| Boiled Oatmeal Cookies |
| 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter or margarine 3 Tablespoons cocoa 3 cups quick oats 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional) Mix first 4 ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil . Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Use a teaspoon to spoon batter onto wax paper; let cool and serve. |
