs to me!!" Bass growled, charging into Sigma.
Sigma laughed and grabbed Bass's hands and threw him back. "Don't even try. Just give up."
"If only I had the rest of my power!!! Double Buster!!!" Bass growled, his arms changing into 2 busters and fired.
Sigma held up his arm and absorbed the blasts. "That tickled." he laughed.
"You're starting to annoy me!!" Bass yelled. "Galating Buster!!"
"Dark Laser!" Sigma hurled a laser at Bass, which went right through Bass's right arm.
"Mind if I join this dance?" Serenade asked, standing in the middle.
"Serenade, how nice of you to join us." Sigma said. "I sense a power from you..."
"You mean the other Dark Chip?" Serenade asked. "It appears that the one you gave to Black Heart got taken from 1 of my Ranked Navis."
"So that means we have all the 5 Chips of Darkness here." Sigma chuckled. "Let's see who will hold them all!"

Back at the entrance to Murk Land, everyone finally pulled themselves out of the mess.
"That was a jig-saw puzzle..." Roll sighed.
"WHEN I GET MY HANDS ON GATEMAN!!!" Mary screamed.
"Can it, Mary!" Marino snapped.
"We should be worried about the mission!" Cinnamon said.
"Something bad is gonna happen." ImPal said.
"Well look what the cat drug in..." Vile stood in front of the group with Laserman & Dr. Psyche.
"Oh great." Spearman groaned.
More Dark Navis appeared around the group. There must have been thousands of them!
"Oh no!!" Yuri cried.
"This looks bad." Elnar said.
D-Nightmare dropped out of a portal he had created, landing right behind Vile.
"Well, well, well. The talking garbage heap stands in front of me." D-Nightmare said to Vile.
"D-Nightmare!" Angelman cried.
D-Nightmare drew his sword and prepared his Buster cannon. "How would you like to die, Vile?"
"I should be asking you that question......." Vile said.
A blast hit D-Nightmare from behind, Vile leapt out and landed safely.
A Navi with a cape slashed Vile's cannon off his shoulder.
"Thanks Soldierman." D-Nightmare said.
"Scope Gun!" Searchman came out and blasted Vile.
"Cream Attack!" Ice Cream Man appeared and blast Vile with a glob of cream.
Vile felt a surge go through his body, he couldn't move.
"Looks like we got here in time." Knightman stood behind Searchman and said.
"Damn you!" Vile growled.
"Your sentence is deletion. EN GARDE!!" Soldierman cried, stabbing his sword into Vile's Navi Symbol.
BOOM!!! Vile was deleted.
A series of mini tornados came out and blew Dr. Psyche away. Then a few laser shots came out and destroyed him.
"Who did that?" Daven asked.
A purple Navi with light purple gloves and boots and a purple visor over her eyes stood behind them.
"The name's Fairygirl." the Navi said. "And this is Spellgirl."
Fairygirl pointed to a Navi with a blue spiral hat and a blue staff with an orange spiral on top.
"Hello there!" Spellgirl said.
A Navi with blond hair and a blue jewel on her head stepped out to the group. "My name's Salabi." the Navi said.
"Where did you guys come from?" Megaman asked.
"Daniel lead us here." Soldierman explained.
"But where's Daniel transferring from?" Lan asked.
"Right at Nebula's HQ." Daniel's voice came from Lan's PET.
"How'd you find it?" Dr. Hikari asked.
"Some guy who called himself a 'friend' told me where to find them." Daniel explained. "He was a weird guy carrying a black staff."
Spotty got a weird look on his face. "It couldn't have been..." he said to himself. "But Xel's strange that way..."
Laserman was surrounded. He logged out.
"I'm heading back to you, Daniel." D-Nightmare said as he logged out. "Mr. Famous, can you send a Dimensional Area to my coordinates?"
Mr. Famous nodded and pressed a button on the controls.

