This is Maleficent. Inspired by Maleficent from Disney's Sleeping Beauty. She was made from 2003 Sweetberry. Her hair was dyed with black RIT dye which turned it dark black and purple. She was painted green, and her symbol was done with gelpens. The symbol is the dragon version of Maleficent. She also has thorns around one leg and a staff. She was created in 2003.
