Orange pineapple Cake Cake: 1 box yellow cake mix 3 eggs 3/4 cup cooking oil 1 small can mandarin oranges with juice Icing; 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice 1 box instant coconut cream pudding (or vanilla instant) 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 (9 ounce) container whipped topping (Cool Whip) For best tasting cake, let set at least 4 hours before serving To prepare cake, combine first four ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool and cut in half lengthwise to create a top and bottom layer. To prepare icing, combine first three ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Spread icing between layers and cover top and sides; Refrigerate. |