At Nebula's Base, Daniel was joined by some of the other Operators that came with him.
"The door's locked." said Amy, Fairygirl's Operator, she wore a black shirt and jeans.
"We.... Have... To.... Hurry...." Salabi's Operator, Shori, spoke extremely slow. She wore a pink dress with a red ribbon in her hair.
Heather, Spellgirl's Operator, wore a blue shirt and a light blue skirt. She placed a hand on Shori's shoulder. "You'll never get the words out, so forget it."
Blaze grabbed Shori and shook her violently. "Why can't you speak right, girl?!?" he roared. Blaze had a red shirt and gray shorts. He also had one black and one white wristband on his hands. He was Haloman's Operator.
"Leave the girl alone."  said a man with brown hair and a cape. It was Andrew, Soldierman's Operator.
"Poor girl." Pride sighed.
"Where'd you find her?" Raika asked Port.
"She was nurse in a hospital." Port explained. "I don't know how she became a Net Agent."
Angelman's Operator Alex wore jeans and a long sleeved shirt. "Are we just going to stand around here?" he asked.
"Nope, we're going in!" Daniel cried. "BLAZER ARMOR!!"
Daniel was surrounded by light. When the light dissipated, Daniel was covered in futuristic armor. The armor was blue with some red around it, and he was holding 2 different guns. Daniel took aim and fired his gun, blowing away the door blocking their path.
"YIKES!!!" Mr. X let out a scream as the explosion rocked the cave they were in.
Dr. Regal stood up from his chair. "What right do you have bursting into here?"
"THIS!!!" Daniel roared, firing both his guns this time.
But Dr. Regal was ready for him, he Cross Fused with Laserman and blocked the attack. Mr. X pressed a button on the controls, a large Navi appeared. It had purple hair, and a huge white body that floated 2 feet off the ground. Its arms also floated, they weren't attached to the body.
"Help Regal, Mega Man Juno!" Mr. X cried.
"Cheaters." Daniel sneered. "No matter, give up now while you have the chance."
"Um... How about this?" Juno asked, throwing his arm into Daniel.
"Run!" Daniel cried at the others.
Suddenly, 4 Navis appeared in front of them. It was Elnar, Jina, Martina, & Erina.
"Yuna thought you could use some help." Elnar said. "Let's do it, guys!"
The 4 Navis fused together into a ball of light. A huge Navi, much larger than the rest of them, took the place of the 4 Navis.
"Elline On-line!" the huge Navi cried.
"What the?!?" Daniel cried.
"We are Elline Noi." the large Navi explained. "When we, the Matrix of Light Navis fuse together, we create the ultimate power!"
Elline Noi looked a lot like Elnar, but much larger, it had long arms and legs, along with a huge gun attached to one arm.
"That's some Navi." Amy said.
Regal fired a laser at Daniel, Daniel split the laser in half with a shot from his gun.
"Don't mess with me." Daniel said, as a pair of swords shot from the device on his back. He grabbed them and charged into battle.
"Elline Blaster!!" Elline fired the huge gun on its arm right at Mega Man Juno.
Juno's threw his arm towards the shot, but Juno's arm exploded!
"Most impressive." Juno said with a smile.
"The fun's just starting." Daniel said, he appeared behind Juno and slashed his left arm.
"Oh is it?" Regal asked, charging up a powerful laser and shot Daniel from behind.
"Are you ready?" Juno asked, launching up into the air and them came crashing down on Daniel.
Elline blasted both Juno & Regal, then grabbed Daniel.
"Are you okay?" Elline asked.
"That does it..." Daniel growled. "Time for my ultimate attack: Delta Ray Inferno!!"
Daniel charged forward and punched both Regal and Juno into the air, and fired multiple shots at them, then drew his swords and slashed them several times.
"Whoa..." Heather said. "He must be ticked off."
Then Daniel's body glowed with a bright light, he unleashed a huge charge of energy that he aimed at Juno & Regal. Then Daniel collapsed.
Regal & Juno crashed to the ground in a heap.
"Elline Blaster Final Strike!!" Elline's blaster charged with an even bigger shot, the large Navi aimed it right at Juno & Regal.
KA-BOOM!!! Juno was deleted, Regal's Cross Fusion broke apart, he was unconscious. Mr. X just stood, stunned.
"Daniel, are you okay?" Andrew asked.
"Did we get them?" Daniel asked.
Alex nodded. "Yep."
Elline broke apart into the 4 Navis, Elnar, Martina, Erina & Jina.
The Dimensional Area broke up and the Navis returned to Murk Land.
"We'll take these guys." Blaze said. "And join you guys at Sci Lab later."
"You're.... Under.... Arrest...." Shori said to Mr. X & Regal.

