1 Chicken (or pieces of your choice) 6 cups Bread cubes 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped celery 2 beaten eggs 1 Tbsp. parsley 1 tsp. sage 14 cup melted margarine 1 can chicken broth Salt and pepper to taste.
TOPPING 1/4 cup margarine 4 Tbsp. flour 1 cup chicken broth 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can milk salt and pepper
Cook chicken and pick the meat of the bone (should have 1 quart of deboned meat). Mix dressing together and add enough water to make moist. Place into greased casserole dish.
Topping: Melt margarine and thicken with flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth, chicken soup and milk. Cook until formas a thick gravy. Pour over dressing and cover . Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
