Eye Candy - A simple variety of filters that generate simple effects. Simple interface and very easy to use. A very good program for the beginner and even the experienced. Genesis VFX - Easy to use set of lens flares and special effects. The GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program. Free and feature-rich. For X-Windows (e.g. Linux) systems, but has a Windows port. Xenofex - Create realistic natural phenomena and sophisticated distortions. Its interface is a lot like that of Eye Candy. |