Virina's Virus Portal lead them to a strange area in Secret.
"Where are we?" Angelman asked.
"Parts of Secret are corrupted now..." Kage said, inspecting the area.
"Looks like the data for this door is locked too." Megaman pointed to a security door ahead of them.
"Usually Darkman & Yamatoman protected these areas..." Kage explained.
"Look over there!" Roll pointed to a data cube.
"Maybe it has what we're looking for?" Elie asked.
"Only one way to find out." Megaman said. "C-Silder!"
Megaman jumped out and a board appeared under his feet, he rode it down the narrow path that lead to the data cube.
"That's the program you got from Dr. Cain, isn't it?" Roll asked.
"Yeah, it is." Megaman nodded, as he grabbed the data cube and returned to the group.
Megaman held it up at the door and it opened.
"Good, let's go." Spearman said.
The group hurried through Secret, the further they went in, the darker and more gloomy the area became.
"Serenade must be in this direction...." Kage said. "The infection from the 5 Chips of Darkness is spreading..."
"Lan, can you hear me?" Megaman called out.
"Barely..." Lan said. "The picture's really getting bad, I think the 5 Chips of Darkness is interfering with the PET's signal."
"We might lose it if we're not careful." Dr. Cain warned.
"Hey, is there anything to eat down here?" Yuri appeared behind Elline.
"Yuri?!" Yuna cried. "What are you doing here?"
"I followed you." Yuri explained.
"Yuri, this mission is dangerous." Elnar's voice came form Elline. "You shouldn't have come along."
"Well it's too late to take her back now." Elie said.
"She might as well come along." Mary said.
"Just stay out of trouble..." D-Nightmare warned.
Yuri nodded. "Great!"

"Lord of Dreams that Terrify, Sword of the cold dark void, free yourself from the heavens bonds, become one with my power, one with my body, and let us walk the path of destruction together! Power that can smash even the souls of the Gods! Ragna Blade!"

With a single hand, Elie grabbed the blade.

"Darkness beyond blackest pitch, deeper than the deepest night. King of Darkness who shines like gold upon the Sea of Chaos, I call upon thee, swear myself to thee. Let the fools who stand before me be destroyed by the power you and I possess... GIGA SLAVE!"

The Giga Slave hurled around the Ragna Blade.
"Giga Ragna Blade!!" Elie cried, hurling the blade out. Then she chanted 1 more spell.

"Darkness beyond the twilight, crimson beyond blood that flows, buried in the flow of time in thy great name, here I pledge myself to darkness. May all the fools who stand before us be destroyed by the power you and I possess. Dragon Slave!"

The Dragon Slave surrounded the Giga Ragna Blade, then infused into the Sword of Light.
"What the hell?" Bass asked, as Yuna came charging at him.
Yuna pulled all her might together and slashed Bass with the Dragon Slave combined with the Giga Ragna Blade carried on the Sword of Light.
KA-BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!! Bass's body exploded into beams of light.
Yuna landed. Some flaps on her suit opened and vent exhausted. The black parts of the suit smoothly faded away.
Everyone just starred at each other.
"... Um... I'm hungry..." a voice said.
Yuna spun around. Yuri sat up, looking better.
"YURI!!!!" Yuna jumped out and hugged her friend.
"What Yuna? You know me." Yuri said with a smile. "A quick snack and a nap and I'm good to go!"
"But how?" Megaman asked.
Data hopped up on Yuri's head. "Hi guys!"
"Data!" Elie cried. "You healed Yuri!"
"Beat & I followed you guys." Data explained.
"Tweet tweet!" Beat chirped.
"Bass is gone?" Roll turned to Kage.
"For now." Kage said. "He'll find some other way to return, I'm sure."
"But what about the Chips of Darkness?" ImPal asked.
"It appears they've returned to the surface of Secret." Yuna said. "I think their data spread out all over this area should keep them from falling into the wrong hands again."
"So is it over?" Megaman asked.
Kage nodded. "Yes, finally... The crisis has ended.... At a huge cost..." his face saddened.
"Serenade....." Roll sobbed.

Back in Murk Land, the evil versions of the deleted Navis slowly disappeared.
"What happened?" Axl asked.
"They're gone?" Aqua asked.
"They must have done it!" Deimosman cried.
"About time..." Protoman said.
"Thank goodness..." Gaki said. "Gateman, can you work the gate now?"
Gateman nodded and opened the gate. "Let's go home..."

