He was born July 29, 1902 in Harrison County, Indiana, and died February 15, 1933 in Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Burial: Sugar Grove Cemetery, Linden, Indiana.  He was the son of Thomas Bryant and Nellie Belle Blunk. She married (2) William L. Collins, Sr. 1954 in Corydon, Kentucky. He was born February 03, 1910.

8. James G Foley, born 1808; died Abt. 1892. He was the son of Spencer Foley and Nancy Rector. He married 9. Talitha Cathrine Fox Bef. 1834 in Kentucky.

9. Talitha Cathrine Fox, born Abt. 1815 in Kentucky or Illinois; died Aft. 1890 in Russell County, Kentucky.

Notes for James G Foley:
James was the first Foley listed in Russell County, Kentucky court records. On the 16 of October 1843, John Webb of Russell County, Kentucky, sold 91 acres on Goose Creek to James G. Foley of the same county for $100.  (Deed Book D, page 418) This land bordered Matthew Robertson's land.  He made additional purchases in Russell County, Kentucky  in 1846,1850 and 1851.  By 1856 he owned 1200 acres with a value of $1500 and 6 town lots valued at $100.

Notes for Peter Franklin Foley:
In 1870 he estimated the value of his farm to be $500 and his estate $650. In 1860 he farmed next to Benjamin and Amenda Foley (23 years old). In 1870 at the same address was James and Olivia Foley, age 36.

She is also listed as being born in Ballard Co.
