This section is really important because the food you eat now will effect you later
What should I eat
Your body really needs fruits, greens and non processed foods. Many young adults eat chips, cookies and candy as a regular diet. This will make weak bones, bad teeth and quicken the aging process. You also need at least 3 glasses of water a day.