The Remo Gate opened in Secret and let everyone out. For the first time, everyone landed safely.
"You guys did it!!" Valiya cried. "The Net's returning to normal!"
"What happened here?" Haloman asked.
"It looks like a war zone..." Spellgirl said.
"Where's Serenade?" Daven asked.
"Did something happen to her?" Mr. Dark Chip asked.
"She's gone..." Elie sobbed.
"The 5 Chips of Darkness helped destroy her..." Kage sobbed. "I heard her... She pulled together everything she had left to hold her body from attacking us to give us an opening..."
"You mean that..." Bugger's words fell short.
Kage nodded. "She was slightly there... But only a whisper... She knew there was no other way..."
"Serenade...." Roll started crying in Megaman's arms.
"I just wish there was some way to bring her back along with the others..." Megaman said.
"What will happen to the UnderNet now?" Teal asked.
"We no longer have a leader..." Ailias said.
"Man, even I'm depressed about this..." E-Virina said in Virina's head.
The Sword of Light changed back into Elnar. "..... I can't believe it..."
Roll just kept crying, her tears fell onto her Navi Symbol.
Then, the strangest thing happened.
Roll's Navi Symbol began to glow.
"W-what's happening?" Roll asked.
ImPal & Spearman's Navi Symbols started glowing.
"What's going on?" ImPal asked.
"I don't know..." Spearman said.
Next, D-Nightmare & Angelman's symbols glowed.
"What the?" Angelman asked.
"This is strange..." D-Nightmare said.
Elie's Navi Symbol glowed. "What the hell?" she asked.
Then Zero's Navi Symbol glowed. "It can't be..." he muttered to himself.
Skydive's Navi Symbol glowed, until he broke apart back into Burstgirl & Featherman, which then both of their Navi Symbols glowed as well.
"Umm.... What's that?" Burstgirl asked.
"Your symbol's doing the same..." Featherman said.
Now Virina's Navi Symbol lit up.
"Whoa... Bright light..." E-Virina said.
"But what does it mean?" Virina asked.
"Beats me." E-Virina said.
Suddenly, Marino & Mary's symbols glowed.
"This is strange..." Mary said.
"And scary at the same time..." Marino added.
Then, Paladinman, Chainsawman, & Gallantman's Navi Symbols glowed.
"Whoa!" Paladinman cried. "Now that's odd..."
"Holy crap!" Chainsawman cried.
"We're lighting up!" Gallantman cried.
Then Yuna, Yuri, Elnar, Martina, Erina & Jina's Navi Symbols all light up brightly.
"Yikes!!!" Erina jumped.
"Okay, someone tell me what's up?" Jina asked.
"Pretty lights!" Martina smiled.
"It is pretty, isn't it?" Yuri asked.
"THIS IS SERIOUS YURI!!" Elnar growled.
"Cool, it reflects off my battlesuit!!" Yuna said.
Elnar sighed. "Yuna......"
Finally, Kage's Navi Symbol glowed. "Serenade......"
All the Navi Symbols shot out a bright light of energy. The lights all formed tiny balls of light that circled around in a spiral. Suddenly, the balls of light formed together into one large ball of white light. A Navi emerged from the ball of light.
"SERENADE!!!!!" all the Navis cried.
Serenade stood up and smiled at everyone. "You did it... You stopped the crisis and saved the entire Net..."
"But... How?" Roll asked.
"Each one of the Ranks contain a small piece of my data." Serenade explained. "It just took all of you to wish for me to return. I must thank you all because if I didn't mean so much to each and every one of you, it would have been impossible for myself to be revived."
"The Hub Batch!" Daven cried. "The Hub Batch helped reassemble your data, didn't it?"
Serenade nodded. "Yes, thank you Megaman for retrieving it."
"No problem." Megaman said. "It's good to have you back."
Serenade then turned to Kage. "Also part of my data code was a part of you, Kage. Combined with the Ranked Navis and the Hub Batch, I was able to return. I... I thought when the 5 Chips of Darkness fully had control of my body that I would possibly kill all of you, it terrified me that it could have happened."
"That's why you pulled together the remainder of your strength to stop yourself so that we could destroy you." Kage said.
Serenade nodded. "Yes... I thought that if I died, the Net would be restored. And it was, thanks to all of you. I knew that the chances of my surviving was just about zero, but at least you all would have be spared."
"Serenade...." Roll said. "I'm glad you're back."
"As am I..." Serenade said. Then she blushed after looking at Kage. "Um, about what I said....."
Everyone looked at Serenade confused.
"What's she talking about?" Salabi asked.
"No idea." Soldierman said.
"Don't look at me." Speakie said.
"Who knows." Roxy said.
"Whatever." Ferham said.
"My lord, I know you thought for sure that it was the end for you..." Kage said. "I.... I.... Um... I understand now what you wanted to tell me before.... And...."
Now Roll figured out what they were talking about.
Serenade just smiled, then grabbed Kage by the neck and pulled him over to her and kissed him.
"About time she told him..." Roll remarked.
"Told him what?" Megaman asked.
Roll sighed. "You know Megaman, you really can be as dense as Lan..."
"What do you mean by that??" Megaman snapped.
Roll just laughed and kissed Megaman.
"But lord, I'm one of your servants..." Kage said. "I... I mean, I can't... Well....."
Serenade shook her head. "I told you before Kage, you're not my servant. None of you are. You all proved it by bringing me back to life. You all had to want to, with all your hearts, want me back." she explained. "That proves to me you're more than followers or servants..."
Now Kage was blushing. "....... I.... I thought that because you were the Lord of the UnderNet, that.... Such a feeling for you would... Be... Forbidden... I..."
Serenade smiled. "I know. I've been in love with you Kage for a long time now, I didn't realize it until I met Roll... Because when I found out how Roll felt about Megaman, I knew that it was the same way I felt for you. I... I just didn't know how to tell you." she kissed Kage again.
Now Kage hugged Serenade tightly and kissed her back.
"Um, maybe we should leave these 2 alone?" Ice Cream Man asked.
"Quiet!! It's getting to the good part!" Fairygirl snapped.
"It's gross if you ask me." Foxxan remarked.
"No, really, we should leave them be." Knightman said.
"I agree." Searchman said.
"The battle's over, all is well with the world." Daven said.
"So, now what?" Lan asked, turning to everyone.
"I say we party!" Leo said.
"Where?" Nicole asked.
"How about your house?" Morgan asked Brandon.
"Good idea!" Brandon said. "We'll take my jet!"
"Solo Navis are welcome!" ImPal said to the group. "Virina, you can bring everyone with your Virus Portal!"
Virina nodded. "Sure thing!"
"Oh, Spotty, I have something for you." Dr. Cain said, bringing out a large box.
"What's this?" Spotty asked.
"I'm not quiet sure...." Dr. Cain said. "Some guy came and said it's for you, I made a few modifications on it so that it'll work better."
"Some guy?" Treble asked.
"I don't know." Dr. Cain said. "He claimed to be a friend of yours, he had a strange black staff."
"Black staff?" Tron asked.
"Xel..." Spotty muttered. "But why?"
"What is it, Spotty?" Mr. Blue Nose asked.
"Nothing." Spotty said. "So what is it?"
Dr. Cain opened the box, revealing a Copybot. He press a few buttons and Elie transferred into the Copybot's body.
"Whoa..." Elie said as she stood up. "So this is a Copybot?"
Dr. Cain nodded. "I modified the battery so that it'll be able to recharge much faster and last longer. I thought since Treble was robbed of his mother, why not return her? And more than just a Navi form."
"Thanks doc!" Elie said.
"So let's go guys!" Anthony said. "The jet's here!"
"We sent another one to pick up the others at Nebula HQ." Brandon said.

