She married (2) AUGUSTUS F. BARTON 27 April 1899 in Rusk County, Texas. He died 11 January 1909 in Rusk County, Texas- Buried Maple Grove Cemetery, Rusk County, Texas.

MRS. ALICE WILLIAMS
   Services for Mrs. Alice B. Williams, 93, of Minden will be held in the chapel of Crawford A. Crim Funeral Home here Saturday at 11 a. m. with Dr. Hugh L. Smith and Rev. Ron Womack officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
   Mrs. Williams, a member of the Midden United Methodist Church, died in Henderson Memorial Hospital at 12:20 p.m. Thursday following a lengthy illness.
   She was born December 25, 1879, in Mississippi and had resided in Rusk County for 90 years.
   Survivors are on son, Hayes Williams; a daughter, Mrs. Nathan Brightwell, and two stepdaughters, Mrs. A. J. Deason and Mrs. W. O. Allen, all of Henderson; one brother, S. C. Hays of Dallas, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
  
Pall bearers will be Jerry Winfrey, Dr. Nathan L. Brightwell, Michael Brightwell, Mason Hays, J. T. Hays.

HAYES WILLIAMS
   Services for Hayes Williams, 73, of Henderson were to be held at 11 a.m. today at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gregory A. Megill officiating.
   Burial was to be in Lakewood Memorial Park Cemetery.
   Mr. Williams died at 10:24 a.m. Tuesday in Henderson Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was born July 9, 1913 in Minden and was a 22-year resident of Henderson. He was retired from a 33-year resident of Henderson. He was retired from a 33-year career as a guager for Exxon, a member of St. Pauls United Methodist Church and served in the U. S. Army in World War II.
   He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Williams of Henderson; two daughters, Mrs. Beth Holland and son-in-law Mike Holland of Henderson and Mrs. Marilyn Winfrey and son-in-law Jerry Winfrey of Longview; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Brightwell and Mrs. W. O. Allen, both of Henderson; and four grandchildren.
  
Pallbearers will be Pete McRae, Wayne Hays, Bill Holland, Bruce Gasaway, Mike Brightwell and Mack Strong.

SAMUEL CLEVELAND HAYS was born 29 October 1883 in Rusk County, Texas, and died 05 April 1983 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. He married MAUDE MYRTLE KINSEY, daughter of THOMAS KINSEY and SARAH SMITH. She was born 24 June 1883 in Texas, and died 13 August 1975 in Dallas County, Dallas, Texas.

HENRY B. HAYS OF MINDEN DIES
   Henry B. Hays, 59, will known resident of Minden, died at the Henderson Hospital at 11:40 the morning following a short illness. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James M. Hays and was will known in this area. He was born at Minden, Aug. 31, 1888.
   Funeral services with A. Crim Funeral Home in charge, will be conducted at Maple Grove church Saturday afternoon at 3, Rev. W. V. Bam of Killeen and Rev. J. R. Welch officiating. Burial will take place at Walnut Grove.
   Surviving Mr. Hays are his wife, on daughter, Mrs. Joel McCrary, of Henderson; two sons, James M. Hays, Minden; and Charles Wayne Hays, also of Minden; one brother, S. C. Hays, Dallas; sister, Mrs. N. B. Williams, Minden, and one grandson, Jimme Hays, Minden.
