Sailor Neptune, Sailor Uranus, Sailor Pluto, Sailor Saturn!

Neptune was made from a that was covered in pink highlighter. Uranus was made from a CB Twinkler with cut mane and tail. Pluto was made from a CB Spirng Song.Her hair was dyed green. Saturn was made from a CB Forget-Me-Not with very frizzy and cut hair; Saturn was not painted. Her hair was dyed purple, and trimmed up a bit, and I tried to remove some of the frizz.