After a while, the jet landed at Brandon & Anthony's mansion. It was huge, the largest Lan had ever seen.
"It's bigger than my castle..." Pride sighed, stepping out of the other jet.
Lan laughed. Everyone who had helped with the fight was there.
"Let's go inside!" Lan cried.
Lan, Mayl, Chaud, Brandon, Anthony, Treble, Jane, Taylor, Sara, Dennis, Kara, Nicole, Daniel, Andrew, Alex, Leo, Amy, Blaze, Heather, Spotty, Elie, Mr. Blue Nose, Shori, Raika, Pride, Port, Morgan, Lizzie, Mute, Snippy, Tron & Teisel were all there.
They all hurried inside, Brandon had set up a projector in a large hall with large tables filled with food.
"Now this is what I call a party!" Lan cried.
"Wow, this place is bigger than Yai's!" Mayl cried.
"That's a pretty large projector..." Jane said.
"We own a couple of theaters." Anthony said.
"It's... Really.... Nice..." Shori said.
Little did they know that a man in a tan and black cloak with strange symbols on it and a black staff with a red gem in the center was watching them from a high window. "The war of the 5 Chips of Darkness is over.... But the fun has only just begun....."
"Anyway, there's a Jack In Port so our Navis can watch the movie with us!" Brandon explained.
"Neat." Teisel said.
"Well start the thing then." Elie said.
Brandon flipped a few switches, but nothing happened.
"Did you break it?" Morgan asked.
"Nope, it looks okay." Blaze said.
"Lan, there must be a virus in the projector!" Megaman cried. "Something's blocking Virina's portal and she can't bring the others!"
"That must be it!" Lan cried. "Then let's do it guys!"
Everyone smiled and held up their PETs.
"JACK IN, POWER UP!!!!!!!!!"
